Hotel Terbaik di Rome dengan Spa

Struktur baru dan berfungsi, katil bersaiz king yang sangat baik dan tilam ortopediknya, bilik tidak bersih sempurna (tidak lama kemudian saya berjalan di sana, tanpa selipar, saya mempunyai kaki hitam) tetapi sangat berfungsi dan dilengkapi dengan semua perkhidmatan yang diperlukan untuk penginapan ( antara termasuk kemungkinan menyediakan kopi dan teh di dalam bilik). Restoran dengan pemandangan yang sangat baik, tetapi kakitangan yang tidak cekap dan tidak bersedia (saya tidak dapat memilih meja, menu yang dikurangkan dan terakhir tetapi tidak kurang juga saya memesan tartare daging dan saya dihidangkan beberapa keping daging dengan bawang, cendawan, pesto dan saya tidak tambahkan apa-apa ada yang lain ....... ringkasnya, asas memasak tidak ada !!! Lebih tepat jika mengatakan bahawa mereka sudah kehabisan stok dan saya akan mengambil sesuatu yang lain; carbonara adalah kredit yang sangat baik untuk kredit. Akhirnya, Perkhidmatan tidak ada, terdapat kira-kira 5 pelayan di antara maitre d 'dsb. Saya terpaksa menunggu 20 minit untuk menerima roti, *****tara kopi - kelelahan kerana tidak melihat siapa-siapa lulus - dibawa di kaunter dengan harga yang sederhana € 3 dikenakan kepada saya walaupun saya sedikit rungutan !!!! Maaf, saya lupa menyebut bahawa terdapat sekitar 6 pelanggan di seluruh restoran. (ringkasnya, tidak pernah lagi !! pengalaman restoran untuk dilupakan). Penyambut tetamu yang sangat baik, bersedia dan bersedia untuk menyelesaikan masalah; sebenarnya, dia segera memberikan selipar bilik dengan logo struktur dan memberi saya sarapan percuma. The room is spacious enough for me and my friend to open our luggage at the same time and still lots of room to walk around with the case opened. The bed and linens are comfortable. Desk to long and wide, with two chairs allow us to use and put on daily skin care together. Only if they could setup slippers in room and add in tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom then it will be perfect. Location wise there are quite a lot of restaurants around and it is very close to the central terminal, just a 5-10 minutes walk. You can also take bus or train around to travel around attractions in Rome very easily. There are 2-3 receptionists in the check in counter, they are very knowledgeable to Rome and hotel product knowledge, hope they could keep smile on faces and more friendly. Also I request a non need service to our room to the housekeeping attendant on the second day, but we came back to the room and found it was cleaned. Attached the photo is the door stopper which I found good for the attendant they don’t need to bend their back and also to protect the door from getting starches at the same time.

The best hotel I have ever been, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is amazing, everything so good and fresh, the Spa is to die for, i had a massage aswell and it was very good, they also give free products in the fridge for you which is a bonus, very clean, the position is amazing not far from town center, I wish I could go back now. Big should out to ever employees, always with a smile, always nice, nothing is too much of a problem, thank you for making this experience for me so effortless

Wonderful hotel,great location, not far away from city centre, tasty breakfast from a lot to choose.Very helpful staff.They have transfer to city centre for 5euros per person. If I will come back to Rome I would choose to stay here again. They have swimming pool and spa center.

The location was great as it was near roma termini. It was also walking distance to bustops to all the town square/ shopping streets and rome attractions.

My husband and I got upgraded upon arrival (a perk of Leaders Club, the loyalty program of Leading Hotels of The World of which this hotel is a member) and spent two nights here exploring. You’re in the middle of it all, but honestly it felt like we were in a tucked away private luxury apartment. Breakfast was a MUST DO as were drinks at the terrace. The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

First of all picked the H10 hotel in Roma Citte as we had stayed in the Barcelona boutique hotel H10 and the quality of the hotel and service was superb. However the hotel H10 Roma Citte was no where near the same standard as the one in Barcelona and the Barcelona hotel cost less per night. I understand from reception that the boutique hotels are a grade higher To me the boutique hotel was a four star and the Roma Citte hotel was not in my opinion. Here is a summary of my review Most of these points have been mentioned in previous reviews Here are the good points of Roma Citte H10 Good size comfortable bed Room was clean Quite location Negative points Not in the main tourist part of the city and even though there are buses and trains in walkable distance it is a pain going backwards and forward. Also if you come back to the hotel for the evening there are no nice bars or restaurants nearby. The hotel is situated in a slightly run down area of the city. Hotel is tired and there are maintenance issues. (the photos don’t actually reflect how the hotel and rooms are now.) W3 had 3 maintenance issues a couple of these were put right however the main issue was the extracted fan ddid not work in the bathroom which therefore smells musty and all towels are still wet the next day. Point previously made. Wi-Fi not available in bedrooms. I think for what we paid per night we could of got a higher standard o& hotel in a more convenient location.
