Апартаменты оставили очень хорошее впечатление, расположены в безопасном и чистом районе. Удобное самостоятельное заселение. Чистота, современный ремонт, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания и приготовления пищи. Недалеко хороший супермаркет. До центра мы добирались на трамвае. Остановка метро немного подальше. Однозначно рекомендуем. Следующий раз остановимся здесь опять.

酒店房間和服務都保持着歐洲老式酒店的風格，但應有盡有，傢俱和門的質感很好，耐看且有厚重感，有type C和USB充電口，房間很寬敞。鑰匙很重一把，每天交給前台，回來再問前台要，多了一份問候和回家的感覺。早餐的Phillip管家每天都會問要喝咖啡還是茶，然後端到你桌上，順便聊幾句。酒店有洗衣和幫約出租車服務，和手機打車同樣的平台和價格。比起老城區其他地方，這裏環境優雅不吵鬧，旁邊和平之門附近吃飯也方便，打車到各景點也都不遠

The hotel was pretty good. The room was pretty clean and nice but would've been nice to have a kettle at least. The staff were really nice. The location is really good. Overall a solid 7.4/10

Great location to and from metro and the centrale station. Takes 20 mins including walking to get to the duomo. Needs more PowerPoints in the room however everything else was excellent and the breakfast selection was wide and good

Overall, everything was good. The hotel is well located in the city center, making it very convenient to walk and get around. However, the housekeeping staff lacked a service-minded attitude. When I arrived, my key card didn’t work. I politely asked a housekeeper who was cleaning nearby for help, but she responded rudely and told me to go to the reception in an unfriendly manner.

The first time I stayed at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay. It was during the Winter Olympics, and still very reasonably priced which made me weary. Yes it’s in an old run down building, and the rooms are outdated, but the service that time was great, and it came with everything you needed in a room plus more (slippers, bathroom kit etc), and my room and bathroom were spacey. However this time, my experience was slightly more unpleasant. Check in was slow as there was only one person working the desk in the late evening, with a few customers and phone calls to take care of. On trip.com, the rooms you can pick from are all rooms without AC, so I found it incredibly odd when the receptionist felt the need to specifically state that I booked a room without AC. Was there any other option? The room this time was very small, and the bathroom had a leak through the floor. There are close to no directions on how to find your room on the 3rd floor. However, that all said, the location is incredibly convenient, only a few minutes to Milano centrale station, so the price:quality ratio is just fine.

The location was good, near to station and walkable to near stores , reception are very responsive, room is a good size for a solo traveller too. All in all my trip was good hotel is perfect

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Not the newest amenities but slept peacefully at night. The pistachio croissant on the breakfast is a bonus, it tasted very delicious as it is served warm and fresh. Good value for money. Stayed as a solo traveller and i felt safe. Will recommend. About 10 mins walk to the train station.

The room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well
