PPengguna TetamuLocation is everything. Great communication. Easy to find. Several steps up and down a bridge to carry luggage over. Helpful to find access to the water bus. (Public transportation) instead of water taxies (Private transportation). Arranged taxi to get to the airport for departure. Good buffet breakfast. Had room ready for us 2 hour before check in. Comfortable king size beds. Only challenge was small shower.
This was our last two days of a 23 day trip. Venice was unbelievable.

PPengguna TetamuIt has everything, though if there is curtain for every bed it would be perfect! 👌 I love the storage space and the bed size; the sleeping area, basin, toilet and bathroom are independently separated; there will be party on group floor but it won’t bother me because the room is quiet.

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

JJune Yoon YiIt feels like I have discovered hidden gems. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the service of the hotel is superb. Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuStaff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was amazing and def worth the extra cost. Front desk arranged for a taxi for the airport which was very convenient. 2 suggestions would be a fully enclosed shower door, kind of weird that it’s only a half glass wall and sprays out during the shower. Also, we were on the 8th floor and alllll night and early morning I heard loud thumping noises and rolling noises, only to realize the weight room was above us on the 9th floor ?! I’ve never heard of a weight room being above the hotel guest rooms , not a good floor plan idea for guests to get adequate rest and relax after a long travel day. I would suggest first floor weight room like most other hotels. Also, hotel is not near many restaurants etc . Not a lot to do nearby.

Very friendly staff with efficient checkin and booking of airport shuttle (at a fee of 7.5 euros).
Free croissants and fruits if you don't have time for breakfast - so considerate! The hotel has a cosy family style restaurant though I had not time to enjoy.
Very convenient location just 10 mins away from airport.
Would highly recommend this hotel if you are flying in/out of VCE airport.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly. However, the breakfast is very disappointing and the amenities are lacking, like a 2-3 star hotel.
(1) They seem to have cut back significantly on the amenities. For example, past reviewers mentioned slippers, but there are no slippers provided. Past reviewers also mentioned an in-room coffee maker with capsules. Now, only instant coffee is provided. But, there is a big bottle of water in the refrigerator, free of charge for guests.
(2) The biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Coffee does not taste good, in particular in a coffee-loving country. Italian breakfast usually comes with a lot of bread/cakes. The pastries are horrible, not fresh at all and even taste worse than those we bought at local grocery stores. I saw many guests at neighboring tables cannot finish the pastry (a really waste of food) since they really taste horrible. Greek yogurt is lacking. Bacon is very difficult to chew. Overall, on the surface, it looks like there are many items, but most of them have poor quality.

The location is convenient, offering easy access to Venice by bus, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing good value for money compared to staying directly in Venice.
The facilities at the camping village were impressive, with a swimming pool, supermarket, and on-site restaurant that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or local information.
Overall, it’s a great option for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation near Venice without compromising on comfort and facilities. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed base to explore the city.

MMarco9Hotel yang bagus untuk menginap, katil dan tilam yang sangat selesa dengan bantal, bilik mandi yang besar dan luas. Sebaliknya, langsir usang di dalam tab dan bukannya dinding/kotak kaca yang akan menjadi lebih kemas.
Sarapan boleh ditambah baik, sedikit pilihan dan pelbagai ... dan kekurangan pembakar roti elektrik dan roti untuk membuat roti bakar.
