Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially loved the AI feature in the room. Additionally, the location of Anshe Hotel is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the metro station and pingjiang lu, making it easy to explore. Overall, my stay at Anshe Hotel exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied, and I cannot wait for my next visit. One of the best stays I’ve had so far. The hotel staffs were all very helpful, especially the gentleman who helped me with my huge luggage (the road at the front of the hotel is blocked by construction works so my luggage can’t really make its way to the main road). The facilities were all very clean and new, and the room was pretty sound proof too. What I love about this place is that the hotel staff will help to deliver my deliveries straight to my room, which I really appreciate. (Most hotels will require me to head down to the lobby to get the delivered items myself). Overall I had a great rest here and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Suzhou. One small suggestion: maybe the cleaning staff can make the bed and tidy up the towels when cleaning up the room. I almost thought that my room wasn’t cleaned up when I returned to my room. Other than this, everything was perfect.

A recent and very well located hotel, a stone's throw from the metro station. The neighbourhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and very rich. Washing machines are available to customers free of charge (free laundry service) , with the possibility of also drying our laundry, which is very convenient because it avoids bringing too many clothes in the suitcase. In the room, I particularly appreciated the space, the very modern bathroom, the atmosphere of the room, ideal for working. The team is very smiling and always ready to help you. I also frequented the gym a lot mainly for running. The hotel manager could be advised to buy alters and other equipment to do physical exercises, but I am generally very satisfied with this hotel. So I warmly recommend it.
