Hotel Romantik di Daerah Yi

My family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.

酒店位置非常好，就在宏村景區外走路七八分鐘的地方，免費停車，酒店環境也好，還有私房菜，老闆打了八折，還安排人帶路去宏村。定的這間家庭套房比想象的好，榻榻米設計非常實用，寶寶睡上面圍起來就不怕掉下去，窗景也不錯 晚上沒有車子什麼吵鬧的聲音，房間的衞生很妥，因為第一晚住的感覺很不錯想着續住，結果房間被定了，老闆二話不説就免費升級了房間，房間真的超大，還要提一點，真是一秒出熱水，洗澡超水大很舒服，床墊也舒服不軟不硬。。。總之很滿意哈哈哈，我照片拍的不好，總之住了不虧

預訂前看了照片和評論，照片是自己喜歡的風格，評論讓我有點猶豫要不要預訂這家民宿，剛好自駕宏村會經過這家民宿，所以選擇進來看看，這家民宿真的超出了我的預期，看得出來主理人很用心，剛到門口，管家就過來招呼我們，我説我還沒有預訂房間，想看下房間，管家也很熱情跟我介紹，店內有一衹很胖很可愛的貓，抵擋不住想擼貓的心情，決定在這裏住一晚，進到房間，房間很有特色，私密性做得很好，衞生弄得很乾凈，很舒服，管家跟我們講解了一下週邊的景點，告訴我們怎麼玩，幫我們規劃了路線，晚上安排我們去了一趟秀裏看錶演，考慮宏村還沒有去玩，覺得店員很熱情，服務也做得很周到，所以決定續住了一晚，民宿也有餐廳，主要這兩天玩得比較累了，決定在店內用餐，店員給我們介紹了他們家的招牌菜，小河魚，當季野菜，非常鮮，口味也很適合我們，我們口味比較淡，徽菜是比較重口的，在別的地方我都吃不慣，我很喜歡吃他家的米，米很香很糯，幹了一大碗飯[笑臉]，不得不説這次民宿選對了，好評必須五星好評！！！

This hotel inside the hongcun village was great! They helped me with a ride from the entrance and back to the station even when I booked it very last minute the same day. The room was very comfortable, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The location is amazing, just by the moon pond, very centric to everything inside the village. Definitely recommend this place to stay during your time in hongcun!

This place is located within Hongcun ancient city and you will need to purchase the pass to reach the place . The pass is valid for three days. The place was quint and for a traveler looking for an local experience this will be the place with a nice yard and standard chinese home built with wood. The stay would have been more comfortable with better heating facilities. The room was extremely cold even with two heaters being used. It was almost impossible to use the bathroom as there was no heating facilities in the bathroom. Ironically the comforter was the one that provided some comfort in this cold weather as temperatures varied greatly during the morning and night. The boss was pretty nice though, he was a quiet person that spoke very little to guests. However, if you made any request with him, he will not only accommodate it but will value add by taking his initiative to make things as convenient as possible for you. I have personally experienced this and it was a pleasant surprise. The boss took the initiative to arrange for me to reach my next hotel destination right up to its doorstep although I did not expect him to do so. Very much appreciated him for his thoughtfulness. Overall experience of the stay was acceptable, if the room had better heating facilities this would have definitely enhance the comfort of the stay greatly for the traveler.

Zhang Mansion is a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of the ancient village, its decor and furnishing is fitting with the historic setting but with modern, clean and comfortable amenities. Would definitely stay again and would strongly recommend to others! Hotel manager was very communicative, but you need to have WeChat. They can communicate in English by message with you. The rooms were stunning, service was excellent and the communal areas were beautiful and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was freshly made and they were able to accommodate our requests. Some of the rooms require ascending steep stairs, so if you have accessibility needs it would be best to inform the hotel in advance. Bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. The addition of the tea ceremony area is brilliant. The mattresses and bedding were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean with good pressure hot water. The hotel also put us in touch with a honest and reliable driver that we used for transfers from the bullet train station as well as a trip to Huang Shan (yellow mountain).

I will surely stay here again in future. Extremely nice/ cleanroom and very reasonable rate. Most attractions are like 5 mins walk away. Absolutely love the automatic toilet (I'm a bidet person 😂). Simple Chinese breakfast to start the day and it is free, so not complaining.

住的盧宛套房，位置很好，就在主樓附近。房間沒得説，處處有窗，處處有景。從預訂了酒店之後，酒店的管家Jax就主動聯繫，推薦旅行規劃了，非常好。酒店裡的所有服務人員，都很有禮貌，非常熱情。開電車的小哥推薦一定要去奇墅湖，我們特地一早6點跑了一趟，宛若仙境，不虛此行。酒店的早餐非常豐盛，住了三晚，每天主菜都不重複。白雲中餐廳的晚餐，值得一試，大廚的水平是相當的高。Spa的品質超讚，需要提前預約，我原本約的晚上8:30，後來想提前半小時，沒有辦法改，全滿。做過之後，感覺非常值。整個酒店本身就值得好好看看，旁邊黃山文化園有田間小路通向盧村，哈哈哈

離景區很近很近，服務5星給房東，回覆很及時，有問題及時跟進。入住的時候在一樓，客觀評價，有兩間卧室真的很方便，兩室一廳一廚一衞還帶冰箱微波爐洗衣機。但是一樓的弊端就是黴味比較重，客服回覆很及時，也説了不滿意可以退，但是到的比較晚了還有別的計劃，就沒有退。牆面不太乾淨，看着心裏不咋舒服。另外空調建議定期清洗，感覺其中一個房間空調的濾網沒有清潔。洗浴用品配備很齊全。整體性價比很高，沒有發黴就完美了

Good stay except for one small issue that should have been addressed better. The room I stayed in had faulty electrical connections so many light switches were mixed up and the bathroom shower light did not turn on. We had to shower in the dark. I raised the issue to a worker and she accused me of not knowing how to use light switches. She further complained to me about another customer who raised similar issues to her. It was very unprofessional. Later that day, a different worker came to the room to look at the problem and confirmed that the switches didn’t work, and he said there is no way to fix it. They did not offer anything to resolve the issue. I will not stay here again.
