Hotel berhampiran Grace Reserve, Sydney

Needed to stay out there for an early departure from Bankstown Airport. It is REALLY close to the airport which is fantastic. The rooms were renovated, basic but clean and comfortable. They were a better standard than your average pub room. The most important thing, they were quiet. It was a week night so I can’t vouch for Friday or Saturday nights. The pub itself was good, beers cold and the meal was great. I had the ribeye, chips and salad. Mickey the Assistant Manager was really friendly, showed me to my room, explained breakfast etc and organised dinner. Overall a great experience and I will be staying again.

Staff were fantastic and very welcoming, easy check in service at the bar. Rooms where good and clean, well suited for a family of 4 like us. Our room had two single beds and a double bed. Plenty of parking out the side of hotel as well. Great pub as well.

Second stay here, and almost as good as my first late last year (room & view slightly better from 10th floor room overlooking Bankstown Oval last year, than from 6th floor on this occasion). Nonetheless, very clean room, good TV and quality in-room facilities. Water pressure good; & quality body wash & moisturiser provided in the bathroom. Once again I enjoyed the array of restaurants conveniently located in the adjacent sports club. Kevin & his colleague were exceptionally warm & helpful upon our arrival. Will continue to stay here whenever I visit Bankstown.

Always a great place to stay. Rooms are always very clean and tidy. Location is great for us as we generally stay here for business. The only bad thing we can pick is the hot water took a while to heat up. Apart from that a great place to stay

If you just want a place to 'put the head down' overnight in south west sydney at a reasonable price, this is not a bad choice. The room was well equipped, reasonable modern, quite large and surprisingly quiet, (noting it is a pub motel and we stayed on a Saturday night). Reception in the moring is non existent, (you leave your key in the room), at night you might need to find someone in the pub. There is not a lot going on in the surrounds, its certainly not a base for touring Sydney, but if you are visiting people or have business in the area and you just need an inexpensive place to sleep and freshen up, this is a pretty good option. I would stay here again.

This is a good property, complete with restaurant for dinner and breakfast which I found very convenient. Serving dinner on a weekend was appreciated - not all properties of this size do this. The room was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. However, the property needs refurbishment which one of the staff informed was being planned. The bathtub in each room is an anachronism and needs replacing with a modern shower and an extra ceiling light is badly needed to illuminate the window side of the room. The room was very dark. The tap handle design in my room was very user unfriendly. I experienced difficulty in turning the tap handles. This property is convenient for those using a car (parking is free) but it is not recommended for people using public transport as it is a considerable distance from a railway station. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

酒店房間乾淨整潔，淋浴間和廁所超大，贈送酒水券，可以到樓下的小酒吧免費領取一杯啤酒，bistro的飯菜好吃不貴，就是早上得11點才開門。一樓門口的陽台和beer garden都可以抽煙，貼心，還有遊戲機室可以****，一站式服務。走的那天想在悉尼多轉轉，前台還給免費存箱子，我想付費都不給機會，態度非常好。現在正在等bistro開門吃炒麪，晚上回來拿包的時候再吃喝晚飯然後去機場。雖然離市區差不多20公里，但出門就有地鐵站，去哪都方便，機場出來就辦了opal公交卡，想去哪就去哪。本來想再續一晚的，奈何沒房了，有房的已經over the budget了。總而言之，性價比超高，下次來悉尼再住這

Nightcap at Chester Hill Hotel demonstrates excellent reviews from numerous hotel guests. Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.

You’ll want to read this, its GREAT!!! My partner and I checked into the Greenacre Hotel on November 24th. After checking in, the desk clerk brought us to the entrance of the hotel building and handed us our room card keys. He then said to us “ The bathrooms are located down the hall outside of your room so don’t leave your room without your cards. You also need them to get into the building so make sure to always have your card on you. I don’t want to receive a call in the middle of the night that you’re locked out of your room”. Totally reasonable , I can understand how that could be frustrating. Many people, throughout the night, forgot their cards in their rooms. How do I know this? They body checked themselves against their door screaming “ let me in”. That wasn’t even the bad part. That I could put up with. The next day, my partner and I woke up early because we had an International Flight to catch. My partner went downstairs to load the car and then I followed about 10 minutes later. When I came outside the building, my partner shouted something at me but it was to late. The door to the building shut behind me. What my partner yelled at me was “ Don’t let the door close, the card isn’t working”. When I tried my card on the door, it just beeped and flashed red. I tried my partners card, the same thing happened. We were locked out and we had to return our rental car within the hour and catch our flight. I immediately called the desk clerk/manager. I told him what happened and his response was “ What do you want me to do, I’m in bed”……..well here’s an idea for you, GET OUT OF BED!!!!!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!! We had both of our cards and it was nowhere near checkout time!!! What kind of response is that, here’s the correct response: “ Oh my goodness, I am so sorry sir. I am currently unavailable but I will send someone there to open the door. Again I cannot apologize enough, this is totally unacceptable. Please send me an email at your earliest convenience and I will provide some kind of compensation, this is truly unacceptable. There will be someone there within the next half hour. Here’s my personal number in case he doesn’t show.” But of course that was not his response. After a bit of arguing, he let me know that someone was going to be opening up the bar downstairs within the next half hour. So, we waited. After a half hour, a gentlemen did show up and I have to give him praise. He moved with urgency and at the end of the day got us back into the building and we made our flight. I still can’t get over “ I’m in bed” , what is that! I’ve worked in the tourism industry for 5 years and this whole experience was just totally unprofessional. I’m looking forward to your response.

Positives - Easily accessible bus stop right out front - ID and card details to check in so no annoying bond held - EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! The lady at check in was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest which is so refreshing as having stayed in many budget price point accommodations over the years great customer service is definitely not the norm so I thank them greatly for that. - Excellent price point paid $85 for the night - Great standard of cleaning - Quiet - Microwave available in common area Negatives - The plastic stool was very short and uncomfortable. - No tea bags or anything in the room, says all removed due to COVID prevention but doesn’t really make sense considering everything e.g. soap bars, bed sheets, are all going to be handled and put in the room so how individually packaged coffee/tea is higher risk I don’t understand.
