Hotel berhampiran FHWien of WKW, Vienna

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

Excellent location, walking distance to many of the main attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a very friendly staff member greeting everyone and making them feel special. I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is clean. Good and friendly service from reception. Nice hotel lobby with nice decorations. Manage to do a early check in (1plus pm instead of 3pm) after stating in booking request. Location Central Enough but still a 17-18min walk to Luxury Boutique (Chanel/Dior) Parking garage nearby (3min walk) for 24euro/day (get card from hotel) usually price $40euro Paid $10 extra a night for a room with Windows (they highlighted if never pay and upgrade, we will have rooms with windows that can’t be opened) - not complaining but seems like a usual sales Tactic Loved that the hotel got a mini shop/bar at reception that has many simple food and drink items. Not much in room amenities. No slippers or bath ropes or toothbrush etc. Only a simple hand wash and a all-in-one shampoo and body wash in toilet. No bottled water provided. Free wifi, no password required. Will recommend to stay.

非常好的酒店，個人強烈推薦。 開始還挺擔心的，這個價格在維也納市區真的不算貴，看評價也不都是好評，有點糾結想定另一家貴一倍的酒店，後來為了節約點訂了這家，但給了我很多驚喜。 另外出發前我改過行程，它家在我已經扣款後居然還能順利退款，簡直是我用攜程十年第一次感覺能把錢取回來，覺得很大方。 另外是在我落地維也納機場，被土航搞丟了行李，又冷又煩，又搞不定市內交通迷路了，最後從中心車站打車到的酒店，這樣的前提下，這家酒店的環境和景緻極大的安撫了我的情緒。 首先它很顯眼，綠色的棚頂在附近很醒目。其次我覺得房間足夠大，在我今年住了新加坡香港的小房間之後，甚至覺得巨大。雙床因為我是一個人還好，兩個人的話可能不大喜歡這種拼起來的大床。 環境很好，附近有家好吃的不得了的川菜。在維也納吃兩天麪包你就知道找到一家好的川菜多麼難得了。周天教堂會有禮拜日，注意週六買夠吃的，周天很麻煩，超市都關門。出門右轉五分鐘還有一家不錯的酒窖，可以自己選酒。 交通方面，出門右手邊就是一號線，去中央車站就一站路，挺好找的。 最後，最後一天我才發現房間裏有冰箱，前兩天我都是燒了水放窗外晾好…被自己蠢哭了簡直 總的來説，我會推薦這家酒店給所有盆友

An excellent hotel with friendly staff and good vibes. Everything was super clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again in the future.

Мы проживали 6 ночей. Плюсы: - отличное расположение, близко к Бельведеру и Старому городу; - просторный номер; - тихо. Минусы: - чтобы нас заселить пораньше на 2 часа, с нас взяли 50 евро без чека и заселили в номер с видом во внутренний двор (прямо в стены с окнами). Когда мы попросили заменить номер, с нами вызывающе общались и вернули 50 евро. Забыла сказать, что в момент заселения к нам подбежал портье, видимо, тоже надеялся на доп. заработок. Позднее мы заселились в другой номер. За это нам спустя день положили 1 яблоко, 3 трюфеля и бутылку воды, как комплимент, учитывая, что впечатление было уже вторые сутки испорчено - просто удивительно; - на следующий день к нам утром стучали (пока мы не открыли) с предложением завтрака; - на третий день в 9.30 утра нашу дверь открыли и сказали, что уборку тогда начнут позже. Я позвонила ресепшн, мне ответили, что такого? С тех пор постоянно вешали табличку; - в холодильник в номере, где мы хранили продукты, поставили бутылку из мини-бара. Насколько это этично, решать вам; - в один из дней мы вышли до часу дня из номера, табличку повернули на уборку. Вернувшись вечером, увидели, что нашу табличку повернули в обратную сторону и прикрепили еще одну, что не смогли убрать номер, так как нам не нужна была уборка; - однажды сменили одно большое полотенце из двух, чай/кофе положили всего раз за все время; - мусорные бачки в номере без одноразовых пакетов, нам показалось это негигиеничным.

Saya mengesyorkannya. Bilik-bilik bersih dan kakitangannya ramah. Pertama sekali, ia berdekatan dengan stesen, yang merupakan kelebihan besar. Memandangkan ia berdekatan dengan Istana Belvedere, saya dapat melihat pasar Krismas, dan juga boleh menaiki U-Ban terus ke bandar dan melihatnya. Saya rasa saya akan membuat tempahan lain kali.

Отель расположен хоть и не в центре, но очень удобно относительно транспорта, до центра 15 минут на метро, до аэропорта 40 примерно. Номера хорошие, новые, кровати удобные Персонал быстро реагирует на все пожелания. Завтраки очень разнообразные

Good enough Hotel for a small break, hotel was located not far from city centre , local transport also available outside the hotel, good 45-60 minute walk to the town centre. Bit disappointed about breakfast service as lack of staff at the breakfast area, every morning we had to ask for things to be topped up as 1 person couldn’t do everything, felt sorry for the guy, hope things will improve . Good overall experience.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
