Ulasan Best Western Hotel Ferrari

這次是一個超大房間，配有一張雙人床，一張單人床，一張沙發床，住四個大人都沒有問題。裝修有格調，跟羅馬同品牌酒店比，那不勒斯增加了早餐。屬於回頭還來的體驗。

Broken air conditioning. Inability to rest. Inability to rest. A hotel - as they say - under renovation but below the best expectations. I hope that the management of the Best Western chain will redevelop the hotel and resolve the existing problems promptly

We have been using the services of this hotel around ten years, twice a year, and always having a smooth check in and check out, very good room cleanliness and services. The buffet breakfast and the morning hotel taxi service to CIS area included in the package, are the two top services of this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during a short holiday and we were delighted when we found it online as it was between Naples city and places like Salerno and amalfi. They advertise that they have shuttles going from the hotel to the airport, unfortunately by this they meant they would organise a taxi for you and this is where we experienced problems. We ended up having to get a 15 minute taxi from a nearby train station to the hotel which cost us €60. The taxi driver would not speak directly to us and told us we would have to book through the hotel. Trying to get anywhere was a nightmare as they told us the closest train station was far too long away to walk to and that we would have no choice but to get taxis. We were quoted €130 for a one way taxi to a neighbouring town. We decided to have a look online and found that that there was a train station 30 minutes walk away (s.vitaliano train station) where we could get a train to Nola and from there be able to get a train to almost anywhere. I was disappointed that the hotel had chosen not to mention this and couldn’t help but feel they were taking advantage of the fact we were unfamiliar with our surroundings to allow local taxis to charge us ridiculously high rates. I am not writing this review just to complain about the hotel but to advice any future guests that it is possible to get a train from close by to save them hassle and money. Besides this issue the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the cleaning staff that we ran into on our second day were absolutely lovely. The restaurant staff were also lovely. The staff at front of desk were helpful at times but also came across as cold and uninterested at other times. Overall, if we had been given the correct info in regards to travel I would have given the hotel a 4/5 but unfortunately that was not the case.

Hotel ben ubicato. Colazioni e cene spettacolari, ma soprattutto il personale sala molto gentile, ti fa sentire a casa! Gli orari della piscina restrittivi! La pulizia in camera da migliorare! Molto gentili in generale. parcheggio gratuito fuori!

Per essere un 4 stelle deludente Bistrot a pranzo inesistente, una persona deve uscire per pranzare. Le camere le puliscono alle 13, Arredamento molto vecchio. Colazione ottima e il cameriere di salsa molto disponibile e cordiale ma sopratutto simpatico.

Personale gentile. Bel albergo. Orari piscina un po’ restrittivi, poca ombra e pochi posti lettino a disposizione! La cucina la sera eccezionale! Le colazioni ed il personale sala il meglio!!! Molto abbondanti e variate… posizione buona per raggiungere città e posti di interesse vicini. La pulizia da migliorare nelle camere… ma Ritornerò

Posizione strategica poiché ad una mezz'ora da Napoli, Caserta, Salerno, Avellino, appena fuori da autostrada. Pulito, personale della reception molto giovane da formare un po' meglio ma cmq tutti gentili. Colazione da migliorare essendo cmq un 4 stelle anche se il personale di sala è gentile e disponibile. Aria condizionata in camera da poter regolare meglio, troppo freddo o caldo. Diversi ristoranti vicino raggiungibili anche a piedi, se vi piace la carne di consiglio Sashi proprio accanto all'hotel.

Posizione ottima per una sosta, perché a 5 minuti dall’autostrada. Hotel bello, dotato di una piccola piscina, parcheggio esterno gratuito e garage a pagamento. Camera carina, ma servizi scadenti: lenzuola bucate, kit di cortesia scarno. Colazione con grande varietà sia di dolce che salato, ma di qualità che lascia a desiderare. Chiedono pagamento anticipato al check in, ma poi al check out non ci hanno neanche chiesto se ci fossimo trovati bene. Alcuni membri del personale molto gentili (come il cameriere al ristorante), altri troppo sbrigativi e poco affabili. Nel complesso, non all’altezza di un quattro stelle.

Siamo arrivati intorno alle 18 e ci siamo accorti che l'hotel era in ristrutturazione ,aveva la facciata coperta da impalcature ma pensavamo non fosse un problema. Al momento del check in alla reception (molto gentilmente) ci hanno informato che alle 8 di mattina gli operai avrebbero iniziato a lavorare facendo rumore e noi gli abbiamo detto che non sarebbe stato un problema perchè a quell'ora saremmo gia stati svegli. Dovevo rimanere 3 notti per lavoro ed avevo prenotato una suite di 41 mq ristrutturata,arrivati in camera sembrava tutto ok ,corrispondeva alle foto della camera prenotata,faceva molto caldo ,abbiamo aperto le tende e ci siamo accorti che le finestre erano sigillate con una plastica trasparente e che i balconi non avevano ringhiere a causa della ristrutturazione , l'aria condizionata era accesa e non rinfrescava la camera .Purtroppo le altre due camere che ci hanno proposto in cambio erano molto più piccole ed anche li l'aria sembrava non essere efficiente.Il personale è stato molto gentile ,comprendendo la situazione di grande disagio,ci ha chiamato più volte confidando che almeno l'aria condizionata funzionasse efficacemente ma niente da fare ,nonostante per 3 volte avessero mandato in camera il manutentore per cercare di risolvere il problema. Io mi chiedo come sia possibile affittare camere dove l'ospite è costretto a stare chiuso con le finestre sigillate e senza una aria condizionata efficiente ,è impensabile che avvengano cose del genere! Ovviamente la mattina successiva abbiamo cambiato hotel

Buon hotel nelle vicinanze di Napoli, ottimo come base d'appoggio per visitare tutti i dintorni da Caserta a Salerno. Camere comode e pulite, personale gentile e competente e molto buona anche la cena (avevamo la mezza pensione). Consigliatissimo.

Ottimo hotel, pulito e funzionale, ottimo cibo, cena e pranzo, ottima colazione ma soprattutto ottimo servizio. Il personale che serviva la colazione, pranzo e cena erano professionali, bravi e simpatici. Grazie a tutti voi.
