Ulasan Shenzhen Nanshan L'Hermitage

Classy. The word to describe this quietly luxe hotel is classy. The service is excellent, from Teller at the front desk, to the breakfast attendants, to the housekeeping staff. The hallways on the 8th floor (don't know about other floors) boasted tea steamers letting a fragrant aroma fill the air-in a few words, complete and total Zen. This hotel has the most comfortable beds! I climbed in and melted into sleep and slept soundly for a lovely three hour nap before my evening activities. The breakfast buffet was nice-several choices for every taste. This is definitely a new fave of mine when in Shenzhen.

This is a beautiful hotel. Even better are the aromatics and kind, efficient staff. Although Teller was the best--all of them were wonderful and took great pride in their service and work. The hotel is on a quiet corner but close to things needed. Good breakfast, beautiful rooms with really thoughtful touches like shoe horns, non smoking floors, delivery robot, great bathtub and a bed that sleeps like a cloud. Definitely a new favorite.

It's already been more than five times that I have stayed at this hotel. Super clean, corridors smell fresh green tea, bathrooms have a double sink, floors are heated, fitted with shower and bathtub. Breakfast is satisfactory. There are not too many varieties, but the ones they have are all delicious. The breakfast area has a terrace for coffee and smoking, chairs, and tables. The staff is friendly. Especially Bella and Teller were so excellent. I definitely will stay again and will suggest friends.

There is no metro station nearby. The room is clean and tidy, with good spacing and design.

Good but location abit far

It's a wonderful experience. The hotel room is spacious, breakfast is great with a wide array of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Amy and the crew were very helpful. The room was very comfy as well. Perfect for a quick business trip.

Guest checking assistant Eric is been very helpful and efficient, the place is very clean and well worth the price. Highly, recommend for a place to stay.
