CCooldayThe Samed Resorts group offers the guests a free boat shuttle service to Samed Island (even free car parking), which I find very convenient. The staff helped us loading the baggage to the boat and from the boat to the hotel. Ban Ploy sea is located right next to the pier with a few minutes walk. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was so helpful and friendly. He even offered me an upgrade room with the sea front view for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfy. At the back of the resort is a log house cafe, offering tasty cakes and fancy drinks. I feel really relaxed lying on a private beach. In the evening we were so lazy to go out, just had dinner at the hotel‘s restaurant every night. It was not cheap but everything was delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied. Highly recommended!

OOlgaGaBeautiful well-groomed area, beautiful beach, live music and fire show in the evening in the restaurant. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. There are a lot of fish near the shore. Although the rooms are not new, they are spacious and have plenty of storage space. The daughter is delighted with the canopy on the bed. I think we'll come back here again.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked the room with the breakfast included for 2 adults because our daughter doesn’t wake up for breakfast and doesn’t really like what’s on offer for breakfast. Upon check in we were charged for her breakfast anyway even I explained she will not come for breakfast. In the morning we decided to give a go. The breakfast is nothing to be excited about. Not much choice and the quality of food is very low. Even fried eggs are over cooked to a rubbery consistency and cold. Scrambled eggs looks horrible. Coffee tastes bad (sour). There is no option to book without breakfast. The room is tired and needs a good cleaning. All the furniture is moulded. Linenswith marks on them. I really dont understand the price of 250 usd per night for this service. In the room they offer used rubber flip flops wouldn’t dare to wear it ashtray not cleaned from the previous customers - we don’t smoke

PPengguna TetamuRegular guest here. The hotel itself is nice but service is different. It tends to be some staff members differentiate the guests depending from which country they are. If you’re European looking, 100% you’ll get a perfect service, otherwise you’ll be not so lucky or even can face rudeness and unwillingness to help. So sad that the hotel policy is so frustrating and undeveloped.

DDaMeiI stayed here for a few days with friends. We checked in on a Sunday and the staff was able to put our 4 rooms together. So the patio space outside our rooms felt like a shared living room, it was lovely.
The resort is right beside the beach, which was a relief because I have some limited mobility.
Bed was comfy, shower was hot, included some water and snacks each day.
The staff was amazing booking my return to Bangkok after checkout. They handled booking the speed boat ride and taxi to pick me up at the mainland. No stress!

PPengguna TetamuThe staff is really helpful and will go all the way to make you feel welcome. The facilities are great. I appreciated the calm and exclusivity of the beach. I had to change my room because they gave me a twin bed ( and I'm travelling alone ) but I noticed that both the bathroom had the same issue : The sink is not as clean as you'd like to. In my first room, whenever I showered all the bathroom is flooded because of the door or maybe the whole design of the showed. That being said, I've enjoyed my stay and would've stayed longer if I could. It's frankly a good hotel, and the food is really delicious.

sawasdee coco is located at one end of sai kaew beach, while it is still near other major beach restaurants, with fire shows, e.g. winkks, grand view and tonsak.
it is worth mentioning that the staff are attentive.
when i get to the sky seaside deluxe, i need to pass a short passageway via the beach and go up to the second floor.
when i check out, the housekeeping staff members were just passed by and they proactively came to us and help us brought our luggages, not just to the front desk, but to the songthaew station.
much appreciate that.

MMr. BentoAmazing waterfront private room — we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The view was beautiful and made the stay feel calm and refreshing, especially during a layover. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of privacy and a great place to truly rest. Staying here with my brother made the experience even better, and we both really enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and how easy everything was. Overall, it was an excellent stay and a perfect choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

TTreeTeeSecond line from the beach, communal pool and dining areas are stuffed with people, light in some rooms is not good, they open onto internal passageways so people walking by regularly doesn’t make it very peaceful. Good to use as a beach base and exploring other places nearby.
