Quarto extremamente limpo com lençóis confortáveis. Lamentei não ter frigobar e por não ter ar condicionado autônomo. Não sabíamos e ficou quente na primeira noite. Recepção super acolhedora, explica como se locomover na cidade, metrô da linha verde e vermelha a 100m. Café da manhã custa 8€ por pessoa e pode ser pago na hora, horário de check out sensacional, ao meio dia, dando ao hóspede a possibilidade de descansar um pouco mais, sem precisar fazer hora em shoppings para pegar o vôo. Gostei muito disso. Internet funciona muito bem.

We stayed for 5 nights. The check in is automatic because there is no 24 hours reception. You don't need any card to get into the room, you just click the code. Regarding cleanliness, it was ok when we arrived. However, they only cleaned 2 days. We had to take wc paper from the public toilet downstairs. According to the room info leaflet, breakfast was supposed to be 8,50€ but finally it was 10,50€ because they said that it was not updated. It was very simple, I missed scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. It is strategically situated because you can take the underground easily and it only takes you 15 minutes to get to the city center.

The service staff and location was great. However, a kettle and a fridge in the room would have been more convenient for a six-day stay. The room was sp**** and there were no chairs, cups or glasses in the room.

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Since the hotel is next to the railway station and the main road, it is extremely noisy, and extremely hot and when you open the window for ventilation, you cannot sleep from the noise and dust. Even with the windows closed, the building is constantly vibrating alarmingly due to the trains and vehicles passing at full speed every minute. The biggest problem is that there is no staff at the reception after 22:00 in the evening, they leave a phone that you can call if there is a problem between 22:00 at night and 07:00 in the morning, one of the lines does not work and they never answer the other. When you arrive on the first day, if your flight is delayed or if you are coming on a night flight, you will stay at the door, or let's say your key does not work, you can stay on the street when you arrive late. Because of this situation, you often have to rush back to the hotel. Since the hotel reception is usually empty, either they generally sit in the room inside or at the back, it cannot be seen if someone else enters or leaves the hotel. All this creates a serious security problem. The hotel's air conditioners are closed, and there is a fan that is not even branded and never cools, although the rooms are large, it was incredibly hot in September. There is a metro construction right in front of the hotel, there may be work even at 03:00 at night and the objects in the room vibrate as if there is an earthquake. Water is not sold in the hotel and there is no market nearby. I cannot say that the breakfast is sufficient.

Hotel is next to the Vienna main station, many restaurants are inside the station so the location is good. But you can hear the noise next to your room easily. Still recommend it

The location is the best! Environment also very near to supermarket and transportation. Drinks, food, everything nearby and is so convenient. Even night time go back also very safety as the location is in the middle of city. 1 more things I like is to drink the refresher drink and snack provide from the hotel every morning before I leave the hotel.

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

Zimmer ist minimalistisch aber sauber und für eine Übernachtung voll ok. Preis ist für die Gegend auch sehr ok.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
