Cari Hotel 4-Star di Koh Samui

I recently stayed at Skype Beach Hotel in Koh Samui from 13-16 November 2025 with three of my girlfriends, and I could not be more impressed with the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. A special shout-out to Lee, the manager, who went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday celebration for two of my friends in our villa. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the event was a huge success, thanks to Lee and his team. Their thoughtful touches and seamless execution made the experience unforgettable. Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Nitty and Ross were particularly outstanding, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring our every need was met. Their hospitality truly set this property apart and made us feel like VIPs. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating more than four people. We especially loved the theatre room, which had two beds and could comfortably accommodate an additional four guests—perfect for relaxing together as a group. As for the food, we were delighted with the breakfast options offered each morning. The Thai Rice Soup and American Breakfast Set were just a few of the delicious choices that started our days off perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend Skype Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui. The service is top-notch, the staff is genuinely caring, and the atmosphere is one of warmth and relaxation. This trip was made even more special because of the outstanding efforts from Lee, Nitty, Ross, and the entire team. I will definitely be coming back for future trips and will be recommending this place to anyone I know visiting the island. Thank you agin to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable!!

Расположение: нужно сразу понимать что потребуется транспорт. В пешей доступности есть пара кафе, но мы в них не ходили, народу в них тоже не наблюдалось, ну разве что пару раз видели несколько фарангов, которые завтракали. Репорт предлагает доставку на пляж и обратно по определенным часам. Про цену не помню: то ли бесплатно, то ли за символическую платную совсем низкую. Завтраки тоже предлагали заказывать с доставкой на виллу: это конечно дороже, чем в обычном кафе, но все же доступно. Мы этой услугой не пользовались, так как пришлось бы заранее планировать время завтрака (зачем?). Пляж… мы проживали во время дневных отливов, потому ничего хорошего про море не скажу, а сам пляж чистый и почти безлюдный. Сюрпризы: бронировали виллу с тремя спальнями и гостиной + бассейн. При просмотре фото номеров ( во время бронирования) никак не мог понять расположение комнаты а также не мог понять приватность бассейна. Будет ли бассейн только нашими или его надо будет делить с гостями из какой-то другой виллы. Даже в Гугл мапс «погулял», но так до конца и не понял. По прибытию Приятно удивило то, что эта самая вилла состоит из двух отдельных домовую между которыми расположен бассейн ( не маленький, средних размеров). Один дом состоит из двух спален с отдельными входами и отдельными сан узлами, а другой дом сострит из огромной гостиной, столовой, кухни и спальни + 2 сан узла. Грандиозно! Еще патио. Из минусов: не очень стабильный wi fi, телевизор задумчивый. Пожалуй все. Еще кондиционеры не так быстро охлаждают, как хотелось бы, но это вина конструктива зданий. Огромная площадь остекления которое выполнено в одиночном исполнении из дерева. Угли в будущем поставить нормальный алюминиевые конструкции со стеклопакетами, то можно будет добиться лучшего эффекта от кондиционеров+ сэкономить на электроэнергии и улучшить звукоизоляцию. Тем не менее кондиционеры вполне справляются со своей задачей. Практически всегда было тихо. В целом все ок. Денег своих это место стоит. Хозяйка по имени Лана очень доброжелательна и безупречно говорит на русском.

- Great location at the end of Lamai beach with a lovely view of both sand and beautiful boulders. -There is a little beach bar just beside the hotel that provides spots to sit on a giant boulder, which is a great perch in the evening or for sunrise. It looks like there are paddle boards and snorkels for use at the hotel. It’s near to the Grandmother/father rocks and Lamai beach is perfect for swimming and walking. - We loved the breakfasts, especially the delicious homemade croissants and pain au chocolate, along with fresh fruits changed daily and eggs to order. The Thai lunch options were also very good. -Win and Naing were kind and warm and helped us with what we needed. - The pool and frangipani tree, along with a variety of spots for lounging, including big covered round beds, created a chill atmosphere: so comfortable that were much lazier than we thought we’d be because we were so relaxed. Tip: The rooms have only partial views and the best view is #8. Note: Our room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom was a little dark and a little smelly, but definitely not too bad. The alley just outside the hotel is unlit and foul smelling, but a short walk away from some massage places and a few restaurants and bars. In general, the property is well maintained but shows a bit of wear, including stained patio cushions and umbrellas and things like that, but just a touch of aesthetic upgrades are needed- it’s still a great beach resort, a very good value, and we’d be back again. Beautiful resort and excellent price.  Little confusion over spa treatments due to language barrier and to be honest, not the best massage.  I’m Also called reception for around 20 minutes at around 2am with no luck. Had it been an emergency I would have been stuck. Promised 24hr reception presence when we checked in.  Lovely staff and service.

Really lovely relaxed stay. Super friendly and efficient service from all staff. Very limited pool space and lacking in beach space during high tides. Everything else wonderful. Would return for sure.

Amazing hotel with all facilities. The hotel has a private beach where you can see the sunrise, the beach is clean, not so crowded. Hotel’s staff is helpful and kind, they assisted in everything, they helped us to get our luggages as well without us asking them. The hotel has also a swimming pool. Our room was on the fourth floor with a sea view and a balcony. The restaurant is a bit pricey but you can have lunch/dinner right by the beach. Definitely will get back to this hotel when I am back to Koh Samui.

Kakitangan sangat membantu dan sopan. Mereka membantu membawa bagasi dan barang-barang kami. Kami menginap selama dua malam dan termasuk makan malam matahari terbenam (ini adalah caj tambahan). Kawasan kolam renang mempunyai kolam kanak-kanak, kolam renang yang dipanaskan, dan kolam renang dewasa semuanya dalam satu. Saya sangat kagum. Saya agak risau pada mulanya kerana beberapa ulasan mengatakan kakitangan hanya memberi perhatian kepada tetamu asing, tetapi semasa penginapan kami, kakitangan semuanya sangat ramah dan menyenangkan. #Kebanyakannya warga asing menginap di sana. Kami hanya melihat satu bilik Thai yang lain. Tetapi mereka langsung tidak mengganggu. Ada yang sangat ramah kerana kami tersenyum kepada mereka terlebih dahulu.😆😆😆 Oh, hampir terlupa! Terdapat tempat minum di hadapan bilik dan di tepi kolam renang, atau di pantai. ***Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi lain kali. Saya secara peribadi merasakan ia hebat.*** #Mengenai tempat letak kereta, saya akan memberikannya 8/10. Terdapat ruang letak kereta di dalam vila, tetapi hanya untuk dua kereta. Kereta lain perlu mencari tempat letak kereta di tepi jalan dan berjalan kaki ke vila, yang agak sukar.😆 Secara keseluruhan, ia hebat.

The staff were very pleasent and accommodating, the pools were nice and clean, unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel is terrible, there is no beach directly in front of the hotel and the rest of the bay is covered in oil and quite unkept.

Exceptional hospitality. This hotel is well maintained and the staff is really caring. They even remembered my wifes birthday with a cake to our room. We had issues with trip.com booking but hotel managed and helped that our stay was superb. For families who are traveling with kids this is really good. Breakfast was really good. The beach is not good as before (like in the pictures) but it is still possible to swim when sea is calm.

Beautiful room , beautiful view from room , private and beautiful beach , they gave us early check-in . Must visit hotel and definitely the private beach .
