front desk is really helpful and very nice
location is really good (near bus station, food and coffee) and car park convenience

No staff onsite before 3pm so don’t arrive early. Offered check-in before midnight. Looks more like a motel than a hotel. Facilities are pretty old but overall it was quiet and there was no issue.

Just what I needed, a clean place to sleep with a comfy bed prior to meeting for a snowshoe trip at the UW Newman Center. I had no issue with the street noise after I put on the heater to block the noise out. Even if I didn't do that its not alot of noise I just live on a quiet dead end road thus not accustom to any street noise.

Lots of ants in the room, carpet was unclean, bed was rigid and you could feel the springs, overall property was damaged and sketchy

Only had a one night stay, but it was easy to get to and we were greeted with kind staff. Although a bit outdated, it’s clean and well taken care of.

The older lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude. I arrived an hour before checkin & had nowhere to put my bags. In addition checkout was at 11am, & she interrupted a conference call I was on banging on my door at 10:40am letting me know check out was in 20minutes. There is no grace period or wiggle room for unexpected travel changes or requests. I normally don’t post bad reviews but people need to know to be careful where they spend their hard earned money.

Person at the desk gave us clean towels on the 3rd day. They were soft and shower was nice and hot. Was very quiet.
