"The location is spot on. Walking distance to the duomo and the shopping districts and 4 mins walk to Armani Hotel and metro. I didn’t like that the lobby and the lift seems of a different generation from modern times. It’s really old and lift doesn’t bring the confidence it needs. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms and I felt the LED lights changer is unnecessary and the TV in the toilet is good to have but not a must. The electronics between main and toilet tv also doesn’t work too well. I have heard reviews from others that things have been stolen before so I always put my Do not disturb on. But somehow whenever I go out the DNC always gets reset so I had to put the door pamphlet DNC."

NNgTongYowService from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20.
Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend.
The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots.
One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

HHenrik666This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees). I’m only rating the amenities at 4 because the rooms are a bit small, even for a solo traveller, but you’re not here to watch tv in the hotel room, so it doesn’t really matter. Staff is friendly and very helpful (I couldn’t figure out the AC, but was helped within 5 minutes). Breakfast buffet is ok, I would have preferred something a little bigger though.

PPengguna TetamuDon’t be fooled by the pictures of the spa! You have to pre-book a slot, it’s only open from 5pm and it’s €30 per person per visit. If you check the small print it does say there is an additional fee…but I think it’s very misleading. Also all the adverts show people drinking in the spa- you couldn’t unless you bought the €180 champagne and fruit package. Apparently it’s safer to have a full glass bottle in a spa than two glasses…!
We were told on the first night that breakfast could not be ordered to your room and room service was only available from 12pm.
The location is a bit far away from everything but near the central station so that’s handy if you’re travelling by train. The rooms were nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Jean on reception was especially helpful.

Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not.
Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel.
Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control.
Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical.
Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel”
I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change.
The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport.
We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!!
Will want to stay there again !

我基本靠着降噪耳機睡的，沒換房是因為第一天坐火車太累倒床就睡沒感覺，後面東西都攤了就…
地理位置很好，景點基本都在2km步行範圍內，對面三家超市。
重申：要預訂房間別要對着正門那條街的方向！

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
