Hotel berhampiran Rabenhof Theater, Vienna

Me and my partner, plus the other couple we were with enjoyed the stay very much. Rooms were clean and warm, couldn't hear people from neighbour rooms which is a great plus. Pleasing paintings on the wall hotel overall had a nice home vibe. It has a beautiful garten as well. Breakfast options were one of the biggest I have seen in my travels - stomach was full and gave good energy boost to the day. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and explained us a lot of things about transport etc. Location wise its in amazing place, can get to it with S7 line, straight from the airport - easy and safe.

Very regular chain hotel, everything very cheap. I think that even 100€ is overpriced for this place No kettle in the room but you could take hot water in the bar downstairs Bed is ok. So for one night it’s ok option if you need just a room to slip in and take a train next day

非常好的酒店，個人強烈推薦。 開始還挺擔心的，這個價格在維也納市區真的不算貴，看評價也不都是好評，有點糾結想定另一家貴一倍的酒店，後來為了節約點訂了這家，但給了我很多驚喜。 另外出發前我改過行程，它家在我已經扣款後居然還能順利退款，簡直是我用攜程十年第一次感覺能把錢取回來，覺得很大方。 另外是在我落地維也納機場，被土航搞丟了行李，又冷又煩，又搞不定市內交通迷路了，最後從中心車站打車到的酒店，這樣的前提下，這家酒店的環境和景緻極大的安撫了我的情緒。 首先它很顯眼，綠色的棚頂在附近很醒目。其次我覺得房間足夠大，在我今年住了新加坡香港的小房間之後，甚至覺得巨大。雙床因為我是一個人還好，兩個人的話可能不大喜歡這種拼起來的大床。 環境很好，附近有家好吃的不得了的川菜。在維也納吃兩天麪包你就知道找到一家好的川菜多麼難得了。周天教堂會有禮拜日，注意週六買夠吃的，周天很麻煩，超市都關門。出門右轉五分鐘還有一家不錯的酒窖，可以自己選酒。 交通方面，出門右手邊就是一號線，去中央車站就一站路，挺好找的。 最後，最後一天我才發現房間裏有冰箱，前兩天我都是燒了水放窗外晾好…被自己蠢哭了簡直 總的來説，我會推薦這家酒店給所有盆友

We liked Hilton Waterfront overall but please see some good things and areas of improvement: - Leon and Maria at main reception are really good and excellent. They do everything to take care of guests and do best effort. Hilton Management should award them for their excellent job. - Natasha in Executive Lounge is also very good in her work. She looks at minute details and ensure every guest is taken care very well. She is excellent and Hilton Management please take note of her good work. - Overall Hilton Waterfront has water problem that is either extremely hot water comes or extremely cold water comes and it not easy to get it fixed. Please improve it. - Many things such as phone in room, lockers in Sauna area etc does not work and someone needs to check them on regular basis to ensure everything is seamless. Overall we liked it. Due to above mentioned people, we loved our stay and ignored any hick-ups.

Overall ok for one night, good value for money. May really like if you are a true back packer. Location was a bit sketchier than I expected but the hotel is on a corner and easy to spot. You need a key card to get into the hotel or you have to buzz for the front desk person to let you in. Checkin and checkout was easy. You have to put down a €2 deposit for the key card that you get back after you checkout and return the key. I was placed in a full room, upper bunk, assume it’s mostly because it’s still a bit of summer travel. The main room was a bit dirty, mostly the floor but minor (could be due to the ladies in the room, not sure how long they had been there). Each bunk had two sockets for charging digital items, one usb port, a shelf, a night light, one pillow with case and one duvet with cover but not an addition sheet for the bed mattress. I liked the privacy curtain as well. Only thing that was a major negative was the heat, this is Europe so they did not have any air con. They did provide a small fan, it helped to move air but not much else in such a large room. The toilet was cleaner than I expected and I didn’t used the shower, so I can’t review that part.

J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec cet hotel qui préfère ne pas embaucher des personnes pour faire le check in et de mettre une automate et une ligne help desk à la place. Puisque j'ai réservée via opodo j'ai pas eu le numéro de réservation de l'hotel que je dois introduire dans l'automate pour faire le checkin. Donc je me trouve bloquée avec ma famille. J'ai appelé le monsieur du help desk il m'a dit qu'il connait pas opodo et que je dois les appeler pour me donner le numéro. J'appelle opodo ils n'ont pas non plus le numéro. Le mr du help desk refuse de me fournir le numérp pour faire le check in et après plusieurs tentatives avec lui il m'a demander de lui transférer mon email de confirmation de la réservation pour vérifier. Finalement il m'a laissé entrer et faire le check in. L'apart est grand mais sale. Il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage comme pour d'autres hôtel apart. L'emplacement est excellent , à proximité des commerces, gares , arrets de tram/metro ...

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. When I review a hotel I do so based on what i am looking for on the trip, on this trip I was looking for a nice hotel near to Vienna city centre with breakfast. Hotel & Palais Strudlhof ticked all the boxes. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Vienna with a tram line stop around 100 metres away. The rooms were fairly large and had all the amenities that you would expect, breakfast was varied with both hot and cold food. The area was pleasant and safe and had several bars and restaurants nearby. Overall if you don't want to pay the high prices in the centre then this is ideal. I would stay here again and also recommend the 1090 bar nearby in Bauernfeldplatz and the Rembetiko greek restaurant a 5 minute walk away

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
