I have stayed at the Palmery perhaps 7 times over the last 7 years. Love the hotel, big, modern rooms, good location, facilities, pools and gardens. Great staff. Our rooms weren't ready at 2pm when we checked in, but the wait wasn't long. Returning at the end of the month. Breakfast is quite good and goes until 10.30am. So many pools. It's an interesting property. Can highly recommend. Near good restaurants, etc.

Very nice experience..all of staff are very happy and kindness..but we used towels bad quality.. I only washed my hair, but the color was stained in towel. We paid 150BT in compensation. It's a bad experience

Nice quiet location and the pool room is pleasant. A little far from the beach maybe maybe a 15 min walk or 2 mins away on a bike. I rented a bike from next door which made it easy, breakfast we pleasant. Staff are friendly and easy to check in, good option in Kata.

Good location and staff was very friendly and helpful but the rooms were old and not cleaned to expectation.

The room was cleaned everyday! And amenities is refilled everyday! Will definitely be back

This is the second time we booked this room with pool access, but unfortunately this time we got two beds connected together as a king bed, despite the fact that we asked one king bed. Not nice at least not to tell us about it. As well the room was in the passage and everyone passing by looks at you, it’s unpleasant and not so quiet. Breakfast is very simple. Overall the place is not bad.

It was out of our expectations. The place we stayed are very comfortable and clean. The shower head comes with build in water filter. The hotel was clean the staff was very good. Breakfast is very good and delicious

Very nice room and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is pretty good as well, this hotel is my favorite during this trip, highly recommend this one.

The staff & service we got were pleasant. Although our room got a little bit of aircond water leaking, the staff came immediately to our room to fix it.

Place was okay and stuff was friendly, even when we asked for an upgrade it wasn’t a problem and it was done quickly. They had a variety of breakfast which was really good. However the Only problem we had was room service, cleaning was not done at all. Cleaning Stuff would come each day but would only change the bedding and not bother cleaning the room. They didn’t even top us up with toilet paper. Some things that you would expect like clean towels and fresh bedding sheets were not standard. Some day they even used the same bed sheets and we would see by how the bed was creased.

In general, the hotel was great. The staff were very polite and even offered some tea and towels when we checked in. The hotel room was clean and was suprisingly large. The pool was delightful, especially with the accompaniment of the four cats. This is written in the perspective of a twelve year old

We had enjoyed staying here..the staff was very helpful. Limited varieties of food during breakfast but overall good food. Really recommended for couples.

The room was sub standard, doors had a gap so mosquitos could get in, the bathroom shower drain smelt of sewage, and the safe was faulty. They had to get the engineers out 4 times. The hotel staff assumed it was us causing the issues. However, on the 4th time, we demanded a new room due to the door gap, sewage smell, and safe issues. When asked, we lost half a day faffing being shown rooms, which again had gaps in the door. In the end, after the 3rd room, they moved us to the pool view rooms. Less functional than the balcony room, but at least our things were safe. On the last day, we went out for breakfast as the breakfast selection is the same every day and is quite limited in comparison to others. (We are vegetarian)
