For those who are in town for meetings and exhibitions near Hongqiao, this hotel is ideally situated and your must go place. What we loved was the uber comfortable bed, good bedroom size and layout of the room. Despite its distance from the usual shopping areas, dining and amenities is not a problem with ******* as they have a separate holding areas for the delivery team to place your orders… they were very efficient and careful when collecting off my Taobao orders on my behalf ! For those who wish to visit downtown (eg to the bund) for a look, travelling could be a little inconvenient as it takes approximately 40mins by cab or 30mins by trains Overall - a great stay at the Hotel.

It was a really good experience that we had at Intercontinental Ruwais region. A special thanks to Mr. Jimmy who helped us secure an electric wheelchair which was very useful for my wife. We couldn't do it because of language and region restrictions, but then he went out of his way, spent more than half an hour making the booking and paid from his own pocket and got us an electric wheelchair which was very helpful. So, again, once again, special thanks to Mr. Jimmy at the concierge. Last but not the least, uh, we wish that the buffet breakfast was open till 11:00 AM because families like us with a newborn, sometimes it can get late. And I wish there were more facilities for children like a children's play area or a splash area or children's playground or something like that for children. Even though renovation is a bit old, this hotel is nothing but fantastic. Concierge is professional and took care of my delivery parcel. room is clean spacious and quiet. Had very nice stay here.

The room is fully equipped and luxurious. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The environment is very pleasant. The service is excellent, especially the Emily manager who is very considerate and meticulous.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Lin Gang Dishuihu and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views where we were lucky enough to enjoy a beautiful firework display. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment. The dining options were quite good, with a large selection of fresh dishes, though the food itself was just okay in terms of flavor. Unfortunately, the service was a bit of a letdown. We experienced long wait times that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. In summary, this hotel excels in location and facilities, but improvements in service speed would enhance the overall experience.
