Hotel berhampiran JR Kasairinkaikoen Station, Tokyo

Stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Location: 15mins by Taxi to/from Tokyo Station, direct underground access to Toyosu Station for the Yurakucho Line to connect to other trains at Tokyo Station Also closeby to Kidzania, Teamlab Planets, Toyosu Market and Odaiba Reception: on 36/F, with rooms on the 3 floors below with exclusive lift access Room: very clean and tidy, with excellent views of the harbour all the way to the Skytree Facilities: male and female only onsen opening till late, with outdoor area for outdoor experience on 36/F

The room is very small, as is the toilet. However, the room has 2 sinks, and the bed is quite large and comfortable. There is also a table and a chair. There is no closet, so things need to be hung on a hanger. The location of the hotel is simply incredible! It is a 15-minute walk to the metro, and there are convenience stores, cafes and a shopping center within walking distance. The area is quiet and pleasant. If I go to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay here!

A little out of Tokyo but train station is only 5-10 mins walk away. If you are leaving early there is a shuttle bus to Tokyo station and those who are going to the airport straight there is also a shuttle bus. A mall located right next to the hotel as well with basics store included so you can get last minute shopping done

飯店位置離地鐵近，步行5分鐘即可，飯店隔壁就是超商，另一邊有拉麵店，附近不遠處有百貨公司，飯店整新過，應有盡有，很舒服的住宿經驗。

I stayed here from December 13-17 of 2019 and I did not encounter any problem at all. Front Desk no matter what time of day or night are always very courteous and accommodating and helpful. The housekeepers are VERY KIND in that they LEAVE A FRESH supply of towels, bathrobe etc bundled in a plastic bag every day since I had the “do not disturb” sign those 4 nights! Breakfast menu is awesome! Train station and Family Mart are right outside the hotel and if you walk a block or two there’s a ramen place, 7-11, a grocery and drugstore, as well. Very convenient location!

The last time we were at Tokyo, we were at the Kinshicho area so this was the main motivation for us to book Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Kinshicho. Our first impression of the place was that it was very strategic, probably a good 200 meters' walk from Kinshicho Railway Station's southern entrance. The check in was very efficiently done and then it was time to check our room. A lot has been made in the reviews about how small the room is and I can't blame people for thinking that way. It's not so much the fact that you can't fit people in it but the fact that it does feel a bit cramped if you're travelling with multiple suitcases. The beds are comfortable as are the complimentary pyjamas that are laid out for you on the bed. My favorite feature of the room was the bathtub and it was good to have a dip at the end of a day. There is a laundry facility on the second floor which you can use to wash your clothes. Complimentary sachets of tea and coffee are available on the lobby for you to take up to your room. The clear point of improvement that I would suggest for it to have a ramp at its front entrance. As a result of this, guests would have to physically lift heavy suitcases up some steps to enter into the front lobby. It would be very useful and helpful to have some form of a ramp. I make particular highlight of the service. The staff at the receptionist's table are some of the most courteous and kindest people I have come across during my travels in particular the female staff member with long ponytail of Southeast Asian experience. I had four suitcases when I checked out and so I asked for her help to book a taxi to go to Haneda Airport. While careful to manage expectations, she promised to check with the taxi driver if four suitcases could be accommodated. She not only did this and confirmed that our four suitcases could go inside the taxi, but she physically helped load the suitcases onto the taxi while I went upstairs to check if there were anything left behind. We are very thankful for this staff member for her assistance.

여기는 진짜 아파트 같아요. 한국인한테는 위치상 좋은 위치일듯 해요. 10분거리 긴시초 역 , 편의점 5분 거리, 돈키호테도 20분 정도 걸린것 같아요. 욕실 욕조는 165-83 제 기준 골반이 살짝 양옆에 닿지만 불편한 정도는 아니에요. 침실도 미닫이 문으로 닫아서 어둡게 잘수 있어요. 다음 일본에서 또 왔을때 재 방문 의사 무조건 있습니다. 저 포함 3명 왔는데 한명은 무조건 바닥에 자고 쇼파에서 자는 분과 이불을 공유해야 합니다. 그건 제외하면 위치든 시설이든 완벽합니다. (좀 더럽히고 퇴장해서 죄송합니다. 친구들이 모른다고 안해서 최대한 정리 하고 퇴실했지만 더럽게 퇴장한것 같네요. 다음에는 혼자 와서 깔끔하게 정리후 가겠습니다)

The room was just nice for 1 person and it has everything I need. I had a comfortable stay with them. The location was very convenient as it was in walking distance from a subway station. In addition, there was a bus stop outside the hotel which you can board to get to Tokyo station where I easily took the airport train to Narita Airport. This made my traveling easy, especially so when I am traveling with such a huge luggage bag. I want to highlight that they paid a lot of attention to details. I came out from a hot water bath and when I saw the mirror, I was very surprised to see that there was an area of the mirror that was not covered with water vapour. The staff actually applied something on the mirror to prevent condensation. Such attention to details made my day! It was not necessary but they did it anyway. Highly recommend this hotel, you will not regret it!

Nice location. Took airport coach and got off at TCAT, Tokyo City Air Terminal, walked 8 minutes to hotel. Two nearby underground train stations nearby. There are many shops and restaurants nearby from the EDO period, including freshly-made udon which always has a queue, tempura, sushi shops and dessert shop from 1833! Worth visiting!
