Penginapan Marriott di Shanghai

Kali kedua memilih hotel ini. Bertemu dengan pelayan bernama Trista, dia sangat manis. Dia membantu saya menaik taraf sarapan untuk anak saya. Semasa mendaftar masuk, dia juga menyediakan biskut untuk anak-anak, sangat prihatin. Perkhidmatan di sini benar-benar membuatkan saya berasa seperti di rumah. Saya suka tempat ini kerana ia sangat mudah. Kali ini saya memilih pakej penginapan termasuk sarapan. Saya tidak menyesal sama sekali. Banyak pilihan dan semuanya sangat sedap. Di sebelah lobi hotel ada sebuah plaza. Di dalamnya terdapat pasar raya, McDonald's, dan Luckin Coffee. Seberang jalan pula terdapat banyak kedai makan. Pusing sahaja ke selekoh, anda akan sampai ke jalan pejalan kaki terbaik di Shanghai, Nanjing Road. Terdapat Pop Mart, Lego Shop, dan kedai MM Chocolate yang terbesar. Sangat mudah! Apabila penat berjalan, boleh kembali ke hotel untuk berehat sebentar, kemudian sambung semula membeli-belah.

We stayed at Yangpu Marriot for 3 nights during our visit to Shanghai. Despite it being a newly branded hotel in the area, some of its facilities and amenities are quite old due to the fact that it was actually renovated from an old hotel. Yet the hotel’s service, particularly Alisa from the front desk, who is extremely responsive via WeChat, is still considered top-notch. Upon arrival, we were offered a room upgrade and free breakfast every day, which were not included in our original package. The staff members were courteous and friendly throughout our stay as well. One thing to improve on is that the hotel’s AC/heater is centralized and could not be adjusted, so the temperature inside could get too toasty. The hotel’s breakfast buffet could also benefit from more variety and seasoning, but considering it’s free we could not complain more. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay and we would recommend our family or friends to stay there if they’re fine with some distance from the city.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel Kangqiao, near the Disneyland Resort. The location is absolutely perfect, especially with the free Disney shuttle – it made getting to and from the park incredibly easy and stress-free. The breakfast was another highlight. It was amazing, with a huge variety that caters to all types of food preferences, from local dishes to western options. However, the room was a disappointment. Unfortunately, it was not as clean as I would expect from a Marriott. I found hair in the bathtub and also on the floor right next to it. This really affected the overall impression of the stay. In short: fantastic for Disney access and food, but housekeeping needs serious improvement.

Love my stay here in this hotel. The room is really nice, bed is very comfortable, bath tub beside the bed is really relaxing especially while watching TV. Ordered food in my room at dinner time. The food is indeed delicious. They also send different types of fruits on a platter at night which is such a wonderful and generous gesture. Would be great if they can have more choices for their breakfast buffet. Overall stay is amazing. I will come back for sure.

My stay was excellent. The service was professional, the staff were very attentive, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The amenities provided made my business trip smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciated the cleanliness and efficiency, and I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Stayed there night before Summer course pick up. It's 15 mins from the School campus so I could sleep in more : ) The hotel is brand new. It opened 2 months ago and I beleive no guests had stayed in our room. So it was very clean and new.

The hotel is nice, just needs to add more daily necessities. It is clean, offers good service, and the restaurant has good breakfast options; recommended for any guests. The prepayment method or guarantee requirements are annoying when not needed for a one-night stay; this should be checked.
