Hotel Hot Springs di Tokyo

A very exclusive hotel filled with charm and comfort. The room was spacious and the minibar was thoughtfully stocked with complimentary welcome drinks. The location was extremely convenient for early departures and travelling into Tokyo city. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to use the onsen during my stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel. The rooms are small but very well planned with a door between the sleeping space and the bathroom. The window opens, the beds are comfortable and it has a nice onsen that has ice cream for when you’re done. It also offers delicious free ramen from 9:30-11:00 every night plus good coffee and soda dispensers. You can request extra pillows and the location is very good too. Highly recommended.

We really love the hotel service provided, public transport convenient as it’s situated below the hotel. The only setback is location at CBD area, overall experience good

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The bed is comfortable and very quiet throughout the night. The hotel location is superb. It is at the major interchange station , Ikebukuro Station so getting around is very easy. It is very convenient to use C1b exit with an elevator to reach the hotel smoothly. The hotel just beside the exit. The airport limousine bus station is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. It is another advantage of this hotel. There are many options of food option nearby. The hotel also offered a good selection of food for breakfast. The onsen at the hotel also very good.

The toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

Clean room but not very spacious. Onsen was comfortable and the snacks provided was good too. Ramen being served everyday was tasty. Location is decent, a bit further from the station than I’d like with the big suitcases we had. Close to sunshine city.

The building and facilities are good. A little older than than Betti building but the service and the cleanliness are as excellent. The view is very good . You can see the Sky Tree from some rooms.

Cleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob). Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn. They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park. However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay: 1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around. 2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

I’d wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time and loved the idea of a traditional-style hotel right in the heart of Tokyo. The staff were very friendly, and I was happy to get a room on a higher floor as I had requested. The room itself was very small and felt a bit outdated. For this price range, I expected a little more. However, the window — definitely the highlight of the room — offered an incredible view of the city. The onsen was quite small, but wow. Being able to relax in an outdoor bath right in the center of Tokyo while looking out at the city was an amazing experience. The breakfast was also very good.

This hotel is excellent. The room is compact but very well-equipped with everything you need. There are complimentary toiletries and skincare items available for guests to choose from, which is a really nice touch. I especially liked that they offer a variety of pillows, so you can pick the one that suits your preference. Free drinking water is also provided, which is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel also has an onsen, which made the stay even more relaxing. Most importantly, everything was very clean. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended! 👍🏻✨
