I recently stayed 1 night at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel itself is new, modern, and located in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warmth and helpfulness made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Whether it was providing recommendations, assisting with any requests, or simply greeting me with a smile, their attention to detail and genuine care was truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for its great facilities, but for the outstanding service that made my stay unforgettable.

This was one of the best inn stay I have had. The front counter staffs were really nice and patient with my Taobao requests, we even struggled with returning our unwanted Taobao stuff but they also helped us with it. Every staff was really nice there. The boss was also really helpful and forthcoming with ensuring we had a smooth experience. He gave us this 双黑芝麻豆沙糕 which was really delicious. On our last day he suggested multiple routes back to Shanghai Pudong International airport. (P.s. it’s about 300 RMB as of 22/10/24) You could really tell it’s a solid team working to ensure the best for their staffs. If you really want a solid experience this is a place to stay at. I’m from Singapore and given the international hotel service I have experienced in different countries, their standards of service are definitely international. The location of the inn is also amazing with it being near to every attraction. This stay definitely left a positive experience for me🙌
