BBeee BeanVery good location near the train station and bus stop,few mins walk! Also there is a supermarket and restaurants near the hotel. Quite good design of bed and separate toilets and bathroom! A big window with city view and night view!! Will book again if come back to Venice!

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

JJune Yoon YiIt feels like I have discovered hidden gems. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the service of the hotel is superb. Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I checked in on a Tuesday after getting off a 9 day cruise. We arrived earlier than we had expected and earlier than check in time. They jumped right on getting our room ready, that same night my wife started getting very sick. I went to the mall, that is just down the street from the hotel, and picked up some covid test kit and found out that she had covid. The staff jumped through hoops to meet our needs, Called me cab to take my wife to the hospital, furnished bus route and schedule, extended our stay by 2 days helped with finding a drug store where i could get meds for the wife then called me a cab to get me there. There is much more that they assisted me with while there and showing concern for the wife's health.
The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen and service there was great.
Highly recommend this hotel for your stay,

PPengguna TetamuThe room is clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly. However, the breakfast is very disappointing and the amenities are lacking, like a 2-3 star hotel.
(1) They seem to have cut back significantly on the amenities. For example, past reviewers mentioned slippers, but there are no slippers provided. Past reviewers also mentioned an in-room coffee maker with capsules. Now, only instant coffee is provided. But, there is a big bottle of water in the refrigerator, free of charge for guests.
(2) The biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Coffee does not taste good, in particular in a coffee-loving country. Italian breakfast usually comes with a lot of bread/cakes. The pastries are horrible, not fresh at all and even taste worse than those we bought at local grocery stores. I saw many guests at neighboring tables cannot finish the pastry (a really waste of food) since they really taste horrible. Greek yogurt is lacking. Bacon is very difficult to chew. Overall, on the surface, it looks like there are many items, but most of them have poor quality.

UUniqueAA short stay before flight in early morning.
Very friendly staff with efficient checkin and booking of airport shuttle (at a fee of 7.5 euros).
Free croissants and fruits if you don't have time for breakfast - so considerate! The hotel has a cosy family style restaurant though I had not time to enjoy.
Very convenient location just 10 mins away from airport.
Would highly recommend this hotel if you are flying in/out of VCE airport.

PPengguna TetamuVery helpful staff, fast check in, preaper take away breakfast when we check out earlier. House have tv, shower, wc, money safe, double bed with extra single bed, terrace, air con. Only have to be be carefull about little bugs.
Amenities: bar, restaurant, swimming pool (season), jacuzzi, shop, vendings machine, atm.
Closest bus 81F take you to Mestre and you can change to Venice bus 6,6L.
Hu Venice have privite bus to Venice cost 2,5 € one way

MMarco9Hotel yang bagus untuk menginap, katil dan tilam yang sangat selesa dengan bantal, bilik mandi yang besar dan luas. Sebaliknya, langsir usang di dalam tab dan bukannya dinding/kotak kaca yang akan menjadi lebih kemas.
Sarapan boleh ditambah baik, sedikit pilihan dan pelbagai ... dan kekurangan pembakar roti elektrik dan roti untuk membuat roti bakar.
