Superb service and great facilities! From the minor details (shower and temperature indicator!) to the more crucial points (airport pick up), this hotel exceeded expectations. 瑞盼 and the other staff members were all welcoming and helpful from start to finish. One of the best I've ever stayed in.

I recently stayed at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and it has easily become one of the most remarkable hotel experiences I've ever had. This 4-star hotel offers unparalleled service and cost performance value, surpassing even some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed in across 15+ countries. From the thoughtful touches like the daily replenished welcome fruits to the ferry service, every detail reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people—especially the exceptional receptionist, Shujie (舒洁). An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly. Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed. Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience. If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way. We had a fantastic stay at Yunheyebo Hotel for the past few days. The facilities and staff were impeccable. I would like to commend Jing Song especially for the warm welcome and excellent service. When I enquired about the hotel room’s temperature, they kindly sent over a portable heater with hot soup! Where else can you find a better hotel stay in Xi An? Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a fabulous stay at Yunheyebo and would highly highly recommend it. The location is excellent, right by the city wall, without being too crowded. The property feels really luxe, comparable to the name-brand 5 stars, and the breakfast spread is great. The standout is really the service though - we were there for our anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a special stay. Tian, Yan and Lei Yan were in particular fantastic! It was a really memorable stay and we’d stay here again without hesitation!

Everything was super great! Excellent room, good service, very clean. The location is close to everything. Mr Yan (岩) was very helpful! We would gladly stay again.

The hotel's convenient location makes it an excellent option for travelers. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is incredibly helpful, and the free laundry service is a thoughtful amenity for guests. These conveniences will surely enhance any stay, making it a fantastic place to consider! While the breakfast provided a diverse range of options, and I appreciate the thoughtful decorations for my anniversary trip and the complimentary room upgrade, the only aspect that fell short of expectations was the absence of an automatic toilet bowl. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Queen (舒洁），小宋（志洋），子方for their gracious hospitality and exceptional service.

The hotel service and room environment is good, service also great. The staff conducting check out 舒洁 works professionally and smoothly. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family!

Excellent service and room is clean and tidy. We felt welcomed when arriving. We got a quiet room as requested. Bus pick up and drop off was very handy for us. Everything was perfect and we would love to stay there again next time!

If you’re seeing this review, this hotel had the best, most attentive service we’ve ever had in the many many hotels we’ve stayed at in china and around the world. It’s clean, spacious and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable. • We originally booked 4 nights at Yunheyebo, but we were so impressed after our first 2 days, that we cancelled our booking at Ritz Carlton and rebooked with Yunheyebo for another 6 extra nights. (Pictures are of the executive deluxe family room.) • We had a smooth check-in experience despite it being 3am when we arrived. • Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. They cleaned our rooms everyday, and had free laundry service. Hygiene is really important to us - we were happy at the beautiful design of the room and the CLEANLINESS of everything. • The hotel is new and it’s not just nice in appearances. It’s not a refurbished hotel, the entire building felt new. The decor was tasteful and elegant. • Fantastic location - It’s a few hundred metres from 文昌门 Wenchang Gate, very convenient to visit the ancient city walls. After staying in Xi A for over a week, I don’t particularly recommend staying within the ancient city walls because of the traffic congestion. Yunheyebo was right outside the wall, was walking distance from the most important gate and an excellent base for travel - we avoided many traffic jams here. • Ease of transport - the 永宁门 Yongningmen metro station is a 800m walk away. Private hire didis arrive within 1-2 mins! • Outstanding attention detail from the housekeeping staff - they noticed that we were guzzling down so much water, that they increased the number of bottles of water they gave us (completely free of charge), and this escalated till we were given an entire carton of bottled water on our 4th or 5th day there 😹 Gave us a good laugh, but we are very grateful to the housekeeping staff who took care of Room #10-26 from 1 Sep to 8 Sep 2024. • We received a nice welcome box of desserts, fruits and snacks! I thought a welcome gift would only be given once, but it was refilled everyday! • special shoutout to 盼儿 Pan Er, for the outstanding service throughout our trip. She was extremely responsive and helpful - reminded us that there was free dessert in the evenings, helped us arrange late check out (this was off-peak season so we were in luck, i don’t know if this is possible during the peak period!!), helped us save some dessert when we were out late, etc. Once, I left my hat in a private-hire vehicle, and the driver was coming to the hotel to deliver it while I was not in. 盼儿 Pan Er helped ensure that my hat was sent straight to my room. Thank you again for being so contactable and helpful throughout our trip! • We originally booked for 1-4 Sep, but ended up staying 1-8 Sep and 11-12 Sep. The young lady working at the concierge on 2 Sep at 11pm to midnight was the biggest reason we extended our stay at this hotel. She definitely convinced us. I wish I knew her name, but thank you for making our trip that much better! • The free airport drop off was very much appreciated, it took the stress of planning an additional item off our shoulders. • Service from all the staff in the hotel was impeccable - from the attendants standing around the lobby, to the bellboys, to the 24/7 concierge, to the housekeeping, to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. I’m not disclosing the perks and benefits we got during our trip because I don’t want to set them up for unrealistic expectations 😹 But the staff at this hotel was really extremely nice, accommodating and helpful to all of our requests. • Definitely stay longer so you can explore Xi An at your own pace. AVOID peak periods, national holidays and school holidays if you can! If you’re still deliberating, don’t anymore lol. You’d want to stay in a hotel where you *know* you’ll have prompt support from a local, when you’re in a bind.

Fantastic stay. I honestly think this is the best bang for your buck you can get in China. Cheap but has the service of a 4/5 star hotel. They gave me a personal butler who made I was always satisfied. 宁羊 was really great and attentive! Also: good gym and breakfast.

Its a great stay in Yunheyebo. Love the room and bed and the staffs really helpfull and friendly. Especially 紫丹. He helps us to find restaurants. We really happy to stay in Yunheyebo and surely will back when we come to Xian. The robot also v cute.

This 4 star hotel is properly the best in its class in Xi An. Everything is beyond expection. I have no complaints. Special mention to Song and Tian for their impeccable service.

A wonderful hotel, we stayed for two nights. The hotel design is very modern and beautiful, with a convenient location just a short walk from the wall. The service was superb, very friendly staff, especially Tian. She was always available on WeChat and assisted us with any questions we had. Everyone helps and does everything possible to make the stay excellent, starting from the doorman at the entrance. At check-in, they offer tea, and every evening they provide a light warm vegetable soup. The breakfast is excellent and varied, with European and Asian dishes. They organized a free transfer from the airport for us. We will definitely return to this hotel.
