Is near to digital building. If you wanted to purchase phone cover, charger and other electronic gadgets, this is the right place to stay. The only down part is poor sound insulation but still able to sleep at night.

Kali ni susah nak komen. 1. Hotel: teruk~ Apabila masuk dari jalan melalui jalan raya, tanahnya sangat tidak rata dan berbahaya. Lobi juga berbau zaman dahulu. Di restoran, semasa sarapan pagi keesokan harinya, terdapat gigitan pepijat lagi! OK~ Walaupun bumbung sudah lama, terdapat juga kawasan rehat bawah tanah. Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang baik. 2. Bilik: teruk~ Tidak ada pengisian gel mandian sama sekali, yang buruk dalam botol, tetapi nasib baik ada sabun, jadi lupakan saja. Masalah paling besar ialah saya pernah menyangka katil itu digigit kutu, tetapi apabila keluarga saya tidur selepas mandi, mereka juga mengatakan lantai dan katil dalam bilik itu gatal, jadi saya percaya mereka digigit kutu. ! ! ! Tingkap itu sangat kecil, tetapi bukan masalah besar. Kuasa air pancuran mandian terlalu lemah. Kertas tandas diletakkan betul-betul di atas tong sampah, yang sangat tidak bersih. Selepas makan, saya mengalami cirit-birit yang teruk dua kali! Dan roti itu tidak boleh dimakan tanpa guacamole. Bau lama restoran itu lebih teruk daripada bau lobi. OK~ Buahnya segar. Terdapat projektor TV di restoran untuk menonton berita. Terdapat sudut perpustakaan. Ia mempunyai perasaan nostalgia drama kostum dan menarik

Semuanya baik. Ia adalah sangat mudah untuk mendapatkan sekitar kerana stesen metro dan bas berada di hadapan hotel. Jadi lokasi adalah sempurna. Wanita pembersih juga sangat baik dia membersihkan bilik setiap hari. Perkhidmatan yang baik mereka banyak membantu saya.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my trip to Shenzhen, and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome and valued. The hotel’s lobby exudes elegance and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a wonderful stay. My initial room, while comfortable, had an atmosphere that wasn’t quite ideal for my needs. Upon expressing my concerns, the staff responded swiftly and professionally by arranging a new room for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra ozone air purifier in the new room, which significantly enhanced the air quality and overall comfort. The room service was nothing short of excellent. Every time the staff came to tidy my room, I could genuinely feel their dedication and respect for ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its wonderful room and lobby services, friendly staff, and their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

Hotel has a very good location. The room is clean with all necessary facilities and nice view. Breakfast spot is very nice, plenty of options to choose so you won’t stay hungry. Right across the entrance is Starbucks and family mart. Recommend staying there 👍

Booked Intercity hotel instead of a chain hotel because of the great rating. Arrived and the outside is impressive with someone to help you with luggage’s. Checking in was a bit difficult as we didn’t speak Mandarin and their knowledge of English wasn’t good but somehow we got there. They made a big effort to try and take our order when we did room service even sending someone up to personally take our order. Nice touches are their service with a smile and always so helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated Japanese minimal style and we ordered a corner view room but because we were 6th floor there wasn’t much of a view. Only of the highway but it was still nice and bright. Shower and toilet were separated which was quite nice. Only thing was the pillows were a bit high and the air conditioning was a either too hot or too cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would come back again. Front desk lady Hui Ling made a great effort to help us so would definitely return if staying again. In terms of location, there is a KK ONE mall next door but we found that it’s a bit more local than what we would like. So we did day trips a lot. Overall I can’t fault this hotel! It’s a very pleasant stsy.

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. They have me a quiet room and that night on my floor the AC heating didnt work and I felt a little cold. They offered to move me to another room or provide another quilt. This is quite thoughtful. The service was also speedy, I didn’t wait very long at all. I do think this place is in a good location 河马 supermarket is nearby, so is the night market and two metro stations. Really easy to get around. For the price I paid that night, it was definitely worth it.
