Next to central station , plenty of good , good place to stay for shopping

Great hotel with friendly staff and great facilities. I missed a pool but the rest surely made up for it. Very close to the station so made for easy access. Breakfast was divine.

The only complaint is in regards to the heating and air conditioning system in the room we stayed in. The vent was aimed directly at the bed and was very bad for sleeping. There was no override for the air system to turn it off and this became very uncomfortable after the first night. Other than this the hotel was in a great location with a very modern and stylish decor. Would go again but hope for a different room!

Väldigt trevligt hotell. God frukost. Bra läge. Lugnt fast centralt läge. Mycket trevlig personal. Återkommer gärna.

The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from the Arlanda express! Right in the centre near shops. The food was incredible and so much choice even for vegans or gluten free. Staff were friendly and helpful! It does get cold in the rooms but we asked for a heater and this was provided.

This hotel is perfectly located, has fantastic service, and is one of the few hotels I've ever stayed in where I didn't mind just being in the hotel and room vs out and about. The hotel food would rival a good restaurant and the service and attention to detail is delightful. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

酒店地理位置很好，房間也不錯，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，細節處有五鑽風範。衞生較差，服務不盡如人意，入住發現淋浴房牆上有一團毛髮沒有打掃乾淨，聯繫前台説明原委，前台回覆馬上來處理，等了10來分鐘沒人來，問前台説在路上了。這段路很長，半個多小時我們離開房間，去前台出示了照片，驚訝的表情很到位，説已經去了，等我們回到酒店，毛髮依然掛在瓷磚上，洗手枱有清理過的痕跡。懶得再説，自己處理了

Der check-in war automatisiert und einfach selbst durchzuführen, das spart Zeit und Nerven. Die Zimmer waren groß genug, gut ausgestattet, allerdings ohne relevante Aussicht. Die Betten waren etwas zu weich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr frisch, sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, top!

酒店在斯京動物園島，從中央火車站坐7號軌道電車，非常方便。沿動物園島散步非常宜人，附近的斯堪森遊樂園、北歐博物館、格納倫德遊樂場，ABBA博物館都是步行距離。酒店設計典雅，早餐豐盛。

First impressions as you walk into the hotel are pleasant as are the wonderful reception staff who are very helpful, accommodating and efficent ,all done with a big smile. My daughter and I were allocated rooms on the 7th Floor and 4 lifts allowed easy access. Rooms were clean but showers had an outlook over buildings at the rear and even though there was frosting of glass to chest height I felt exposed to external views when in the en-suite. Rooms seemed relatively soundproofed from next door rooms. Helicopters landing on the nearby hospital roof can be a bit intrusive in the night. Breakfasts were excellent with a great buffet style variety busy times seemed to be 0830 to 0900, outside these times were quite leisurely. Bar areas were nice , draught beer would be an improvement but this is available next door in the Bishop Arms pub. Staff serving were polite ,very efficient and a credit to the hotel. Spa area was nice although expensive at weekend . Overall a wonderful stay with wonderful hotel staff. I have given it 4 stars due to rooms being smaller than what I'm used to and windows did not shut properly in both rooms. Note a Lidl store is 100m away if needed. Location is easily walkable to train stations metro , restaurants and shopping centres.
