Penginapan Marriott di Shanghai

We were there for 2 nights during our first trip to Shanghai & China and we were travelling with our 11 year girl. We moved from Hyatt on the Bund. The location was excellent for someone who wants to be in the middle of all action and at the other end of Nanjing Walking Street. You have the best walking street with all huge showrooms the family would want to visit including M&M, Lego, Miniso, Huawei within walking distance. Eric (Manager) was very kind and helpful to give us and all the guests a very special treatment and seeing we are enjoying our stay. We stayed in a duck themed room which was quite good in size and amenities. The breakfast spread was good but could be improved to accommodate Asian / western options. There was a McDonald’s / subway / Pakistani kebab place right below the building. The area felt very safe and not far from bund. The swimming pool and gym was nice as well. We did not get the time to visit the rooftop bar. Overall it was a good stay and we would not hesitate to return or recommend for others

Trip was fantastic! We were offered a free upgrade with complimentary breakfast, and the hotel staff had been attentive to our needs. Services were excellent!

I recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel Kangqiao, near the Disneyland Resort. The location is absolutely perfect, especially with the free Disney shuttle – it made getting to and from the park incredibly easy and stress-free. The breakfast was another highlight. It was amazing, with a huge variety that caters to all types of food preferences, from local dishes to western options. However, the room was a disappointment. Unfortunately, it was not as clean as I would expect from a Marriott. I found hair in the bathtub and also on the floor right next to it. This really affected the overall impression of the stay. In short: fantastic for Disney access and food, but housekeeping needs serious improvement.

❶入住當天晚上，打電話1號健，要了礦泉水，沒有給送，第二天早上打電話再次要，才給送到。 ❷第二天退房12點以後，在酒店大堂呆了5個小時，下午5點多才走，遺落在房間的充電器沒有服務人員給我打電話，直到晚上回到家，打了酒店的電話，酒店第二天回覆，有充電器，幫我寄回到付，那要是不打電話找，豈不是不換給客户了？ ❸入住的是大床房，給換了變形金剛房,穿過大連廊才能到房間，到變形金剛的房間連廊的盡頭，應該是刷卡進入，來回好幾次，門都不要刷卡，都是打開的狀態，可見也沒有服務人員管理安全問題！

I had a very pleasant stay at Shanghai Marriott Hotel Pudong East. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the reception team. I would especially like to thank Tina at the front desk. She was fully supportive, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Her warm attitude and efficiency made the check-in and overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is convenient, especially for business travelers visiting the Pudong area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Stayed there night before Summer course pick up. It's 15 mins from the School campus so I could sleep in more : ) The hotel is brand new. It opened 2 months ago and I beleive no guests had stayed in our room. So it was very clean and new.

The hotel is nice, just needs to add more daily necessities. It is clean, offers good service, and the restaurant has good breakfast options; recommended for any guests. The prepayment method or guarantee requirements are annoying when not needed for a one-night stay; this should be checked.
