Hotel is manmain hot spring. Only certain period with natural hot spring water. Very good hotel with free upgrade as well from the front staff. The room is super stunning with many modern digital functions & garden view. The room service is also good. Can't believe in this small city also have such a good hotel.

濮院repo 住宿：攜程套餐，包含兩晚住宿、每日早餐（一日可升級搖櫓船）、雙人搖櫓船票、景區任意進出、雙人晚餐一份、旅拍、燈籠 先説住宿，提前會有管家聯繫，我們的管家「小銀杏」非常靠譜👍🏻 生日入住贈送了蛋糕和房間佈置，提前把景區遊覽指南都給到我們。 我們選了兩個房型，雙床相比大床房間更大。住店客人可以免費乘坐遊覽車，這給出行帶來了極大的便利，隨叫隨到。住店也享受免費停車以及託運行李的服務。 客房部「黃英」熱情，打掃細緻，點贊👍🏻 酒店早餐種類豐富，升級早餐氛圍不錯，就是冬天有些冷，我們乘坐的012號船「陳師傅」特別靠譜👍🏻，搖船還哼唱小調。酒店缽頌的活動也很有意思～ 景區用餐嘗試了四家店：濮家小菜館、阿二羊羔店、梅涇中餐廳、宋宴餐廳。個人綜合排序：濮家小菜館＞梅涇中餐廳＞宋宴餐廳＞ 阿二羊羔店 旅拍全程無推銷。手工燈籠有點拉跨，直接給了成品，燈籠還沒回家就有點散架了。 景區大，遊客比較分散，體驗感很好，適合慢遊，春節活動看到了孔明燈和無人機表演。

整個園區都是統一管理，集中入口辦理入住手續，比住在景區外的濮錦好。走不動了隨時叫遊覽車。客棧位置很好，鬧中取靜離重要的景點步行就兩三分鐘，邊上有個全家，買東西也很方便，目前還是很多設施沒完全配套餐飲選擇不多，有個全家會方便很多。房間很大，衞生乾淨，前台小哥哥的服務特別好，如果行李大件就衹能請前台幫忙扛上樓了。早餐是幾個客棧共用的，節假日根本跟不上很忙亂。等再冷一點可以去看銀杏，還是會住這個客棧，不錯。

濮院的蜆子灘是一到夏天我就會想念的地方。一樓房間推開門便是河，天藍水碧。最喜歡坐在門口的石階上，腳一伸入水，魚兒就來給你做足療。看着搖擼船盪着一船船的遊人從我的房前穿過，此時我覺得我是小鎮的主人，此刻我也就是小鎮的主人，哪怕衹有兩天，也足夠讓我匆匆的腳步，在此刻慢下來，繁忙的生活似乎被隔絕在另一個世界。沏一壺茶，倚坐在門外的美人靠上，靜靜的聽着鳥叫蟬鳴，心也會安靜下來。房間設施是我喜歡的那種，洗漱、淋浴、如廁和浴缸各自獨立，床的軟硬適中，能香甜一覺睡到自然醒。沙發躺着坐着都很舒適，還有於我不能缺的茶具房間也都有配備。因為濮院和西柵是一個運營團隊，布草和一次性用品的品質都非常考究，木梳和木針線包每次我都打包帶走。還有讓我最留戀的就是房東燒的一手好菜，農家小炒，土雞回想起來就饞。濮院，去年才開放，還沒被大批遊客攻佔，人少清凈。而且這裏最大的特色就是豐富的古建文化被豪放的復刻和展現。現在想修舊如舊其實耗資巨大，濮院的建築，從大門第一眼的牌樓你就能感受到濮院對古建文化的尊重。還有八九百歲的兩棵銀杏見證着小鎮的古往今來。整個濮院裏能找到所有古建元素，喜歡中式建築美學的人，一定會覺得驚喜。喜歡濮院的氣勢恢宏的古建，也喜歡蜆子灘小橋流水人家。現在小鎮內商業還沒那麼繁華，也是因為引入條件比較高吧。真的好喜歡這裏：不曾離開，卻似新的遇見。

Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.

Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful and clean hotel especially the reception staff 小银杏小妍 has provided excellent care and service. She has given excellent explanations and advice about the resort. The location is excellent just right opposite the Puyuan Ancient Fashion Resort. Strongly recommend

The Alila Hotel in Wuzhen is a fantastic blend of luxury and traditional style, perfectly situated near the picturesque water town. The hotel’s design is both modern and elegant, and the amenities are excellent, from beautifully appointed rooms to relaxing facilities. One of the highlights was the included photography package, ”乌镇阿丽拉-新锐旅拍.” Lesley, our photographer, was amazing! Not only was she talented, but her humor and energy made the entire experience unforgettable. We were laughing non-stop, and her easygoing nature made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Overall, Alila Wuzhen offers a truly memorable stay with stunning surroundings, top-notch amenities, and the added bonus of a fun photography experience. Highly recommended!

這次是我在攜程訂房間最滿意的一次，從平台的管家，到酒店的管家都是無可挑剔的。所有的天時地利人和，造就了這次完美的旅程。 第一，平台管家，我是提早預訂了另外一家酒店的，但是突然通知我原酒店需要停業維護，需要幫我調整至其他酒店。從這一刻開始，平台的酒店管家就不斷的根據我的需求，一而再，再而三的調整，溝通協商，終於調整到了這次住的錦堂行館，還幫我升級了家庭房，贈送了小孩的早餐，這個真的要謝謝平台管家的溝通協調，讓這次的旅程有了完美的開始…… 第二，烏鎮的管理真的是最完善的古鎮管理，基本在其他旅遊區所碰到的問題，這邊基本不會有。尤其是酒店，民宿大大小小的，都是很好，很周到的。 第三，這次的重點推薦“錦堂行館”，從入住酒店之前，酒店管家餘敏小姐姐，就提前跟我溝通好，我到達的時間，遊玩的意向，推薦我各式各樣的活動。提前在停車場迎接我們，安排好接我們入住酒店的烏篷船，從到達的一刻開始到離開烏鎮，我們基本就沒自己拿過行李了…… 安排好我們坐船後，我們到達碼頭，小余小姐姐已經在碼頭等我們了。入住後，包括小余姐姐在內的各個小哥哥，小姐姐，都熱情禮貌，服務周到，每一個都笑臉相迎的，感覺真的很好！環境優美，鬧中帶靜，每天的早餐更是亮點，精緻而美味，分量充足。是我捨不得離開的原因之一。房間的設施都很新，很舒適，各種物品補充及時。 雖然退房的那天，小余姐姐休假，但也得到的小安小姐姐，小凱小哥哥的熱情照顧，退房的時候，直接從離開房門那刻，兩人就開始護送我們上船離店，在碼頭等我們，陪我們在停車場等司機接我們，幫我們把行李搬上車，目送我們離開。 錦堂行館，真的很好，小余姐姐，小安姐姐，小凱哥哥，還有其他的哥哥姐姐，你們都真的很好👍 我會一直推薦錦堂行館的👍。
