"Great location, quiet place, next to the beach, nice beach, recommended for who are looking for swimming in the sea,I was selected pool access room that was great room, large area with the big bath tub and easy to assess to the pool, in this hotel have 2 swimming pools that comfortable for family or group of friends, staffs all friendly and helpful."

"The staff in charge of luggage storage and handling at the front desk are friendly, responsible, enthusiastic and serious. The air conditioner sometimes leaks like a waterfall, so it doesn't matter if the bed is not next to the wall. Because the edge of the bed is hard, be careful not to pounce on the bed or you may hit the bone.The hotel is quite good, simple and original."

"Celes Samui is a great hotel in a lovely, quiet, and relaxing spot — just a 10-minute walk from Fisherman’s Village. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location is fantastic. The restaurant food was delicious and breakfasts were very good. The beds are quite firm, which may not suit everyone, though the bedding itself was very good. The staff experience was mixed. Some were absolutely wonderful — especially the girl with the short dark hair at reception, who was friendly and helpful every day, along with the restaurant staff and the guys on the front gate. However, others weren’t as friendly, and at times even came across as aggressive. Check-in and check-out weren’t overly welcoming, and one housekeeper was very abrupt when I asked for extra towels and refused to leave until I gave her two towels which I didn’t actually have! The beach is beautiful to look at, but after about a metre in, the bottom is slimy, which made swimming less enjoyable. Because of this, we left for a few days to enjoy Lamai, which has a much more breathtaking beach. It’s a short cab ride away. All in all, I would still recommend Celes Samui — it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to stay with clean rooms and excellent food. But I didn’t find the staff friendliness as consistent as other reviewers have described, which was a bit disappointing."

"Just a lovely place to stay. The villa with the private pool is definitely the way to go. Hotel is near many necessities and just far enough from any noise at all....very quiet. Service counter staff is incredible. The washroom and shower are the only downfall of this great hotel....very poor design. We would love to stay here again."

"Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Firstly the staff. All staff members are welcoming and friendly, but I want to express my appreciation to Paul and Gift. Paul is an amazing Muay Thai coach and helped as a lot and Gift is just amazing. Hotel Manager is awesome too. The room- Nice and big with a fantastic view of the ocean, really nice welcome birthday gifts of cake and wine and they were really yummy. The breakfast- really delicious made to order from a menu and also a buffet spread. Although the made to order is yummy it would be nice if they had daily specials as the menu doesn’t change. The pool and beach are amazing. I enjoyed it , especially the swim up bar. Location- love it. Really central but away from the noise. Everyone must stay here."

"This place is absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend a better stay on the island of Koh Samui. The whole facility is spotless (so so clean) you can’t go anywhere without the staff smiling and saying hello. The service is 10\10 the rooms are worth every dollar. You will not be disappointed with your stay here! My partner and I will continue to stay here whenever we have the chance to head back to Koh Samui. (so good we ended up booking another 2 nights)"

"I took my baby and parents on vacation, so I wanted to find a room for four people. The hotel is great, very quiet, and there are not many rooms. I originally wanted to book a beach villa, but it was already booked😂 The two-bedroom villa we stayed in was very comfortable. The swimming pool in the yard was very casual to play in, and the children were very happy. The room also has a kitchen, pots and pans, knives and forks, dishes, and microwave ovens. The coconut candy they gave was so delicious😋And you can watch the Chinese version of Netflix at will, and the baby watched several movies. The location is not in a busy area, but it is very quiet. It is very close to the pier for going out to the sea. There is also a 7-11 in a five-minute walk. The hotel is also close to the Thousand-Hand Guanyin Temple and the Big Buddha Temple. There are also some restaurants further ahead. You can also order meals at the hotel. It is not particularly expensive and the taste is also very good. We ate for 2 days. Breakfast was booked at the front desk the day before. A guy would deliver it to the room in the morning and help to arrange the dishes. There were Thai and Western dishes, and there were many choices. They also helped us pack when we went out to sea on the first day😄 The ladies at the front desk were all very nice. When I left, they helped me call a taxi, which was cheaper than grab✌🏻. I also lost my sunglasses case and glasses at the front desk. I contacted the front desk, and the lady helped me deliver them to my second hotel after get off work. She was really an angel🤭 I had a super pleasant three days."

"Amazing resort! Couldn't Reccommend it highly enough! I see the effort of the staff every day with the fruit and water around the pool to all guests and the environment so well kept. They even provide a small treat before sleep on the bed waiting and throughout our stay the upmost care and attention to all needs of their customers. We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆"

From the moment we arrived, Eldor’s professionalism and warmth made us feel instantly welcome. He arranged a seamless airport transfer, ensuring we arrived safely at the villa without any hassle. Upon arrival, Eldor greeted us with genuine hospitality, even helping with our luggage. The villa itself was **huge and fully equipped**—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the **Honeymoon Villa** on the second floor, which offered breathtaking views and total privacy. Eldor took the time to thoroughly explain every facility in the villa, including the **fully functional kitchen** with a microwave, stovetop, and other cooking essentials—perfect for preparing meals at home. The attention to detail was impressive: complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes), fresh towels, and even pool towels were provided. The highlight was undoubtedly the **private infinity pool**—large, clean, and overlooking the sea. Whether swimming at sunrise or under the stars, the pool was pure bliss, with no disturbances and complete seclusion. The villa’s air conditioning was powerful (a lifesaver in the tropical heat!), and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room allowed us to admire the pool and ocean views while lounging indoors. What amazed me most was the **flawless cleanliness**—not a single insect in sight! The entire property was meticulously maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Eldor’s villa surpassed even high-end chain hotels in terms of quality, privacy, and value for money. Without a doubt, this was my **best villa experience ever**, and I’ll enthusiastically recommend it to friends."

"Unfortunately, the yoga instructor was not available, hence, we didn’t get to enjoy the yoga sessions as planned. If only the hotel is contactable and we can plan on other dates. Their reservation email is not working, then how do we get in touch with the hotel? Sent 2 emails and yet the staff said there were no emails received. How strange! The room we were checked in was hot like sauna, and we requested to change the room. The staff said it’s due to the hot weather therefore room is warmer. Rubbish! It’s the AC issue, don’t blame the weather. We were moved to another room but we still need to request for a fan in the room to circulate the cool air. It’s a nice resort but the poor maintenance is a turnoff! We still enjoyed our stay as the staff at the restaurant are very nice and friendly. Overall the resort experience is nice, just the room maintenance was very poor."
