Room is clean and cosy. Near to shopping areas like Guanqian and Pingjiang streets. Price is also affordable. Bed is comfortable.

The hotel is convenient. All amenities are provided. It's near to a commercial area. Helpful staff for recommendations.

Friendly staff and clean room, service was exceptional and the room was cozy. Also provides free laundry service. Will visit again. Location is also close to 观前街 and 平江路.

Room is clean and spacious, good view also. I can ask razor from receptionist. Hotel’s staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee of coffee shop downstairs is nice. Nearby the hotel, there is a famous hairly crab restaurant, very delicious and worth of money.

Very good experience and comfortable stay👏,the counter service is very good. Not much noise for us, we are able to have good sleep, they help clean room daily if you hang the clean room card at door handle. We have many small request they have help us manage them, they make sure we have a good stay, glad that we have book this hotel first time travelling to Suzhou ❤️❤️! Will visit again!

Good experience, easy to find the hotel. Providing us with sufficient bottles of water so save our time from boiling. The toilet is Japanese standard with automatic warming, very comfortable in cold season.

Clean hotel, good facilities, amenities shampoo, shower gel, tea bags, ear plugs, musquito killer, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Double glass windows. Only minor point: hallway can be a bit noisy. The concrete floors do not dampen noise that much. No coffee. Ideal location to discover the city. Next to metro.

The hotel was so cute! It was above a bakery that was decorated for chinese new year and the rooms had a modern aesthetic. The location was also super convenient and the bed was comfy☺️❤️ Also the front desk workers were really kind in accommodating our early departure time
