Hotel berhampiran Tiefauwiese, Vienna

Everything in the hotel was very satisfying, location was perfect and center to the city. Perfect for those who enjoy doing trips by walking around as it was close to almost everything. Food was good and lots of choices, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

L'Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per chiunque voglia visitare la città. Davanti la porta d'ingresso c'è una fermata del tram dalla quale passano numerose linee che collegano direttamente o indirettamente con il centro, a 50 metri c'è una fermata della metropolitana grazie alla quale si può andare dappertutto, anche a prendere il treno per l'aeroporto che, grazie a questa facilitazione, si può raggiungere con soli €2,80! L'Hotel è molto pulito ed il personale è straordinariamente cordiale, efficiente ed efficace. Le stanze sono carine ed accoglienti ed è molto buona anche la prima colazione. Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerei senz'altro.

Wir hatten uns auf einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Exe Vienna gefreut, jedoch wurden unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Das Hotel verdient aus unserer Sicht keine 4 Sterne, und hier ist warum: Parkplatzprobleme: Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das Hotel-Parkhaus aufgrund von Bauarbeiten geschlossen war, was zwar unglücklich, aber verständlich ist. Allerdings wurde uns am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass es ein Partnerparkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt. Leider handelte es sich dabei um ein öffentliches Parkhaus, das 700 Meter Luftlinie vom Hotel entfernt war. Es gab keine echte Kooperation zwischen dem Parkhaus und dem Hotel, was bedeutete, dass wir Glück haben mussten, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Enttäuschendes Frühstück: Das von uns gebuchte Frühstück, das uns vom Personal empfohlen wurde, entpuppte sich als große Enttäuschung. Für 13,64 Euro erwarteten wir mehr. Wir erhielten minderwertige Aufbackbrötchen und es gab keinerlei Beschilderung am Buffet. Es war unklar, welches Fleisch serviert wurde (Schwein, Rind oder Hähnchen). Es gab auch keine Allergiehinweise. Der Höhepunkt war, als wir im Orangensaftspender zwei tote Fliegen entdeckten, die von einer Mitarbeiterin aus der Küche entfernt wurden, aber der Orangensaft wurde einfach zurückgestellt. Zimmerprobleme: Während unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir zwei verschiedene Zimmer nutzen. Im ersten Zimmer (Nummer 116) lösten sich die Tapeten von den Wänden, die Wände waren rissig, der Boden und der Schreibtisch waren beschädigt, und es gab keine Toilettenbürste. Im zweiten Zimmer (Nummer 411) mussten wir zuerst gründlich lüften, da es unangenehm roch. Die Wände waren schmutzig und müssten dringend gestrichen werden. Auch hier fehlte eine Toilettenbürste. Beide Zimmer waren zudem sehr dunkel, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte weder in unseren Zimmern noch bei unseren Kollegen. Es war daher viel zu warm. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Exe Vienna enttäuschend und entsprach nicht den Erwartungen, die wir an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten. Wir hoffen, dass die genannten Mängel in Zukunft behoben werden, um zukünftigen Gästen einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

This made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze, contributing to the overall convenience of my stay. 4. **Delightful Breakfast Options:** The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of tasty options. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations, setting a positive tone for each day. In conclusion, my stay at was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I commend the hotel for its commitment to guest satisfaction and look forward to returning in the future.

Quick check-in and location is just a 5-min walk from Wien hbf (Vienna Central Terminal). Clean room and bed, and good shower with shower gel. Remember to bring all other amenities eg slippers, drinking water etc.

Saya mengesyorkannya. Bilik-bilik bersih dan kakitangannya ramah. Pertama sekali, ia berdekatan dengan stesen, yang merupakan kelebihan besar. Memandangkan ia berdekatan dengan Istana Belvedere, saya dapat melihat pasar Krismas, dan juga boleh menaiki U-Ban terus ke bandar dan melihatnya. Saya rasa saya akan membuat tempahan lain kali.

First time for me in a Hostel and these guys made sure my experience was memorable. They were very welcoming and always smiling. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. The lounge area had a lot of chill spots, a pool table, a fussball table. At the bar I asked the bartender to make me a cocktail that was not on the menu and he was more than happy to do so. I really appreciated that! The metro station is right downstairs, and you have 5 stations to get to the city center, which is really helpful because in the center of the city are all the tourist attractions except Schonbrun. They have breakfast every morning and you can choose to pay 7 euros to eat. Or not. Not the best breakfast I've had but it does the job. Also, another con would be that there is no other piece of furniture in the room other then the beds. I found myself needing a chair or a small table lots of times. Overall an awesome stay! Would totally recommend! I will definitely come back!

It was truly a pleasant stay. We enjoyed it very much! The only concern was for sofa bed. I asked to prepare it for sleep, but once we came back it wasn’t really prepared. Also we found a wet towel once we came back after sightseeing.
