Endroit absolument unique, le Palazzo est en soi vraiment une demeure historique. Les chambres sont ensuite probablement très variables, les deux testées (bellavista suite avec vue sur le grand Canal et suite Canaletto, dans le bâtiment adjacent), étaient spacieuses, agréablement meublées, même si parfois avec des choix un peu particuliers dans la rénovation sur le plan pratique. Mais tout cela a énormément de charme, ce à quoi contribue l’équipe, très sympathique et professionnelle. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

我們是中午十二點到達，然後因為威尼斯漲潮，酒店門口都是水，有墊高的木板橋。因為我們行李比較多（5人裏面三個女生，每人一個28寸行李箱），希望酒店幫忙搬進酒店。然後某位白人男前台跟我們説他們衹管酒店裡麪的行李，拒絕幫助。最後我們拜託服務生，才幫我們搬進酒店。在入住的時候，因為我們是預訂了兩間房，第一間我們訂的是royal suite，但是系統和酒店一開始給我們的就是普通房間，我們表達震驚和出示預訂單後才給我們原來的房間（幸好沒人住）。第二間給我們的是對的房間，在三樓，我們有三人入住，酒店沒有電梯，本來應該服務生幫我們搬上樓，但其中一個行李箱被服務生直接放在0層樓梯口喊我們自己拿上去。總的來説，酒店設施和環境都還可以。就是服務態度太差了

We had the pleasure of being welcomed by Alina who was absolutely delightful and welcoming with her beautiful smile and made us feel comfortable after a long ride from Australia. Alina offered beverages and surprisingly upgraded us to the Pisani Royal Suite overlooking the Grand Canal. Masud kindly took our luggage and prepared our room in order for us to enjoy the exquisite views. We also met Andreni who prepared cocktails at the bar and set us up on the overhanging balcony where we managed to take sensational sunset photos. He prepared us with bespoke cocktails and he entertained us with his stories and funny jokes. Nothing was too much trouble from the staff, in fact we returned one evening 2hrs before dinner and felt like a few nibbles. A delicious array of perfectly selected fine delicacies were arranged and delivered to our suite in no time. To top our stay, front desk organised a water taxi to the train station. Arriving precisely on time and having the hassle-free luggage transportation without leaving the hotel was surreal. The entire stay was like being in a movie. Thank you to Alina, Masud, Andreni and all the staff. Highly recommend this palace for your stay when visiting Venice.

What a lovely hotel and what a find very well located caring staff and great ambience and what an arrival booked through the hotel made everything so easy water taxi right to the front door , breakfast was extra and ok not the best not the worst although it was only continental breakfast but the waitresses were very attentive and no shortage of tea and coffee, the rooms were beautiful with chandeliers and high ceiling very romantic , the bar on the 1st floor has amazing views of the grand canal and wonderful photo opportunities , when the tide came in the boards are in place for you to walk safely on and with a beautiful square with more restaurants and bars just along the walkway you couldnt ask for more

A lovely, old palace, full of charm. We had a fantastic time. We were upgraded to the most beautiful suite, on the canal. and it's worth it. The staff is fantastic. Having a drink late at night on the balcony on the canal ... this is Venise. We were concerned about the reviews on the amenities levels, It's OK, our bathroom was OK, but not fancy. There are also a lot of stairs. We found it fun. If you want to experience one of these Venetian palaces like nowhere else on the planet, do it. Also, the location is great, very conveniently placed in the city and next to the Galleria Academia Bridge. If you are worried about finding it, it's easy with Google Maps walking directions. Airport collective waterbus, orange line is 7 min away

What an amazing experience! It was so unique to stay on the Grand Canal. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. The restaurant was very elegant. And we got to sit on the balcony for an aperitif! Hint - go to the bar early before it gets busy! For extra money, we could have sat there for dinner, but in March, it was too cold. We did reserve one of the cheaper rooms in the adjacent building and thus had a three story walk up to our room. The view from the sitting area outside our room was amazing (it overlooked the canal). It was fine for us, but if stairs bother you, I'd inquire about the type of room you need before you book. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our week long stay. One thing, though, my husband is 6'2" and had to duck to go into the room and bathroom. Just a special quirk of staying in Venice!

Exquisite and charming situated right on the Grand Canal. Staying at this hotel is like jumping into a mystery novel. The beds and showers are fabulous. The furniture is all slightly worn, making you feel like you’re visiting a private home. Staff is exceptional - especially Spale, Linda and Carlo. We had a special birthday celebration in the dining room and it was truly magical. Picture is from the bedroom window and of the birthday dinner setting. An experience of a lifetime.
