La struttura è moderna, accogliente e ubicata in posizione strategica per andare in spiaggia a piedi in 15-20 minuti, in centro città in a piedi in 10 minuti. il servizio è da migliorare: effettuato il check in, entro in stanza, camera in ordine ma il cestino della spazzatura era sporco con pezzi di frutta dentro, una cosa inaccettabile se si vogliono 4 stelle. Riporto alla receptionist di turno che l'unica cosa che riesce a dire è "va bene lo riporterò alla manager che arriva settimana prossima" senza prendere azione. Mi sarei aspettato almeno le scuse e che chiamasse il servizio delle pulizie per rimediare. Il giorno dopo riporto ad altra receptionist che mi risponde con un "grazie per avermelo riportato" :D. Detto questo penso che il servizio sia stato molto scadente e non allineato alla classificazione della categoria.

Well positioned very much enjoyed this hotel. Good well equipped room. Excellent separate hairdryer. Separate toilet to shower room. Delighted with use of Nuxe products in room. Comfortable bed. Too tired to go out to eat, we were surprised and delighted to enjoy one of the best meals during our travels. Insisted on meeting innovative Chef Simon who apparently was new and no doubt will make a name for himself and the hotel restaurant. Highly recommend a meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately chef Simon is not involved with the breakfast which was one of the worst we'd experienced. He needs to teach breakfast chef how to make scrambled eggs and the staff how to replenish empty plates. But good coffee. Otherwise lovely hotel.

Great beaches and marina. The hotel is in a quiet location. Dinner last night by Chef Simon was superb. The room is excellent. Breakfast on the other hand leads a lot to be desired. No fresh sausage, greasy bacon, over cooked scrambled eggs and a poor charcuterie....

This hotel is poorly maintained and not very clean—stained carpeting in the hallways and glitter speinkles on rug in bedroom. The small bar is sad and overlit, and young woman running breakfast was rude and bored by her job. Also out of fresh oranges to juice at breakfast. We’d never stay here again.

If you travel with an injury you appreciate even more! - Reception: Perfect, kind , and with a smile! - The room with the big balcony was so fabulous! The bathroom … adream- we could eat breakfast and dinner there! This is one of the best mercure we have ever been to! Sadly the picture on the website looks strange because it is so so beautiful! It is in a residential area - but there are take aways, shops and pharmacy there. You can stay there even in high season and do not feel it! Thank you all! Merci et vive l‘équipe Gracias

Well where to start- The hotel location is excellent because from here you can walk and or cycle more or less everywhere in the town in 10 minutes. The hotel backs onto a golf course and is on a slope so that there is always a gentle breeze and the views are great. The rooms are excellent and ours included a small balcony with a table and two tall stools so we could eat our snack lunch outside, lovely. At the top of the hotel there is a small spa and leisure centre with a sauna and gym inside and then a lovely jacuzzi outside and usually very few people, lovely. The main problem (like many French hotels in my experience) is the staff. They seem to be totally DISinterested in things like service and the lady in the breakfast room asked u our room number every morning for a week, and they do NOT have more than 40 rooms. The reception too were always cold and distant, totally not what you hope for. The parking garage works very well so you can park your car in the shade which is a major bonus in the hot summer. All in all great hotel and very average staff.

Small quiet clean hotel with very helpful staff! Beds so comfortable and great parking . I had to extend my stay and even though they were busy they let me keep my privilege room. It was a home away from home.

We stayed in one of their privilege suites which are spacious and comfortable, a very big bathroom with a separate shower is also very convenient. Also the personnel is in general very personable, friendly and customer service orientated. Breakfast buffet and choice could be more elaborated ( no smoked salmon e.g., choice of egg dishes very limited as well as cheers and charcuterie), but overall still ok. Quality in general good. we also at there several times for dinner, which we found good and good value for money considering that eating at the hotel is always a bit more expensive. Overall prices for the room on the expensive side which surprised us a bit considering the very low season. Prepare to dish out really some money in the high season. Beds are for our feeling too hard.
