I stayed at the InterContinental Shanghai for a business trip and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location, with the convention centre just a short walk away, making it extremely convenient for attending meetings and exhibitions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed for business travelers, with a comfortable workspace and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, and the executive lounge was a great place to relax or catch up on work. Overall, this hotel provides an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and professional service. I would happily stay here again for future business trips.

It was a really good experience that we had at Intercontinental Ruwais region. A special thanks to Mr. Jimmy who helped us secure an electric wheelchair which was very useful for my wife. We couldn't do it because of language and region restrictions, but then he went out of his way, spent more than half an hour making the booking and paid from his own pocket and got us an electric wheelchair which was very helpful. So, again, once again, special thanks to Mr. Jimmy at the concierge. Last but not the least, uh, we wish that the buffet breakfast was open till 11:00 AM because families like us with a newborn, sometimes it can get late. And I wish there were more facilities for children like a children's play area or a splash area or children's playground or something like that for children. I had an amazing stay here, special thanks to front desk staff Sierra and Young. They greeted me warmly with big smiles, handled check-in and check-out quickly and professionally. They patiently introduced hotel facilities, breakfast hours and nearby transport for me. When I asked about room amenities and luggage storage, they responded thoughtfully and solved my problems efficiently. Their attentive, friendly service made my trip comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding front desk service, I will definitely come back again.

I had stayed here a year earlier with my family and decided to book this hotel for my daughter as she had a lay over from Europe for the day. She arrived very early in the morning at the hotel and was due to depart later that evening. Upon the manager hearing of her situation, the hotel sat her to breakfast and got her into a room when she had finished, allowing her maximum time to rest and prepare for her next flight. It’s service like this that sets this hotel apart from the rest. It also the reason I will continue to stay here into the future.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Lin Gang Dishuihu and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views where we were lucky enough to enjoy a beautiful firework display. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment. The dining options were quite good, with a large selection of fresh dishes, though the food itself was just okay in terms of flavor. Unfortunately, the service was a bit of a letdown. We experienced long wait times that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. In summary, this hotel excels in location and facilities, but improvements in service speed would enhance the overall experience.
