Cari Hotel 3-Star di Koh Samet

Nice little split level duplex. 2 queen beds on upper level , with glass sliding door and own ac. Big double day bed and massive TV downstairs. Fridge and kettle. Separate shower and toilet. Bit of a communal seating area right outside. Owners very good communication and helpful. Rented scooter for 300.

We booked the room with the breakfast included for 2 adults because our daughter doesn’t wake up for breakfast and doesn’t really like what’s on offer for breakfast. Upon check in we were charged for her breakfast anyway even I explained she will not come for breakfast. In the morning we decided to give a go. The breakfast is nothing to be excited about. Not much choice and the quality of food is very low. Even fried eggs are over cooked to a rubbery consistency and cold. Scrambled eggs looks horrible. Coffee tastes bad (sour). There is no option to book without breakfast. The room is tired and needs a good cleaning. All the furniture is moulded. Linenswith marks on them. I really dont understand the price of 250 usd per night for this service. In the room they offer used rubber flip flops wouldn’t dare to wear it ashtray not cleaned from the previous customers - we don’t smoke

Larissa consisted of Shelley huts in stilts。 the room is clean . The staff is friendly. It’s very deep in about 15 mins from tge pier and taxi takes you to saew Kew beach hotel , you will have to walk another 5-6 mins on an uneven road . For visitors who cannot walk, the hotel is unsuitable .No breakfast and no cutlery so walk for every meal . Beach is near  .

Great place for a family holiday! We had a bungalow on the beach, with its own terrace. The house has a small second floor, where a double bed fits. There is everything you need. A good restaurant with a great view of the sea. This hotel does not have a beach, as the coast is rocky, but literally 100 meters away there is a beautiful sandy beach with numerous cafes and bars. We thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and excellent service!

Good to have private beach but it’s too wavy. Breakfast was provided but not a wide variety of foods. Room was clean and hotel location is good and quiet. It is just not in the city centre so need to take the tuk tuk taxi.

ห้องพักทุกอย่างดีสะอาดดีหมดแต่ขอคอมเพลนพนักงานตรงที่กินข้าวหน่อยค่ะหน้าตาไม่ยิ้มแย้มต้อนรับเลยสักคนแล้วคนที่มารับออเดอร์ก็ไม่บอกลูกค้าว่าคนที่จ่ายรวมแพคเกตอาหารเช้าสามารถสั่งอาหารได้คนละกี่อย่างพนักงานไม่บอกอะไรรับออเดอร์เรียบร้อยเตรียมรออาหารถึงมีพนักงานอีกคนเดินมาบอกว่าสั่งได้แค่คนละ1อย่างอีกเรื่องคือ นั่งกินข้าวเสร็จพึ่งกินเสร็จ **ยํ้าว่าพึ่งกินเสร็จ** มีพนักงานคนนึงเดินมาที่โต๊ะแล้วพูดขึ้นมาว่ากินเสร็จยังเอ่ยแล้วเก็บจานที่วางบนโต๊ะไปหมดแบบนี้ควรหรอ ลูกค้ายังไม่ลุกออกจากโต๊ะแต่เดินมาบอกว่ากินเสร็จยังเอ่ยแล้วเก็บ ควรมั้ยคะ พึ่งเคยเจอที่นี่ที่แรกเลยละ ไม่ประทับใจเอามากๆเลยทำแบบนี้ไม่ต่างอะไรจากการที่คุณไล่ลูกค้านะคะเงินเราก็จ่ายเราไม่ได้มาขอคุณกินฟรี เราจ่ายทั้งเพคเกตรวมอาหารเช้าด้วยเรามาจองห้องพักคุณอยู่จ่ายทุกอย่างพฤติกรรมแบบนี้ควรมั้ยคะ พิจารณาด้วยค่ะ

The hotel is lovely, and the traditional wooden bungalow is perfect for a solo traveler, what was not great is the constant music till 10 at night, if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place to stay. Starting at 5 you have the saxophone player, followed by a one man band, then the fire show, and then the one man’s band again till 10- to 10.30. It repeats the same format every night, so you have to make sure you are away from it. The way the resort is set out, it’s hard to escape the constant noise. 5 days of this and I need another vacation just from the lack of sleep. If you like the constant party vibe then you will love it. I would think they just save their money, do one massive fire show on the weekend, and have chill during the early week days.

A nice hotel with very helpful staff. Choosing a seaside room on Trip was not clear, we ended up with a room further off the beach than I prefer. Staff moved us to a preferred room, without hassle. The breakfast is suitable for farang if you cannot do spicy. The beach is very clean, as is the water and with a morning tide you can see fish and crabs moving about. The resort is next to a roped off swim area shared by several hotels. A close-by dock serves those who want go on a snorkle trip but I dont know where to sign up for this. You will need a taxi or rent motorcy to get to town but there are two small stores about 5 minute walk if you need snacks, water, etc. There is no ATM nearby and only one on the whole island so have plenty of baht since many places on the island do not accept credit card. Our only issue was that the pool's PH level was way off and caused a bit of irritation for the boys and I could not, at all, open my eyes underwater. Hopefully this is a one-off event. Otherwise, the staff was exceptional, helped us rent 2 motorcy and had them delivered. The room was cleaned each day, bed was not too hard, and AC worked great. You get a fridge, water, and coffee in room.

My most favourite place to stay at Koh Samed. I will stay here in future again. I love the swimming pools, breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed every moment. I stayed for 9 nights. All staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Resort is walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops.

For that prince there‘s not much to expect. However, the check-in wasn’t easy to find. The room wasn’t cleaned during the 3 nights I stayed there. The bathroom was very basic, what wouldn’t be a problem, but the ventilation was designed in such a way that there were always new mosquito in there and you couldn’t really close the door to the bathroom, so you had the choice of blocking the ventilation and having bad smell or leaving it open and having mosquito bites. It‘s not a room directly at the beach. The beach is quite packed and food there rather expensive. Would definitely go for another beach.
