房間的設計衹能説完全不符檔次。關鍵是服務不行，入住就搞半天，刷授權都刷了兩筆，還説沒成功。行李生偷竊了我的三包煙，並且抽走了一張20歐元。一個個都是想要索要小費的樣子。

房間不錯，前台服務周到，酒店泳池環境優美舒適

One of my favorite Hotels we have ever stayed. The design is simply stunning. Location is perfect for getting around the sites in Central Prague, train station 8 min walk away. We stayed in a King Double Room , huge smart tv , great shower and facilities. Spa was 10/10 with steam , pool , sauna relaxation room and was simply excellent. Breakfast was fabulous, especially the Eggs Benedict . Staff were excellent from check in to check out . All in all superb hotel and we will be back!

This hotel was absolutely impeccable. The location was a 10 min easy stroll to key sites like the astronomical clock and 2 more mins to the Charles bridge. There were Christmas markets right outside the door and the main one near the clock. The staff provided the best service I experienced in Prague with every encounter. The doormen / bellmen were attentive and knew me by face. I was staying over the NYE holiday and I felt like they were added security. The front desk remembered me from check in and greeted me by name daily. They were super helpful with directions and guidance locally. The wait staff in the restaurant and bar were fabulous. The excitement about the NYE celebrations was palpable and yet they still purposefully focused on the people in front of them at the moment. My room was phenomenal and spotless. Every detail was accounted for - as expected at a W. However, I really felt the boutique hotel experience. The gym was great - I would have liked to use the sauna without extra charge but that wasn’t possible. Lastly, I want to recognize the great work of management. They were present but not overbearing which isn’t common. They did a perfect job of allowing their staff to do what they do best and just were present if needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again without thinking twice. Incredible stay! Thank you!

This hotel is truly magical. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A standout feature is the sink being located outside the shower and toilet area, allowing one person to use the sink while another uses the shower—very convenient. Breakfast at the Grand Cafe is exceptional. It includes a small but well-curated buffet of breads, pastries, fruits, vegetables, and drinks, complemented by an extensive à la carte menu. I tried the eggs Benedict and the shakshouka—both were incredible and of exceptional quality. We also enjoyed an unforgettable Christmas Eve dinner here. While it was expensive, the experience was worth every penny, with outstanding service and top-tier dishes. The meal included a sea bass ceviche, foie gras, a perfectly tender steak, and a delightful millefeuille to finish. The spa deserves special recognition. The serene ambiance, dim lighting, and soothing music create a peaceful retreat. Facilities include a cold pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a unique sensory shower experience that you walk through with varying temperatures, scents, and mood-enhancing music—unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at—an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Where to begin! Unexpected travel changes landed me and my best friend at the W. I work for a major hotel group in the US as a General Manager and can say without hesitation that the team at W Prague is among the best I’ve experienced ever. We were promptly greeted at the front before even exiting the taxi, a warm and inviting start to an epic stay. We opted to store our bags and explore the city, at which point we were offered a tour of the hotel by the incredible front desk agent (I missed his name and feel terrible about this.) He explained the history of the hotel and provided great information about the amenities. He then showed us to the spa where we were showed around by Tom. After exploring the city we returned and decided to try out the spa, Tom and Tim provided a warm personal welcome upon our return. The spa was immaculately clean and amenities maintained. Following the spa we stopped by the concierge for recommendations for a traditional Czech dinner; she arranged dinner for us at the Blue Duck which was also great! After dinner we returned to the hotel and had drinks at the W Lounge. The bartender Lueta was outstanding, we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her to the point we ended up there for nearly 3 hours for what was supposed to be a single drink before bed. As we were preparing to leave Lueta presented us with two traditional Czech liquors and a personalized post card. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a wonderful sleep but the staff are what makes this hotel the best of the best. I cannot wait to return and would stay no where else than the W.
