One of the best hotel experience in Shenzhen. The assistant gave us a room upgrade on arrival. Breakfast and afternoon tea were great. We really like the decorations which are morden and classy. Highly recommend to give this hotel a try.

Location is hard to find and staff is nice but they need to use translation app. Taxi drop off was far. We had to walk to find hotel with two suitcases. Not convenient near mtr. The back alley location is hard for taxis to drop off. Hotel should post a card so we have it to show taxi. Breakfast was good. Buy at the restaurant

Great location just next to Laojie metro station. Good shopping around within walking distance great for families as there is almost everything for all ages. Sun Plaza and walking street is just 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of food outlets near the hotel. Housekeeping is great & clean. Rooms are large enough for comfort and toilet amenities are very complete. Will definitely stay again!

Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay. The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm. Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room. We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

This hotel is at the right place (at the border between Luohu in HKSAR and Shenzhen (**************), at the right time (infusion of summer tourists), and the right price. I am surprised that not many people know about this hotel which was built in 2013. Maybe better internet Wi-Fi access is the only thing lacking that I can think of. It is just beautiful and practical.

Big room in futian CBD area. Nice buffet breakfast spread and big bathroom. My big family like our stay for 2 nights. Coco mall just walk down the street

The hotel is located in a prime area with shopping malls, the world's largest electronic market place and 2 train stations on separate lines. We had a very comfortable stay - room was spacious and the gym well-equipped and well-maintained. Service staff were courteous. Momo at the front desk was quick to help with all our requests and queries. Breakfast spread and variety could be improved though.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

very strategic location and comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast is also quite delicious and close to the Metro and outside there are many restaurants and the Shenzhen railway station is close to markets and shopping places
