NNgTongYowService from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

FFiFiChanThis is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those coming to Milan!

HHenrik666This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees). I’m only rating the amenities at 4 because the rooms are a bit small, even for a solo traveller, but you’re not here to watch tv in the hotel room, so it doesn’t really matter. Staff is friendly and very helpful (I couldn’t figure out the AC, but was helped within 5 minutes). Breakfast buffet is ok, I would have preferred something a little bigger though.

PPengguna TetamuDon’t be fooled by the pictures of the spa! You have to pre-book a slot, it’s only open from 5pm and it’s €30 per person per visit. If you check the small print it does say there is an additional fee…but I think it’s very misleading. Also all the adverts show people drinking in the spa- you couldn’t unless you bought the €180 champagne and fruit package. Apparently it’s safer to have a full glass bottle in a spa than two glasses…! We were told on the first night that breakfast could not be ordered to your room and room service was only available from 12pm. The location is a bit far away from everything but near the central station so that’s handy if you’re travelling by train. The rooms were nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Jean on reception was especially helpful.

PPengguna Tetamu米蘭總體感覺一般 一直對small luxury hotel list的酒店比較認可，之前在伊斯坦堡TomTom待的很開心，沒想到這家讓我感覺很失望。感覺五星比較勉強，4星可能比較合適。 首先浴室很差，洗澡水會滿地都是。其次馬桶實在是太高了，170的人會雙腳懸空😂感覺馬桶隨時會塌掉😂 酒店附近環境一般，有點臟亂差。 優點是這家是目前唯一一家給拖鞋的酒店，非常好。

SShanghaiqiushuzhen優點：房間升級到了premium，酒店和房間都很香，minibar和冰箱裏的都是免費的，一個pad可以控制整個房間，早飯內容豐富有冷的也有熱的，服務很熱情還會記得客人名字來打招呼，最喜歡的是room service的club sandwich超乎預期的好吃！ 缺點：沒有HBO，房間牆上的開關太亮了晚上非常影響睡覺，淋浴房門口沒有鈎子不方便放毛巾。

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey. Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
