Service from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

Excellent location: Hotel is 5 mins walk from Milano Centrale. Good breakfast: not the best I had in Italy but still it’s good and value for money  Cleanliness: top notch.  Kudos to room service team. Amenities:  all good except for shower area - Small even for my Asia petite frame. Excellent customer service: my kids needed room change after 1 night as their room is just above the street and near tram, too noisy to sleep.  This was done without any further questioning or even hesitation by the staff.

Great hotel overall. Yes, it’s a bit dated and could probably benefit from a refresh, but generally it is quite clean, very beautiful, and the bed linen is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, my room faced the inner courtyard, so there was almost no natural light. The room itself was rather average. That said, the staff are excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain everything in detail. The breakfast is good, but in my opinion quite overpriced. €45 per person feels very expensive for what is offered.

Very nice romantic charming place. Right in front of the train station, just 2 stops away from Duomo. Staff was super friendly and cute!

This hotel is situated just outside the zone of traffic control of the old part of Milan, so good for those who drive and who also want to walk into the touristy parts of Milan.. Underground carpark is chargeable per 24 hours at eur 25. Driving to it can be tricky especially on weekends as one of the roads leading to the hotel is closed for the day market. Have to turn into a narrow lane (closed to public except for hotel guests). Best to contact the hotel to ask about driving directions if arriving on weekends. Room is reasonably sized and clean. Quiet too despite rowdy crowd in restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood, and a Carrefour opposite.

Had a great stay at Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale. The hotel is nice and clean, with a modern and comfortable atmosphere. Its location is very convenient — less than a 10-minute walk from Milan Centrale station, even when traveling with luggage. There are also several delicious pizza restaurants nearby, as well as a small supermarket, which made things very convenient. The only minor downside is that there are stairs at the main entrance, but the hotel does provide a lift for wheelchair users, and the bell staff are very helpful in assisting with luggage. The room was also a little smaller than expected, but it was well maintained and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would still recommend this hotel.

阿瑪尼酒店就在最鬧市的中央，酒店大門對着大街，不遠處就是大教堂。進門左手電梯直接上7樓的Lobby大堂。出電梯左轉就是前台了。 酒店房間設計奢華，整體都是他家經典的灰色和黑色。房間面積非常不錯，足夠大，這樣套房很有誠意。隱藏式衣帽間，各種漂亮的鏡子，完美的Ipad掌控整個房間的一切。網絡飛快，不對，是比飛還快。 洗手間絕對的大氣優雅，還配有地暖設備，床和枕頭也非常完美，絕對是意大利最頂級的。衞生打掃及時且細緻。 需要吐槽的是，調節熱水就像用螺旋測微儀，不然要麼燙要麼冷。還有各種門，裝修的時候有點粗糙，經常關不上。 但是這些不影響它的水準，絕對是頂級的存在。

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

One of thr Best service from Marriott hotels that we visit. Reception is helpful and concierge is caring. Must guard surrounding with security to avoid any negative experience

The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast
