Hotel berhampiran Salone delle Fontane, Rome

Parto con il dire che pernotto spesso a Roma sia per lavoro che per concorsi. Avendo pernottato in tale struttura per 3 notti, ho potuto gustare la loro colazione, che anche se un pò povera a livello di scelta, era comunque buona. Piccolo neo, anche se per me molto importante, nonostante il costo elevato della stanza, non fanno un cappuccino ”reale”, ma sei costretto a bere quello della macchinetta (direi che con quasi 170 euro a notte magari un cappuccino come si deve me lo merito, ma va bene). Durante il soggiorno, lo scarico del water non funzionava poichè si era danneggiato, ma è stato prontamente riparato. Ho apprezzato la cordialità dei ragazzi che si occupavano della ristorazione. Cosa non mi è piaciuto?! Da dove iniziare?! La cosa più GRAVE a mio parere e che hanno rovistato nel mio zaino (chiuso nell'armadio) in mia assenza, Direte voi, come te ne sei accorta? Semplice! Sono una maniaca dell'ordine con l'aggravante di essere germofobica, per cui non appena arrivo in una stanza d'albergo igienizzo e conservo tutto in modo che, durante le pulizie, nessuno possa toccare la mia roba. Avevo lasciato il mio zaino interamente chiuso, anche le fibbie a scatto, ed il comparto che rende espandibile il mio zaino chiuso. Al mio ritorno trovo lo zaino spostato, le fibbie e la cerniera della parte espandibile aperta. Dal mio zaino ovviamente non mancava nulla. Appena giunti in Hotel, la receptionist, squadrandoci dalla testa ai piedi, e notando le nostre valigie (due zaini) credeva, forse, non fossimo all'altezza di quel posto!?Non saprei. Sta di fatto che non appena ho comunicato che avevamo una stanza prenotata, ha subito cambiato atteggiamento, divenendo quasi adorabile e sdolcinata. Avendo prenotato e pagato tramite booking, ho dovuto pagare in loco le sole tasse di soggiorno, risultanti dal sito essere 6 euro al giorno. All'atto del pagamento mi viene richiesto un costo di euro 7.5 a notte; ovviamente faccio presente che sul sito era indicato un costo differente, ma il receptionist in maniera molto sgarbata, poco educata e con fare infastidito, utilizzando un tono di sufficienza, non da nessuna spiegazione, ma ribadisce il costo totale da pagare. Ora io non sono solita mettere delle recensioni negative, ma qui ci sta tutta.

Stayed here for what was supposed to be 3 nights but checked out early and stayed elsewhere. Didn’t bother saying to the hotel we were checking out just left. Didn’t see the point as none of our concerns were attended to whilst we were there. Completely ignored. Firstly the hotel is very far out from rome city centre like a 30/35 min taxi ride. Costing about €40-50. We were ignored at check in with 1 person in front of us and treat unfairly compared to Italian people. An Italian couple were ushered up to the desk to check in in front of us to our disbelief. Upon check in the walls in the bathroom had soap all spilled down them and hadn’t been cleaned off. Our air conditioning wouldn’t work to which we were told at reception it’s fine. The keycard kept locking us out our room every time we left and reception said we must have had it next to keys in our pocket which we didn’t have. But every time we went to room had to go to reception and sort out the card as were locked out. Asked about a cash point nearby to a member of staff and the reply was I don’t know and shrugged shoulders. Then asked about room service and was told don’t think so ask in restaurant. Couldn’t deal with the ignorance anymore so moved elsewhere.

Honestly，my experience this hotel is a little bit lower than equivalent level hotel. The mattress in this hotel is not bad. However， unfortunately， it mattress gonna be only point I satisfy with it. The service is normal，but their equipment maintenance is concerning，there are several bulbs down in my room and the shower door in the bathroom seems hard to push. Most importantly，air conditioner in the room is not powerful enough which is a terrible infomation for tourist in this summer. The picture attached in this comment is it outside environment，it might be not clear enough， but I have to say it outside is too dark😂， but it is not a luxury hotel in city centre， therefore it is still acceptable . This hotel is generally good， but there are still large spaces that it can move forward to increase it customer satisfaction.

This was my second stay at Nerva Accomodation Cavour, and I was completely satisfied. We arrived about 9pm having chosen the self check-in option: access to the hotel and room were via PIN codes supplied by WhatsApp, which worked fine. Room was perfectly clean and had air conditioning controlled by a remote control. Staff were available at breakfast, which comprised tea/coffee and a selection of pastries and yoghurts. A little noise could be heard from other rooms, but nothing disturbing. Location is a short walk from both Termini station and the Colosseum.

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. The hotel has a great location，but the kettle made the lights go off in the entire room, and we didn’t get a replacement for it so I had to go fetch water downstairs. The bathroom is very small as well and the sofa bed isn’t very comfortable. The breakfast was very average just normal. The service was great front desk were friendly and helpful.

Very nice classy Italian hotel, has his own history and amazing design I arrived at 13:30 and worker at reception was so nice and checked me in. The room was huge with nice view to the main street. All furniture a bit old but hotel has a real style, I like it a lot Very good cosmetics in bathroom. Breakfast is ok

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Movie Movie Hotel has quite new facilities, not like the dated hotels in city center of Rome. It was only 3 minutes walk from metro A line station. The hotel upgraded me to top floor with a spacious room. Everything worked fine. The only complaint was the tiny shelf (not a table) next to the bed. I found not much space to put things next to bed. Other than that, seriously it was a good discovery for visiting Rome for future trips.

Lots of on site parking. Laundry service recommended across the hotel were amazing and friendly. Room was very small though. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough bench space in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was great. The fridge was nice and cold. Although they don’t have a stocked fridge and you would have to go down to get bottled water. Variety of breakfast choices. Drinks were okay and coffee was from an instant coffee machine which was okay. Staff weren’t around often to ask for fresh coffee. Front concierge were friendly though and very helpful.
