This is my go to hotel when I’m in Tokyo. Love it for its location and the convenience. They have basic amenities, room is on the smaller side so it’s good to book the premium twin room for families.

Decent place for tokyo cost of living. Everything is working, albeit the small size.

Fast check-in & check-out, very helpful staff, location is not bad only, family mart link to hotel, have a laundromat but room very small ☺️☺️☺️

We arrived the hotel by taking Narita-Ginza airport bus. The hotel is located around 12 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. We booked a room with three independent beds. The bathroom has a higher-than-average bathtub which may not be suitable for the elderly or small kid. FamilyMart(convenient store) is on its ground floor. Some yummy eateries are at the doorsteps. It is within a good walking distance to Tsukiji shijō(築地市場) which you must visit. You can try many kinds of street foods(seafood, meat, desert) in this market.

Nice little city hotel that is located near to Ginza, with plenty of amenities near the hotel. But room is very small which is typical of Tokyo boutique city hotels.

It is definitely a good choice for family to stay in this hotel if you want to be in Ginza area. Love this japan brand hotel for the care and services for their guests.

The room is quite small but clean. Hardly any noises in spite of the warning about renovations. Location is good is you’re going to move around Ginza and close to Haneda Airport. Early check in or late check out are impossible as they’re always fully booked. There’s a Family Market on the 1F that is very convenient. Not much variety or quality on the breakfast buffet. Not worth it paying extra. Ice machines, microwave, vending machines and laundromat on the 2F.

Room is a bit small but cozy and comfy with fluffy pillows. Sheer curtain has a bit of holes but functions well. Amenities were plentiful with a huge selection of tea bags - 5 types, even hair mask face mask etc. There is a 24 hour family mart on floor 1, reception on floor 2 (not allowed to eat on lvl 2) which gives convenient access to anything should you need, complete with table and chairs if you want to sit and eat. Also, located near the heart of Ginza. But, the toilet sink smells when you first turn the tap on.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its convenient location, just a 3-minute walk to Donki, made shopping a breeze. The connecting room was a rare find in Japan, providing extra comfort for our family. Friendly staff and clean amenities added to the overall great experience.

Easy to locate this hotel, very near the bus stop of the airport limousine bus from the airport, nice, helpful and friendly staff, they will tend to you even in the wee hours of the night. Have a convenience store on the ground floor, the shopping and good dining places is just around the area, super recommedable hotel to stay in

Best Budget Hotel in Ginza Area. We stayed for 2 nights here and it was the best decision. Very near Ginza shopping area. A 180m walk to Courtyard Hotel where Airport Limousine pick up is. Ginza Six Mall is also a 2 min walk from the hotel. Will stay here again when we come back to Tokyo. The only downside we found was there are very few familiar food options. Most restos nearby are local japanese restos. No fastfood options like Mcdonalds.

Value for money, great location, clean and decent room size :)

Hotel is centrally located at Ginza just few blocks from the shopping belt and 15mins walk to Tsukiji market. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, hotel provides wide range of amenties from hair to face mask and wide range of tea bags. Lots of restaurents near the hotel. Also short walk to metro station. Highly recommended
