Cari Hotel 3-Star di Milan

We honestly wanted to gatekeep this place… but it’s too special not to share. From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, we absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who appreciates a quiet, clean, and cozy atmosphere. The supermarket and metro are just a short walk away, which made everything so convenient. We will definitely be coming back again.

Our stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The staff at the front desk was a gem! The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. It was far beyond the standard continental breakfast—there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to all our morning needs. The cappuccino was particularly delightful, and the staff serving breakfast were always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, the Lancaster Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Lokasi sangat baik, dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke tarikan utama dan jalan membeli-belah. Bilik ini agak baru dan perkhidmatan meja depan juga sangat mesra.

The hotel is just opposite the Milano central and the bus station to airport. Very very convenient. Hotel is clean, may hear passerby or vehicles noise from room. Not for light sleeper. Room is pretty spacious, which is good for us to open our luggages for packing.. there is elevator (small and old) but saves us from carrying our luggages up the stairs. Overall, a good experience!

The room was basic but clean and good enough for our three night stay. We walked into the city centre (about 25 min) and we enjoyed wandering around the neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was a great location.

The hotel offers very good connections to the city center, making it easy to reach all major destinations quickly. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and committed, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. Cristina and Seyf were particularly courteous and helpful, even though there was a small initial misunderstanding that was handled professionally and with great kindness. A kettle was also kindly provided for the room, which was very much appreciated. It is unusual that housekeeping is only provided upon departure, which is not typical for hotels. Additionally, both the heating and air conditioning are centrally controlled, which results in noticeably cooler temperatures in the room at night. Despite these aspects, the overall impression remains positive, mainly due to the convenient location and the dedicated staff.

The first time I stayed at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay. It was during the Winter Olympics, and still very reasonably priced which made me weary. Yes it’s in an old run down building, and the rooms are outdated, but the service that time was great, and it came with everything you needed in a room plus more (slippers, bathroom kit etc), and my room and bathroom were spacey. However this time, my experience was slightly more unpleasant. Check in was slow as there was only one person working the desk in the late evening, with a few customers and phone calls to take care of. On trip.com, the rooms you can pick from are all rooms without AC, so I found it incredibly odd when the receptionist felt the need to specifically state that I booked a room without AC. Was there any other option? The room this time was very small, and the bathroom had a leak through the floor. There are close to no directions on how to find your room on the 3rd floor. However, that all said, the location is incredibly convenient, only a few minutes to Milano centrale station, so the price:quality ratio is just fine.

Arrived early and pleasantly surprised they gave me a room. The lift access is small, but can be accepted. Total value for money.

I arrived close to midnight and, as a solo female traveller, I was a bit anxious, especially after reading a few negative reviews, even though the hotel states that the front desk operates 24/7. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. The Terravision bus from the airport dropped me off much closer to the hotel than I expected. The route was easy to follow, the road was well lit, and I felt safe walking, even at that hour. On the way, I passed a halal restaurant just before reaching the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night dinner. The front desk staff were polite and professional. My room exceeded expectations for the price: clean, well-sized for one person, and very comfortable. I turned on the air conditioning as soon as I arrived, and it cooled the room quickly. Some reviews mentioned the bed being hard, but I found it perfectly fine. I checked out early the next morning to explore Milan and was happy to be able to leave my luggage at reception. Overall, a great stay, reassuringly smooth for a solo traveller.
