Super thankful to GM Noel Barrameda and to the FO team for the warm and 5stars hospitality very impressive indeed.

The room is nice and adequate for our use. The in-room facility is gave us an option to reheat foodstuffs which is really convenient. The only small issue we find is that no vacuum cleaning was done in the whole time of our stay. The breakfast buffet has very few choices but we really enjoy their dessert treats.

The experience is fine. The accommodation is good. I just don't expect that they are collecting a deposit of 3k upon checking in. (We paid the hotel upon booking). Base on my experience some hotels don't ask for a deposit, or if they do,it's only 1k. I just concerned what if the guest don't have that extra amount of money on hand. All in all we enjoy the rest of the night. They do upgrade our room without additional payment. From single queen bed to double queen bed. About the cockroach thing,in which i read from other previous reviews..it's legit tho. 😅 I saw a small cockroach on my pillow. Although our room was cleaned. Anyway, I like the breakfast..so much food to choose and it's all delicious. 👍 I would still recommended this hotel👌

We stayed at Lanson for the weekend, as we needed a place near Mall of Asia, and this hotel didn't disappoint us. Aside from the great location, great breakfast buffet and awesome café, the most commendable part of our stay was the warmth of their staff, all our needs were attended to and they make you feel at home. Will definitely come back. Thank youuuu Lanson! 🥰

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. Thank You and please all keep SAFE in these unpredictable times. Mike X (British)
