Ulasan Belian Hotel

First day we tried to asked if they can give us a room that has windows , they said there are some rooms but not really as big windows that face the ocean , and we paid extra 900 pesos plus each room for that tiny window that faces the parking lot, and since we book 2 rooms we taught that they will put us in one floor because we are family but they didn’t , me and my son in the fifth floor my wife and my daughter in the 3rd floor, the following day we tried to asked them to put us in one floor, finally they put us in the same floor. Take note: Shower don’t have heater First day they don’t put rug towel , 2nd day they have. First day the tv doesn’t on , we request to replace with a new one. Breakfast 5 variety of viand , only brewed coffee no other else, and juice. We stayed in room 303 ,503 2nd day room 504. They said our rooms are upgraded but for us , we don’t feel that we are upgraded. Thats it But definitely we will comeback and check for the hotels improvements. Happy holidays!
