Very clean and new hotel. Good for transit traveller since there is no shuttle bus to nearest subway or bus station. Good breakfast for international traveller. Shuttle bus service to/from airport use the same bus as RAMADA hotel. For those who arrive at T2 in PVG Terminal, you will go to arrival gate no 27 on the 1st floor and wait for shuttle bus on schedule to pick you up to this hotel. Some noise from airplane is still heard in room, but we are very tired, so we did not use provided ear plug. Restaurant, fitness and laundry room for guest use are on the 2nd floor. Vending machine is in the lobby. Staffs is nice. They walk out their way to help me order deliveried food in Chinese apps and send to me in room by robot. All in all, I recommended this hotel for transit traveller.

Great place to spend the night before a flight being 15 minutes by car away from PVG airport terminal 2, rooms were clean and modern with plenty of outlets and different light settings although there was no option to light up the bathroom without illuminating the open corridor, check in process was somewhat long compared to western standards but staff were really friendly during the process

For the first time never been in China but need to transit 24 hours. After booked and got help with kind taxi Chinese Pudong Shanghai AirPort to call free transpotation from hotel. Good place but still rebuilding so there isnt good smell from air outside.

About 30 minute bus ride to airport at set times in the morning. Can call the hotel to have someone pick you up from the airport in a decently sized van. Best way into the city is to take a taxi to the nearest metro. If you don't mind longer take the bus into the airport and then take the metro. The room was nice and clean. Slightly on the smaller side but was overall a great stay if you need to be near the airport.

Overall very satisfied with this hotel. I arrive around 2am, call to front desk, they pass a driver contact to call. Call the driver and wait for 30minutes. Driver came with a bus that pickup 3 hotels that share this shuttle bus. From airport distance to hotel takes around 30 minutes drive. Room is clean and tidy, with all the amenities that you need, hot shower clean bed and quiet environment. I would say is a good price for overnight hotel that close to the airport and want to have a few hour rest before you going to a meeting next day. Will consider book again next time.

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience.

As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.
Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Ms Wang (王小兰) really care about the well-being of the guests. I left a package in Downton Pudong and she managed to pick it up and has it delivered in 30 minutes. Just some hours before my flight. Itu betul-betul bersebelahan. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai sebarang papan tanda dalam bahasa Inggeris yang menyatakan Ji hotel, tetapi koordinat yang diberikan sangat tepat. Kakitangannya baik dan hampir tidak boleh bertutur dalam bahasa tersebut. Tetapi dia sedaya upaya membantu. Tinggalkan bagasi anda Kalau ada bilik kosong, boleh stay situ.
Lokasi yang baik kerana meninggalkan hotel adalah The Bun. Dengan Jalan Nanjing, terdapat banyak makanan Jika anda ingin pergi ke 7-Eleven, hanya berjalan ke pintu stesen tempat kami keluar.

Oleh itu, secara kebetulan, ketika saya berada di Shanghai kali ini, saya menempah Hotel Radisson Blu (nama Cina) sebagai stesen terminal perjalanan saya ke Shanghai Walaupun tidak menepati pengalaman yang diharapkan, perkhidmatan keseluruhan hotel tetap dibawa saya senang hati, terima kasih banyak-banyak 🙏!

I had a really good rest for two days! I stayed in a renovated room and it was pleasant and had a nice view. Next time I go to Shanghai, I want to stay again. It was good that the staff spoke English well and responded really kindly. The receptionist Ms.Michelle,Zhang responded with sincerity. The place was kept very clean and the room was also perfectly clean everyday. the location is good, very close to the Jinan temple, overall we had a great time. Convenient location, easy access to the subway… We got a room with the best view! Oriental pearl was my view during my stay!

Large areas of green plants and the green ocean sway gently in the breeze, as if they were playing a silent welcome song, and we came to Shanghai.

The view from the window was amazing and also the breakfast. All the staff was very kind and speak good English.
