"To be honest, I'd say it's pretty decent. The price is fair for the room, offering good value for money and no real complaints. The breakfast spread had a good variety. The hotel is located right by the beach. The island isn't very big, so I'd actually recommend renting a scooter no matter where you're staying. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit."

"The hotel is located right by the sea and boasts a very spacious private beach area. The accommodations are well-distributed across a large area, featuring numerous individual bungalows that truly capture an island resort vibe. While the rooms aren't overly spacious, they are very clean, and housekeeping is prompt. Breakfast is extensive and delicious. In the evenings, à la carte BBQ is available, and the beach hosts performances like 'Da Tie Hua' (molten iron fireworks)."

"The location was good. Pretty much in-between the pier and the beach. Bed was comfortable and the AC is great. There is a school very close that may get loud during school hours. Kids being loud and having fun doesn't bother me though. The front desk is not manned. No line/WhatsApp number to call. Reception closed at 5pm."

"Guys! If you're expecting three stars, breakfast in bed, or anything else that might be missing, don't hold your breath! In 3 minutes on foot, you'll find a heavenly sea, kinetic sand, eternal summer – simply everything you need for happiness. The rooms are a bit run down; we only had two outlets in the whole room. They change the bedding and bring plenty of bottled water. However, they didn't even empty the ashtray for four days, even though there was cleaning. For three out of four days, they couldn't fix our air conditioner; that's just how Sabai is. They came, looked, and told us to turn it off for an hour. But why come to such heavenly places and worry about the room? It's just for sleeping and the toilet! By the way, the flow-through shower gets boiling hot, and the hot water is excellent. For normal, resilient souls, this is a great option if you're coming for the sea!"

"The location is really far off. In the last corner of the island. If you don’t have a motorcycle you don’t get around well. There is a shuttle bus which costs around 120 to get to the main area one way for two, but it isn’t that reliable. It is supposed to leave once per hour at 30min after the full hour but sometimes it leaves 5min early and you are stranded for the hour, sometimes you wait until 45min after the hour. The friendlieness of the staff was from super genuinely friendly and helpful to „ I don’t give the slightest **** for you“ really depends on the person. Breakfast was good, especially the thai soups. Eating dinner there is very expensive and not that good. The restaurant location outside is spectacular. With view over the sea in many directions. The huts where you stay are simply too small. I. Essence only a bed that you can walk around. No desk or something. No shelves or something where you could store or hang clothes. You have to live out of the luggage your suitcase. The issue is : there is only space to have one opened at the time, no space for two. That makes it rather inconvenient. The water in the romm is in glass bottles , but it is actually tab water smells like chlorine. I gor stomach pain drinking only one. We were told if we need drinking water , we must use the overpriced water from the minibar. The beach wasn’t that great. You don’t walk on sand and there was lots of rubble in the water, not pleasant to swim. I would not go there again"

"The room was beautiful and clean. I got a room next to the Kahe and Sai Kaew beach. The view was beautiful. The accommodation was between Buggy and Sai Kaew Beach Resort, and it was a short walk to a 7-Eleven. Breakfast was a set menu with options to order in advance. You can eat at the cafe or in your room. However, the staff at the cafe and other areas lacked service mind. They didn't smile and greet me. They were either sitting on their phones or chatting in groups. The water and toiletries were insufficient for the guests. The restaurant and cafe closed early, closing before 5 p.m. There was nothing available for drinks or food. The entrance was under renovation, but every time I walked past, the attentive receptionist would come out and tell the technician to stop and let me pass. Thank you. The air conditioning wasn't cool throughout the room, but overall, I liked the beautiful and complete interior design. The mattress on the large bed was too soft, causing back pain."

"I don't know why this video can't be uploaded, but the other one does. We traveled with two elderly people and a three-year-old child and chose this place because we wanted a quiet vacation. The 300+ baht rooms were a good value, but we were also tempted by the ocean view of the 700+ baht rooms, so we booked one for each. Upon arrival, we realized the ocean view was the most worthwhile factor; the rest of the accommodations, including the breakfast, were mediocre. The front desk said we could upgrade to two adjacent ocean view rooms for an additional 500 baht. This was a better deal than booking directly through the platform. You can see the pictures; they're all real shots. Honestly, the accommodations are like a typical farm stay in China, but the ocean view is truly authentic, something you don't get at other hotels. If you're looking for a view and quiet, book this place. The location, just around the corner from the beach, is indeed quiet, but being away from the hustle and bustle also means it's inconvenient. We ate at another beach a dozen minutes further up the road, where we had more options and the food was better. The hotel breakfast was terrible, with almost no vegetables. They served it as a set meal, but since there were so many of us, we ordered the entire set meal, with unlimited refills. In the end, we asked them to stir-fry all the vegetables in the restaurant together to make it a complete meal. This is my honest experience, and I hope it helps others."

"I liked the hotel very much! The location is very convenient! Next to the main road, where there are many cafes, 7/11 and at the same time the hotel itself is quiet, only the birds are singing. It's a 7-minute walk to the beach, and to the pier as well. Everything is close, the island is small. The room is clean, the bed linen is snow-white. Water and toilet paper were changed every day, the cleaning of the rooms is excellent! We took a room for four, the room has 2 giant beds. You can fit four on one)) the room has everything you need, a hair dryer, a safe, a kettle, shampoo and shower gel, sets of towels for everyone. A cute, cozy terrace. Quadruple rooms have a separate terrace for the room, three and double rooms have a shared terrace for 2 rooms. Next to the entrance to the terrace there is a foot shower so you don't drag sand into the room. Very convenient. Very pleasant impressions of the stay. Now on Samet we will stay only with you ❤"

"This is a two-story house with 3 extra rooms. We booked it with friends and rented the whole place without even realizing it. The location is great, 5 minutes to the main beach, we liked it so much that the distant ones didn't even go. The ceilings are a bit low - but these are minor things, we checked in just to sleep. For that price, everything is very good!"

"Great place to stay , close to Sai Keaw Beach ( walkable) surrounded with 7-11, others Thai massages , downstairs is the restaurant so everything is in your reach.
