Penginapan Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts di Shanghai

For those who are in town for meetings and exhibitions near Hongqiao, this hotel is ideally situated and your must go place. What we loved was the uber comfortable bed, good bedroom size and layout of the room. Despite its distance from the usual shopping areas, dining and amenities is not a problem with ******* as they have a separate holding areas for the delivery team to place your orders… they were very efficient and careful when collecting off my Taobao orders on my behalf ! For those who wish to visit downtown (eg to the bund) for a look, travelling could be a little inconvenient as it takes approximately 40mins by cab or 30mins by trains Overall - a great stay at the Hotel.

I love the ambience of the hotel and the location it is situated. It is a good place to relax and escape from city. They have good amenities like indoor playground, gym and indoor pool. They also have show and programme too. They have free photoshoot but I did not have sufficient time to it. Most importantly, they gave extremely good customer service and thanks for their nice gesture that I no need to split two rooms with my kids and my family really enjoy the stay and wish to extend longer but we have limited time. Room is clean and bed is comfortable! We manage to recharge and set off to our next journey.

Calm location and rooms with river view are great value for money. I’m a repeat customer. I find the amenities like swimming pool and gym to be top notch.

Highly recommend the Premium room with club lounge access, it provides great value for money if you have enough time to try the: - afternoon tea (2pm - 4pm) includes tea/coffee and small sandwiches, cream cakes - early evening buffet and drinks (5.30pm - 8pm) includes an excellent selection of food and as much alcohol as you can drink! - free drinks voucher for the hotel bar You pretty much don’t need to leave the hotel! The room was comfy and had all amenities you could need. However it is showing its age and there were a few issues including the blind not closing properly but they fixed this. The other issue was the bathroom door not closing properly and making an awful sound. If you’re afraid of heights then I’d recommend you don’t walk in the atrium as it will cause vertigo! A brilliant option for Shanghai, the metro is a 5-10 minute walk away.

I recently stayed at InterContinental Shanghai Jing’an and had a very pleasant experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated near Shanghai Railway Station and provides easy access to the metro, making it simple to get around the city whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options within a short distance. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and whenever I had a question, the team was happy to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality definitely made the stay more enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom. The hotel has the upscale feel you would expect from an InterContinental property, while still feeling warm and comfortable. Bidet was a huge plus. Along with the shower While some areas of the hotel are starting to show a little age compared to newer luxury hotels in Shanghai, it is still very well kept and offers excellent value considering the location, facilities, and service. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily choose InterContinental Shanghai Jing’an again on a future visit to Shanghai. The convenient location and friendly staff were the highlights for me.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Lin Gang Dishuihu and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views where we were lucky enough to enjoy a beautiful firework display. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment. The dining options were quite good, with a large selection of fresh dishes, though the food itself was just okay in terms of flavor. Unfortunately, the service was a bit of a letdown. We experienced long wait times that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. In summary, this hotel excels in location and facilities, but improvements in service speed would enhance the overall experience.
