Hola en general creo que estuvo bien pero. habían cosas sucias como toallas y paredes eso no me gustó, lo otro es el ambiente llegaron personas muy ruidosas gritando y haciendo fiestas creo que no fue agradable sentir bulla toda la noche y que los administradores no hicieran nada ! Y me di cuenta que si alquilas en las páginas web sale mucho más barato

Hotel is great lobby is outstanding maintenance is good could use a helping hand you love your lobby in the hallways are quick to your room. Three different entrances bet is to die for bathrooms or huge rooms. Is there a Suites? It feels like I should’ve paid 150 for it, but with trip I got a great deal breakfast was excellent both days staff was friendly and accommodating front desk was outstanding. Everything was ready to go when I got there and check out is at noon, so no need for late check out if you’re in Provo, stay in South Provo at this hotel, he will not be disappointed.

Decent breakfast, the omelette was really good one morning and there was always cooked food, pastries, fruit hams cheeses, there’s a waffle machine, rice puddings, cold drinks etc so I would say that is probably the best part Staff were friendly, they had This Works toiletries, it’s a convenient location with pretty interior but it felt like things weren’t quite right… It was so loud i didn’t have a peaceful nights sleep, as a family we had 3 rooms and they all commented on the air con system noise so I didn’t realise my room was louder until my brother was in my room to watch a film on the last evening, it came from the kitchen and was really disruptive even with ear plugs The lights were so dim I kept 5 lamps on and bathroom lights Room service was delicious but an hour after we ordered we rang down to see how long it would be then received it within the next 10 minutes so think they forgot about us (was only a quesadilla and pasta which is why we called when it had been an hour) The pool isn’t heated so the hot tub is great to jump straight in to after! But there aren’t changing rooms so you can either walk from the gym toilets into the pool area next door or get changed in pool area (rather than a changing room with a door into the pool as I would expect) I want to rate more but it almost feels like they focus on bigger things forgetting the basics? I wouldn’t normally stay somewhere this nice, it’s over double the price I regularly pay for hotels in England so I did expect more My Mum also expected dressing gowns so was a bit disappointed Tips for non US guests, the iron cord extends out of the bottom, follow the instructions on the coffee pack (no kettle) and you’ll need a room key when checking out to get out the car park

Pleasant Grove (which is basically a Salt Lake City suburb) is not the sleepy little place you might imagine. Expansion of the SLC area means non-stop crazy traffic just about everywhere within 50 miles. Hyatt House, though, provided a place of calm, quiet, restful respite from the outside world. The hotel is easy to find, with great access to the I-15 freeway and lots of dining and shopping options . The room we were in was spacious, clean and modern, with excellent lighting, a big TV with good channel selection, and a shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water (no tub). The one drawback was the location of the toilet paper roll in the bathroom, which allowed little maneuverability to reach the tissue. (We just removed it from the holder and kept it on the counter instead.) Staff was pleasant and very helpful.
