Cari Hotel 5-Star di Milan

酒店很新，設計十分高雅，有藝術感，飞甩雞毛旗下，供應品牌的面霜、眼霜跟手霜，很好用。但服務一般，不太到位，房務員英文講得不好，唔明我要咩，叫他們拿東西都等很久，結帳時，發現帳單有問題，mini bar沒用但收了費，當然，說了我們沒用，酒店也取消。有向酒店訂車，單程280幾歐，出發時讓司機順路接上一個住在附近（3分鐘就到）飯店的朋友，司機說可以，最後帳單多出130歐，就是為了順路接了我朋友，我很無語。最後因為酒店沒事先說要收這130歐，所以我堅持下，也不收了。總之，帳單是有點亂的，因為我退房時，碰到一旁一對夫婦也為了帳單問題跟他們在投訴，當時經理還說沒問題，旁邊夫婦提到他們住四季就不會出現這種情況，經理說他就是從四季來的，還一直堅持沒錯，最後證明還是錯了所以。anyway ，我就是覺得服務不怎樣了，配不上酒店的格調。

Kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan penuh perhatian!!! 10/10 Disambut semasa ketibaan, proses daftar masuk yang cepat dan diiringi terus ke suite saya dan diberi lawatan ringkas tentang semua ciri di dalam bilik. Sangat moden dan bersih, hotel mewah yang unggul dengan semua kemudahan berkualiti tinggi. Sarapan pagi di ruang lounge/bar tingkat pertama dengan pemandangan kaca panoramik siling ke lantai taman abad lamanya. Keseluruhan hotel adalah gabungan sempurna dalaman moden dan antik dengan kerja kayu yang mewah serta tangga marmar pintu masuk yang besar serta tiang di seluruh ruang legar. Lokasi pusat yang hebat dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke katedral duomo dan kawasan membeli-belah utama.

酒店房型要選好，房間方向差的 就真的不會開心。不過溝通後，換了還比較正常的。位置是主要優勢，如果不在乎位置的話，個人也去了Belmond，覺得整體度假氛圍會更好。但房間也那麼回事。總之 就是住個安全。體驗算不上多出眾。早餐品類不是很多，但勉強算精緻吧。room dinning 試了早餐和宵夜，都很難吃……看景的那個酒吧，算是最好的選擇了。禮賓部推薦了新式的歌劇，也還可以。但整體對中國人的服務很一般，每次叫水上出租車也是我們等的最久，明明是我們最早叫。所以 ，一開始給很多小費，後面已經要生氣了…

Small note: - maybe consider making the door bell silent, other ways i could hear the next doors opening and ringing (a bit annoying) - the chandelier by the bed on ‘paradise’ room are too low (easy to hit it) Thank you

Very nice hotel the room was clean and renovated. The hotel is very closed to the metro. The only problem that we had was the heater it was very hot (personal feeling) The room was very well decorated and have space

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The hotel was lovely and the service was exceptional; however, we did encounter an issue with the toiletries. The hair conditioner and soap ran out after our first day and had to remind housekeeping to restock them when we got back to our hotel room at 9:00pm

The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast

米蘭文華東方酒店附近購物非常方便, 酒店服務有禮,因忘記帶備轉換插頭,還拿了一個插頭給我使用,房間設備非常齊全,今次選擇的房間還有露台,環景非常好,下次還會選擇這間酒店.

Nice but the rooms are a real hit or a miss Our room at first was not so nice or comfy, but the second room they switched us into was good
