The hotel fronk desk is very friendly. I am allowed to check in early. The room was spacious. Special compliment to a frontdesk staff named 申悅!

首先我是在辦公傢俱展期間去的，那個時間段虹橋國展中心附近酒店都巨貴，我先了這家性價比最高。當我入住的時候有點驚喜，因為性價比很高，酒店很新而且乾淨。這點要點贊！ 其次我的是很謝謝前台的小美女，我退房的時候東西拉在房間了，小姐姐聯繫我並幫我寄了快遞給我，而且因為走的匆忙忘記開發票了，又聯繫他們幫我開票。服務真的好的。 給這家5星好評，希望一直好下去，讓客户看到你們的好！

酒店離國展不遠，旁邊有一個虹橋去的餐飲酒吧地方，晚上吃飯娛樂比較便利，好像叫做虹橋時尚 衹是這段時間在修路，和旁邊新建商品房剛建成，建築灰塵比較多 酒店內部裝潢富麗堂皇，衹是保養不是很到位，有些都已經變老舊了，服務比較熱情周到 房間很大，特別衞生間有十幾個平，十分寬敞 早飯品種不多，希望改進一點

The price is very high and can only be justified by the convenience of access to the NECC exhibition centre. In fact, it is perfect to visit the fair, with direct access and dedicated ticket counter for hotel guests. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. We had a special request for food which was not available at the restaurant; the concierge was of great help and found it for us. Only one disappointing thing, the A** withdrawal service was not working (which of course is not the hotel's problem but the bank's - however, a top level hotel has to guarantee such service).

This hotel is located in an area close to Panlong Tiandi, a touristic destination. It offers various different styles of food, but during the Chinese New Year it is very clouded, some hot eateries will need to wait for very long time to get a seat or a table. The hotel is fine, the personnel and services are excellent, in term of facilities it is also in big part fulfilling my expectations except the water temperature, it is simply not hot enough, so I couldn’t have a real hot bath even though I had a family room equipped with a bathtub. In addition, my older mother couldn’t enjoy good shower also due the water isn’t warm enough. The Chinese foods at breakfast is very nice with many choices, but the western style foods are very few and the quality is not bad but mediocre, with coffee and tea are all very thin virtually no flavor. Of course, it doesn’t matter much if you are only looking for rich and good Chinese foods at breakfast while don’t mind of offerings of western style foods. The benefit to stay in this hotel is more attractive for travelers who will be use Hongqiao airport or Hongqiao Railway Station, the distance to those is about 12 to 15 minutes with car.

女友的父母來上海玩，找了個離機場較近，且清凈的酒店。 環境：整體酒店環境很不錯，隱藏在了綠化帶區 域內，屬於標準的鬧中取靜。有一點問題是出入口的路段建議修繕一下，進出坑坑窪窪。 酒店附近比較偏僻，離開最近的地鐵站需要打車10分鐘，步行也需要20-30分鐘。 設施：酒店有點年份了，導致後院的木板翻翹，並且沒有怎麼修繕，木板鐵釘暴露，建議改進。房間沒有想象中的那麼大，但也足夠長者家分床而睡，到也還行。 總的來説還是很不錯的，老年人很喜歡。

As a business traveller proximity to national convention center was excellent merely 3-4 kms. But in the evening this place becomes super sad no restaurant no club no market nearby. The hotel bar i think is not working but there were lot of advertisements for the beer all around in the hotel. Room facilities are just average. I did not take the breakfast here but i am sure should be good as in other Marriott brand hotels. Hotel staff was really helpful.

This hotel is the best value for the price compared to similar hotels. The breakfast was also good, offering a variety of options to start the day.

Excellent location, easily walkable from Hongqiao station. About one hour to Pudong by DiDi/taxi. Late night check can be a little slow, reasonable breakfast, clean and well maintained gym with strength and cardio machines and some free weights. The showers are designed poorly ~ the only way to avoid water on the floor in most rooms is to take a bath as any water in the shower wall or the tub edge drains to the floor not the tub. You can manage this for a very short shower by creating a towel dam at the shower edge.

Overall stay is nice. The pool is warm and our kids did surely enjoy. I would suggest that the pool reception also give the towel and slippers 😆. The room service is fast to provide our needs when we asked to bathrobe and others 👍 But I was making coffee and I noticed there was a crack from the mug I was drinking 🫣.
