Really nice hotel close to the airport. The room is spacious and clean, while facilities are modern and welcoming. The front desk offered me a welcome cookie, and the hotel also comes with a complimentary taxi service to the airport (takes around 5-10 mins to call so good to book in advance!). Guests also have access to the VIP line at the airport security check, which is helpful if you’re in a rush.

Traveling with my cat this time, I opted for a pet-friendly apartment. Upon arrival, a private car was arranged for airport pickup, and a drop-off service was also provided the next day. The service was excellent, and a special shout-out to the young man who assisted us in the evening! We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The one-bedroom, one-living room layout was very comfortable and spacious, featuring two bathrooms. Our cat had plenty of space to explore freely. With a scratch-resistant sofa and sealed windows, cat owners have absolutely nothing to worry about! The service was incredibly thoughtful, even providing a litter box and water bowl. My primary concern for this stay was my cat's safety and comfort, and she immediately started exploring upon check-in. This is truly an excellent choice for anyone traveling with pets.

Very nice view but for a Hilton there is many things that don’t match : .Almost nobody speak English well .very few details for customer’s in the room ( for 3 times less price i get more details & attention in other hotel in China. .across the street there is very big construction site that start around 7/8am and finish around midnight everyday .for this inconvenience the only put you a message in the room and give you a pair of earplug like handle with that… Working hours of gym and pool are until 10pm….

The room was spacious and clean. There's a square right downstairs, perfect for a morning run. A mall next door makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. What truly stood out was the front desk staff member's exceptional attentiveness and responsibility; she even had all our check-out procedures prepared well in advance before we left.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Shenzhen, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve experienced near nanshan. The shower area was a standout, super spacious with sleek fixtures. The service was exceptional, starting with the warm welcome at check-in, where they gave me a super tasty cookie that was honestly one of the best I’ve had! I loved it so much that I asked for another, and the staff was so kind and happy to oblige, which really set the tone for the stay. Michael at the front desk was a gem—he added me on WeChat and was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions instantly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Shenzhen!
