This hotel is great and the best !!! This is perhaps one of the best stays that I have had at a Marriott Property in years. The service is extraordinary from the front desk, bar, dining area and room service. Hotel is very clean, the pillows are a dream (soft huge feather pillows). Entertainment and other facilities are great. The location is very convenient. The snack bar in the reception area is full of choices. I had dinner by the pool one night and the next day indoors. Breakfast is excellent. Many choices and well prepared and serviced. I left an item behind in my room and found it immediately. They even helped me find a shoe shine person at 8pm one night !! I will always stay at this properly every time I go to Queretaro. Congratulations to all the staff and management team.

ケレタロのセントロからは車を飛ばしても30分はかかるので、自家用車で来る人以外は観光との両立は難しいです。 ホテル周辺には徒歩圏内には何もないです。 大型スーパーや飲食店街はホテルの目の前にあるものの、巨大道路を渡る必要があり、日中は交通量が半端なく危険すぎてとても徒歩では渡れません。 歩道橋などもないです。 フリキージャに用事がある、もしくは完全にホテルに籠る人向け。 Uberはセントロに比べるとあまり走ってませんが使えます。 メキシコは土埃ですぐに靴が汚れるので、アメニティにシューポリッシュがあるのは有難いです。歯ブラシは1個だけ洗面所にありますが、スリッパはなく、フロント脇の売店で販売されています。 2人でも基本クイーンベッドしか選択肢がないのが残念ですが、各部屋に日本式のお風呂が付いているのはかなり嬉しい。 コロナ禍では、名物の大浴場は予約制となっており、フロントでカードキーを貰わないと入れません。 タオルは脱衣所に用意されています。 シャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープ、ドライヤーはありますが、女性用基礎化粧品までは流石に置いてませんでした。 露天風呂もあって大浴場は文句なし。このレベルのお風呂がメキシコにあるのがビックリ。出張者、メキシコ在住日本人に人気があるのも納得。 朝食ブッフェは食パンやシリアルも置いてありますが、基本和食なのでレストランにいるのは日本人ばかりでした。 ただ一人320ペソ（チップ別）という、ビジネスホテルにしてはかなり値段。 一部屋につき一人分の朝食しか付いていないので、2人目以降はレストランで会計する必要があります。 会計時にチップを含めた金額をカードで払うことが出来ないのが超不便。（カード自体はもちろん使えます） チップなしという選択肢はないので、結局別途現金でチップを払うことになり細かいお金が出てくのが面倒。

I stayed 6 nights at this beautiful, well decorated, old Mexican style hotel in a premium room, the hotel is about 20 minutes on foot from the old city center, you can find OXXO and some restaurants in the area. I can summarize the following points: - Value for money: 9/10 - Ambience/atmosphere in hotel: 10/10 - Friendliness of staff: 8/10 - Willingness to assist: 8/10 - The quality of breakfast: 8/10 - Comfort of room: 10/10 - Room size: 10/10 - Room facilities: 9/10 (There is a nice and a big working desk, dressing, LCD T.V, coffee and a coffee machine, gift of 2 bottles of mineral water every day, there is no a mini-bar in the room) - Comfort of bed: 10/10 - Bathroom: 10/10 - Cleanliness of hotel: 9/10 - Wi-Fi: 9/10 - Check in/out: 9/10 - Quietness: 10/10 - Safety: 10/10 There are also, a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a free & secured parking. I felt very well looked after at this hotel. It meets my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Let's break down the feedback into positive and negative aspects, and rephrase them to provide a clearer and more concise assessment: Positive: • The rooms were quiet and equipped with a functional air conditioner, hair dryer, TV, clock, and lamps. • The maid service was excellent, and the staff was helpful whenever assistance was needed. Negative: • Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room, resulting in cold showers. • The lobby's air conditioner was out of order, making it inconvenient to spend time with friends in the common area. • The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, and I ended up only having coffee and pastries. • Throughout my four-day stay, I received three different quotes for my room, causing confusion and frustration during the checkout process. Despite presenting a written quote, I was required to pay a higher amount. • The view from my fourth-floor room was disheartening, overlooking an empty lot with dead vegetation. • The ice maker on the fourth floor was out of order. • During my stay for a destination wedding, the hotel staff did not cooperate with the wedding party's arrangements. Despite the bus driver's polite request for the hotel staff to notify guests about the waiting bus outside as they descended from their rooms, the staff rudely refused and displayed a negative attitude towards him. It's unfortunate that the hotel failed to collaborate effectively. Considering these disappointments, I don't foresee returning to Queretaro, and if I do, I will definitely choose a different accommodation option.

Al darnos la habitación me percato que tiene puerta de intercomunicación con la cuarto contiguo y por tener el sueño muy ligero pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la habitación que me volvieron a dar también tenía puerta de intercomunicación, le expliqué a la señorita que me había dado el mismo tipo da habitación pero en otro piso y me aseguro que no tendríamos problemas pues el cuarto junto al nuestro estaba en mantenimiento y estaría desocupado, lo cual fue mentira pues al ya estar acostados tratando de descansar escuchamos personas hablando y haciendo ruido. Total nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 11 pm por tercera vez de habitación. Aparte siempre tuvimos que ir a recepción porque nunca atendieron el teléfono (pensé que daban prioridad al distanciamiento).

Chose this because of Hilton. The location is good, close to alot of the major industrial parks in the south central part of the city. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, bank and cafe close which make it nice. The rooms are the not so good part about the property; outdated, old and somewhat broken. Obviously I'm comparing to the other Hilton properties I've stayed at. I will say, the breakfast is pretty damn good, the staff is caring and their service is shines.

很棒的酒店，位置很方便，巴士總站走過去也就15分鐘。斜對麪有個la comer超市，物價很不錯，裏面有各個銀行的ATM機，裏面有超市自己的咖啡館和小餐館，東西也還不錯，有營業員會說英文。酒店背後是普通的居民區，很普通一點點髒亂差，但是墨西哥不就這樣，有些小館子，還不錯的。房間相當不錯個人覺得配的枕頭都比較高哈哈

La atención es muy buena, el staff es muy amable y ofrecen todo lo que uno pide. La temperatura del agua de la regadera es un poco difícil de configurar ya que hay poca presión de agua fría comparada con la caliente. También es difícil de configurar el aire acondicionado: en el termostato, la temperatura del cuarto nunca llega a la temperatura seleccionada por el usuario, menos aún en el gimnasio por el espacio y por la carga térmica

Al darnos la habitación me percato que tiene puerta de intercomunicación con la cuarto contiguo y por tener el sueño muy ligero pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la habitación que me volvieron a dar también tenía puerta de intercomunicación, le expliqué a la señorita que me había dado el mismo tipo da habitación pero en otro piso y me aseguro que no tendríamos problemas pues el cuarto junto al nuestro estaba en mantenimiento y estaría desocupado, lo cual fue mentira pues al ya estar acostados tratando de descansar escuchamos personas hablando y haciendo ruido. Total nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 11 pm por tercera vez de habitación. Aparte siempre tuvimos que ir a recepción porque nunca atendieron el teléfono (pensé que daban prioridad al distanciamiento).
