The place is very centrally located, and the pre-check in is really easy. The studio is easy to find, and comfy to stay at. Has a kitchen with all needed equipment for cooking at home. They also have a few fans for those who like to sleep with a breeze. The heat was a little confusing, as I have never used that type before and couldn’t find any details on how to turn it on. But no big deal. I will say this, 10:00 am check-out is far, far too early. It should be 11:00am to noon. Ten just feels greedy to me

Bathroom could use updating. Location is perfect . The pillows are an absolute no go

酒店位置非常好，離布拉格中央火車站和老城廣場都很近，出行很方便。房間很寬敞，兩張大床一張小床，我們是家庭5人出遊，足夠。房間很新，暖氣十足，真不錯。但是酒店訂單是郵件確認，英語不好會有點困難。因為是公寓，所以沒有前台，寄存行李需要六七百米吧

大家記得提前讓他們發郵件 辦理check in 這是國內那種民宿一樣 沒有酒店大廳 是郵件發給你連結 網上辦理 給密碼 上樓和進房間 一定要提前打電話要郵件連結！！！！！不然就得在樓下弄半天 地理位置還是很不錯的 也很衞生

入住前沒有發登記連結，晚上6點左右到了酒店無法進入大樓，撥打酒店無人接聽，聯繫攜程幫忙聯繫酒店，再次撥打電話聯繫上酒店，説馬上發郵件，查了郵件後仍然沒有收到，馬上再次打酒店電話，又沒人接聽了，已經晚上7點多了， 不得不重新訂了另外一家酒店，後要求這家酒店退款，卻拒絕退款！真是醉了！ 附撥打酒店電話的記錄。👎👎👎😡😡😡

部屋は清潔で広くてよかった。また交通の便もよい場所でスーパーや買い物、広場で夕飯など楽しめた。ただ暖房が使えず、寒くて凍えた。
