"The Langham is incredibly conveniently located, right next to Xintiandi, K11, and major shopping malls. The subway station is less than a five-minute walk from the entrance. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even called ahead to confirm my arrival time, which was very considerate for my travel plans. Sharon added me on WeChat during check-in, and at checkout, she specially gave me two beautiful pink cardholders for their 15th-anniversary celebration. The service was so attentive and thoughtful. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are also excellent, with a swimming pool and sauna, and the water quality is very clean. It was a fantastic stay experience overall."

"Here's a review of my stay: 🏨 **Room Type:** Imperial Club Deluxe Twin Room **Size:** 64 sq m **Floor:** 9th floor 📆 **Check-in Date:** Saturday, October 25, 2025 (one night) 🌃 **View:** Both the living room and bedroom windows face the Huangpu River. There's a bit of distance, but it offers a strong sense of depth, and you can watch the boats go by. The sunset was absolutely beautiful, with the sky looking like it had been ripped open, revealing a burst of vibrant colors. 🌆 **Surroundings:** Directly across the street is IFC Mall, and next door is Super Brand Mall. Shopping and dining options are incredibly convenient. 💳 **Price:** 2982.24 (includes breakfast for three) 🛏️ **Bedding:** This is what I love most about Shangri-La. My child is 14, and by booking a room with a sofa, you can request a free sofa bed setup. It's much larger than an extra rollaway bed and doesn't cost anything extra. 🚽 **Bathroom:** There's what looks like a bidet next to the toilet, but I didn't know how to use it and didn't dare to try. The bathtub is very long. There are two sinks. The bathroom connects to the walk-in closet on one side and the bedroom on the other. When I first checked in, I kept getting confused and walking into the wrong room, but once I got used to it, it was very convenient. 📖 **Desk:** There are two long desks, one in the living room and one in the bedroom (which seems to be a vanity, but it works). This comfortably accommodates two people working or studying simultaneously, so three people wouldn't feel cramped. 📺 **TV:** There are two TVs. 🏋️ **Gym** 🏊♂️ **Pool:** Available"

"We wish to compliment Ms Jessica for her helpfulness on our first day arrival at the hotel. She helped us to solve our air ticket problem by calling the airline. During our four day stay, housekeepers and breakfast restaurant staff doing their job that make our stay uneventful. Satisfying our needs. On our check out day, 6 Nov.. Front desk Ms Susan and Ms Lumy helped us with our luggages to the first floor. We like to say a big thank you to you all. Will stay there again if I visit Shanghai again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Heyitang Hotel. The property is luxurious, the rooms are beautiful, and the overall ambiance feels premium from the moment you step in. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were warm, professional, and very welcoming. A special shout-out to Butler Johnson ,truly the icing on the cake. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready to help. His service alone elevates the whole experience. The only downside was the breakfast staff. They weren’t very welcoming, no smiles, and their attitude didn’t match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Overall, an amazing stay and I would definitely return just hoping the breakfast team improves their hospitality."

"I always stay at this hotel whenever there's an exhibition at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). Its location is incredibly convenient. From Hongqiao (Airport/Railway Station), you can take Metro Line 2 directly to Century Park Station, and Exit 4 brings you right to the hotel's doorstep. The hotel also provides a morning shuttle service to the exhibition center."

"I often stay here when I come to Shanghai. The location is excellent, right next to Nanjing Walking Street, surrounded by restaurants, and very convenient for transport. The hotel service is very warm and welcoming. The price is quite reasonable when it's not a holiday. The only downside is that it's often fully booked during holidays 🙁. The hotel frequently upgrades my room for free. This time, I'm staying for five days, and they upgraded me to a suite for three of those days, free of charge. My sincere thanks!"

