是四季的感覺，但總欠了點什麼 本來還想去住大手町四季，但突然漲價了，想着丸之內也可以來體驗一下 位置：極度方便，左轉幾百米甚至還沒有紅綠燈就是東京站，JR很方便，去機場也有nex，和大巴；但地鐵相對有點距離，京橋很近，丸之內線要從地下穿越東京站，略微麻煩；好在銀座很近，酒店右轉走過去就是了 特色：鐵路景觀，二十幾條鐵軌鋪在腳下，我要了6F的高樓層客房，因為新幹線在這裏變軌的緣故，還是能聽到一點噪音，但酒店這邊不能開窗，可以接受白噪的完全可以助眠，晚上十二點之後新幹線就會停運 服務：四季標準，app回覆速度較慢，整理客房的阿姨前後有差別，有一個阿姨整理很隨意，後面幾天變好了 硬件：605客房的淋浴水温有問題，很燙，保修後變冷了，但仍舊無法調節水温高低，也不再繼續和前台溝通了，較冷還能接受，衹能説硬件還是有短板；關門聲音很大，透過房間可以聽到，隔壁有人經常進出就會有點吵，並且有時發現是服務人員整理客房開關門發出的聲音 除了位置好，沒有太多優點，景觀也一般，且目前北面、東面都在施工，北面隔了馬路，東邊房間緊臨工地

The hotel room is large especially the onsen & bath area. It’s amazing to be able to enjoy onsen in a city like Ginza. Fufu is like a gem in the vibrant city! Service is impeccable! We were greeted by a Cantonese speaking staff which make us feel like home! There was a little misunderstanding about the use of the rooftop footbath and the happy hour drinks. But the hotel managed decently and it was a very good client experience! The hotel location is also excellent, A lot of shops and restaurants in the walking distance. I’ll definitely come back again!

A very exclusive hotel filled with charm and comfort. The room was spacious and the minibar was thoughtfully stocked with complimentary welcome drinks. The location was extremely convenient for early departures and travelling into Tokyo city. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to use the onsen during my stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Pengalaman luar biasa, konsep zen dari A hingga Z. Sempurna untuk melarikan diri dari kebisingan dan bunyi bandar untuk seketika kelonggaran murni melupakan masa dan tekanan! Mereka tidak mempunyai jam! Mata air panas yang agak mengecewakan, kerana ia hanya satu kolam besar, tiada kolam sejuk atau pusaran air (mungkin pakej spa menawarkan ini?!) kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu.

Stayed for two nights with my mum as it was her birthday trip. We had reserved a room with bunk beds but were initially given a room with just one bed. They changed it after we went back to reception and showed our confirmation. They also photocopied our passports. It would have been helpful if reception had explained the different levels on the 2nd and 4th floors between the new and main buildings. The amenities were great, with good pillow options, a hot pool and a nice breakfast. Despite a few hiccups at check in, I would still recommend this place to others!

Really enjoy my stay here, the location is unbeatable since it's walking distance to many metro lines, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the onsen is also very clean, the juice bar in the morning and bar in the evening were also great touches. There is only one elevator but I didn't find it to be a deal breaker, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Well equipped facility and nice public bath. A little bit far away from the station but quite convenient nearby (convenient store , car rental , shops)

I’d wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time and loved the idea of a traditional-style hotel right in the heart of Tokyo. The staff were very friendly, and I was happy to get a room on a higher floor as I had requested. The room itself was very small and felt a bit outdated. For this price range, I expected a little more. However, the window — definitely the highlight of the room — offered an incredible view of the city. The onsen was quite small, but wow. Being able to relax in an outdoor bath right in the center of Tokyo while looking out at the city was an amazing experience. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near Ueno station and a nearby subway station, making travel around the city very easy. One of the highlights of the stay was the thoughtful amenities. The hotel offers an onsen, complimentary soba in the evening, and jelly desserts, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The breakfast was especially impressive-delicious and well worth the price. The room size(around14square meters) was impact but comfortable, suitable for 2 people. Additional blankets can be requested at the front desk if needed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very throughout the stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and had a great experience. The downside was the elevator, which can be slow and crowded during peaking times. However, if you’re staying on a lower floor, using the stairs is a convenient alternative.

The room is small, Japanese-style11 sqm i book conneting room, The location is very convenient, close to JR. There’s a FamilyMart, AEON, and many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can walk to Tobu Department Store every day for shopping. The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it. The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.
