PPengguna TetamuAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

BBobby0220A stone throw away from Milan Central with various transportation available to head to Duomo. Building is a little aged but it serves its purpose for a 1 night stay with clean toilet and a big bed. Lift up to the hotel is the old type with a manual gate

PPengguna TetamuComfortable, modern, clean, helpful staff, EXTREMELY convenient location next to Milano Centrale train/metro/bus station. Several great bakeries and restaurants within two or three blocks, like Osteria Papà Nicola, Nico Quick Bite (next door), Caffè Pascucci, Ristorante da Gigi, Crazy Cat Cafe (meet their 9 cats), and Caffè Napoli (most amazingly soft and delicious filled croissants ever). 5 min walk to the shopping on Corso Buenos Aires. Highly recommended.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe room was fine but it definitely needs some fixing. The mirror wasn’t lined up properly and the shower door didn’t close right. It looks fancy at first but the materials actually feel quite cheap.
The worst part was the bathroom light. It’s on a timer with no proper switch. If you stay in there more than two minutes it turns itself off. The light went off while I was showering and I almost slipped so many times. Super unsafe and really annoying.
Breakfast was pretty bland. Not much choice and the bacon was overcooked. I only had some pancakes. It’s absolutely not worth 18 euros and not even that good.
The only real positive is the location. It’s close to the central station which is really convenient.

我基本靠着降噪耳機睡的，沒換房是因為第一天坐火車太累倒床就睡沒感覺，後面東西都攤了就…
地理位置很好，景點基本都在2km步行範圍內，對面三家超市。
重申：要預訂房間別要對着正門那條街的方向！

PPengguna TetamuI stayed one night in a single room, which was larger then expected, as was the bed which was a 3/4 bed not a single. Slim line fridge and happy to see the in-room safe was large enough to take a laptop. Perhaps the only thing missing was some way to make tea or coffee. Everything was very clean. The only strange thing is the reception desk which is entirely glassed in with small slit at desk level making it necessary to bend down to hear what the receptionist was saying........not exactly a ”friendly” first impression upon arrival. The area around the hotel is beautiful with a lot of cafe's and restaurants. Also a very good, large supermarket just around the corner. Overall, a nice stay and will definitely stay again.

SSam TuffsWe had everything we needed and it was perfect. Cheap, friendly staff and the breakfast was not half bad, a little limited but it was only €10 buffet each so we won’t complain. Beds were comfy and we also had a mini fridge!
