Hotel Kobe dengan Spa

Beautiful hotel with top notch and warm service staff. Dinner and breakfast was good not to mention the fantastic onsen experience which was the main reason we came here. Last but not least, one of the staff personal noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and offered to me some painkillers. Overall, great and memorable experience!

Excellent service, from check in , breakfast, BBQ preparation, hot bath tub and any requests. Beautiful scenery, the sheep at Renest is the most favourite part for children.

Место изумительное! Всем советую, хоть и недешево. Персонал - просто выше всяких похвал. Вас и встретят как дорогих гостей, и проводят также. Ужин - смена девяти блюд, и невероятно вкусно! Мы снимали отдельную виллу, с собственным онсеном. Все чисто, аккуратно, есть все необходимое для удобства. Природа чудесная. Очень всем рекомендасьон!!!

*리뷰이벤트 후기 이런 거 아님, 여기는 내가 시간을 들여서라도 리뷰해준다 마인드로 작성 중 어머니 데리고 효도 여행으로 좋은 료칸 찾아보다가 갔는데 방은 끝내주게 좋고 일하시는 분들이 정말 너무너무 친절하게 극빈 대접을 해주시고 욕탕은 대욕탕과 야외탕 이렇게 2개로 나뉘어 지는데 탕도 넓고 야외탕은 시원해서 오래 즐기기 좋았고 특히 석식이 미치게 맛있었다. 리뷰 사진에는 제 최애였던 고배규 구이만 올렸지만 10가지 정도 코스가 계속 밀려들어오는데 야채 러버 어머니와 고기 러버 아들이 모두 만족했던 환상적인 코스였습니다. 일반 숙박이랑 별 차이 안 나니까 조식, 석식 무조건 추가하세요.

前台服務很好。房間非常好，落地角窗看窗外景觀非常美，房間設施非常新，房間設施非常齊全，房間咖啡和冰箱裏酒水果汁非常豐盛，喝到喝不完,飲品量很足，非常貼心。洗髮護髮身體乳都是寶格麗的，體驗感非常好。還貼心的準備了男士和女士的護膚旅行裝，非常細心。特別提出表揚下入住這幾天從接待我們開始一直為我們服務的ひろこさん員工，非常熱情，非常細心，人很好。給我們入住這幾天帶來的體驗感非常舒服非常好。期待下次入住還能遇到ひろこさん。

The hotel is conveniently located, only 2 minute walk from the bus stop on the main street of Arima. I believe it could be the oldest hotel within the area, judging from the deco. And yet it provides the environment and the atmosphere that we like from an onsen hotel. The onsen on the top floor is medium in size, and providing both gold and silver hot spa that are both famous in the place. Hotel set menu is good. And the hotel is very thoughtful by arranging different menu set for us for each day. Hotel staff are friendly.

Food was great and Eri-san was very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and love the private onsen with amazing view. I love how attentive Eri-san was as well, the timing in which the next meal came was impeccable, allowing me to enjoy the food thoroughly. Other ryokans I have stayed before (despite being more expensive), the breaks between the food served was very short and it felt like I was rushing to eat. The outdoor hotspring bath was great and perfect for people who cannot stand too high temperatures. Unfortunately, when we wanted to dip in Gekkoen's more traditional and older outdoor hotspring, it was being cleaned. Would love to try dipping in it the next time we visit again.

One of the best experiences in my life. The view from the windows is incredible. Kaiseki dinner was awesome (requires booking in advance, though). Modern yet real onsen. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only problem: bad private bath condition. But nothing critical.

Excellent location - you can even go to the downtown on foot. Right on the Shin-Kobe station, which means 5mins walking from Shinkansen. Super beautiful city lights in the evening. Strongly recommended!

Love the onsen from public to hotel private bath. Room were good , enjoyed the room ,food and onsen bath. Peaceful environment, have a van to pick and send us to the bus stop. Friendly staff. Thanks