"The following review is based purely on my personal experience and is for your reference only: Overall Rating: The room was great overall; both cleanliness and service were excellent. Although the room wasn't huge, it didn't feel cramped. The hotel exterior was understated, but the lobby had a 'low-key luxury' vibe. My stay was incredibly comfortable, especially the mattress – it was so soft! The room environment was tidy, clean, and the service attitude was good. The value for money was fantastic, so I'm giving it a five-star overall rating – definitely worth staying. 1. Service Experience: The service from the front desk staff was very much on point. They explained the room information clearly and even helped with a complimentary room upgrade. Whenever I called the front desk for assistance, my issues were resolved promptly and efficiently. The hotel has a concierge group chat where you can arrange car services, request bedding, and more. They also provide thoughtful tips, and the concierge replies in the group chat are super timely – so convenient! I especially loved the evening foot bath service; it was incredibly thoughtful – absolutely adored it! 2. Facilities Experience: The room layout was very good, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom. The toilet had disposable seat covers, and the sink and shower areas were spacious and convenient. The only minor drawback was that the hairdryer wasn't very powerful, so it took a bit longer for ladies to dry their hair. The soundproofing was quite good; even though the room faced the street, it wasn't particularly noisy. 3. Food and Beverage: Breakfast: I had an early entry pass for Disney, so I didn't have time for hotel breakfast on the first day. On the second day, I needed to catch up on sleep, so I can't comment on breakfast. Late-night snack: I originally planned to rush back from Disney for a late-night snack, but I ended up playing too late and didn't get back to the hotel until 11 PM, so I missed it. However, this service itself is really great! Drinks: The first drink each day is free, with six options available. Personally, I prefer mineral water, hahaha! Those who love 'happy water' (soda) would surely be thrilled! The hotel allows food delivery, which is really convenient, and they even have robot delivery service! 4. Location: The hotel isn't far from Disney. According to online guides, taking a taxi to the nearest drop-off point costs less than 25 RMB one way and takes about ten minutes. It's also within 500 meters of the subway, but dragging a large suitcase makes that distance feel a bit inconvenient. Compared to the excellent location of Xingheji right next to the subway, this hotel doesn't have an advantage there. But... the shuttle bus service really shines here! Must-mentions: 1. The hotel's bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, especially for someone who walked 30,000 steps. It was fantastic for relieving physical fatigue; the next day, I was so tired I just wanted to lie in bed and didn't want to get up. 2. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the city center, which is super convenient – no need to lug your luggage around! Thumbs up! I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the hotel, but I hope my personal experience can help those who need it."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was embraced by a warm and bright atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, handling check-in efficiently and patiently. They even thoughtfully provided local sightseeing tips and detailed information about hotel facilities. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep until morning. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients, with both Chinese and Western dishes exquisitely prepared. Even the small desserts were both visually appealing and delicious. The hotel's location is also superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this place is my top choice. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. One of the staff specially took us to explore the different types of room so we can decide which room type to take which we really appreciate!! The location is so accessible!!We can reach the main tourist attractions like Xintiandi, Yuyuan and Nanjing road within 10 mins by their cab Didi and costs less than USD$3 only and the pick up and drop off point is just in front of the hotel which is so easy for us!!They even offer free popcorn and drinks and amenities like travel sunblock cream, soap, floss, body cream throughout our stay!!All of the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional — always greeting us with genuine smiles and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable such as helping us to book ******* delivery and helping us to collect our taobao parcels. Our room was spotless clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared such as the toilet seat with a warm function. Every detail, from the amenities to the housekeeping, reflected the hotel’s high standards and care for guests. Special mention to the front desk team— their friendliness and helpful recommendations truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, highly accessible location and affordable pricing. the price of each night is only usd $70!!!!you cannot find this kind of highly rated hotel with this pricing in Shanghai!!Can’t wait to return again soon! MM62104****Service: The front desk lady was really enthusiastic and proactively helped with our luggage, and explained the shuttle service. Having a shuttle is super convenient; you don't have to worry about anything, just catch it on time. Environment: We booked a family room, and our child absolutely loved it. They had their own private space that felt both safe and cozy. There were even building blocks in the room, so they could play quietly every day for a while. When we left, they said they wanted to stay here again next time. Outside the hotel, there are simple restaurants, BBQ spots, and a supermarket, which is quite convenient. Every night we came back, we'd take a stroll around the entrance.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable, with a appreciated free shuttle service to nearby spots. But the highlight was the complimentary supper every night after 9pm - delicious wonton, noodles, and rice noodles! The staff were friendly, polite, and courteous throughout, making our stay even more wonderful!

GGuest UserThe room was more spacious than I'd imagined, and the view from the window was quite nice, with Jing'an Temple visible in the distance. The walk-through area in the room was just wide enough to open a suitcase, leaving little extra space, but it was perfectly fine for a solo trip. Soundproofing in the room wasn't great; noises from outside the door were quite clear (though this is a common drawback of hostels). This might be an issue for light sleepers. Transportation is incredibly convenient, as it's only about a three-minute walk from the subway station, which really helps save on travel expenses. **Cleanliness:** The shared bathrooms were exceptionally clean; an attendant would clean them immediately after each use, which was very reassuring. **Service:** Upon arrival, a staff member showed me to my room and introduced the facilities. The lobby offered quite a few amenities; I recall there was an ice machine, and I even borrowed an umbrella from the front desk when it rained during my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

GGuest UserI stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. The hotel is very clean, with a great location near Line 14 station, and the surrounding area is open and quiet. The staff are very friendly and attentive, even providing foot baths and bedtime tea in the evening. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of dishes. I will definitely come back on my next visit.

The most value for a very big room, it had an extra space with a couch and a gorgeous view, and we loved the bathtub. Eeolhc2My stay at the Ritz-Carlton Pudong SH was truly exceptional. The whole team speaks excellent English, and everyone was incredibly attentive. The breakfast was outstanding: delicate wontons, high-quality fresh products, excellent fruits, perfect pastries and great detox juices. I also loved the fact that you can actually see the chefs cooking and interact with them, it creates such a cool and authentic atmosphere. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was good, although the wait was a bit long. A special thank-you to Molly, who was absolutely amazing throughout my stay, extremely professional, kind and genuinely dedicated. Thank you as well to Mike and his concierge team, who were always pleasant and helpful. I’m also very grateful to Monica, Director of Spa and Fitness, who saved me by helping me get ready in time. And finally, thank you to Julie, who even took time out of her own schedule to meet with me, she’s great at what she does and incredibly friendly. The Ritz-Carlton Pudong truly has an outstanding team, from the interns at reception to the managers. The perfect place for meaningful moments and warm reunions with my family.

2202030****The hotel is about a twenty-minute drive from Pudong Airport. You don't need to book in advance; just contact them directly after landing. We waited about ten minutes for the pick-up. Since our flight arrived early, the hotel arranged an immediate check-in, which was very thoughtful. However, there's only one shuttle to Disney in the morning at 7:20 AM, which is too early, and the frequency is too low. So we ended up taking taxis ourselves for both days, which was very inconvenient. The bedding was rich and comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but had everything you'd need. I'd recommend it.
