淡季的時候，趁出差旅遊一下，選這個民宿，純粹是為了過一夜而已，找個睡覺的地方，所以衝著這個價格訂的，事實證明，還算對得起81元這個價格，床是乾淨的，房間是簡陋的，衞浴方面就不用説了，整個入住退房流程就是電話老闆～開房拿鑰匙～上樓入住～鑰匙放老闆桌上退房。

We booked the hotel so that the kids can be happy with the pools, but it was closed! All the pools where completely closed! The hotel is a little run down, no english speaking personal at the reception, no restaurant to eat (except for breakfast), the location is very good as in walking distance for restaurants, stores and cableway to Tianmen

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The hotel service, the interior, the location, the views, the food … everything was spotless, calm and elegant, perfect to relax after a long hike in the national park. I would come anytime again. Thank you again for this wonderful time and stay.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! Lu lu was super helpful and made the experience seamless. The restaurant was great, especially for breakfast. The hot spring bath was a highlight - the staff made sure that the water temperature was exactly to our liking and provided hot tea and towels for our use. The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. The only negative I could say is that they did not offer massage services when I stayed, even though it was advertised online. Maybe because it was the low season or because they forgot to update the listing?

考研住在這裏，太吊了，五星級的設施，三星級的價格，服務態度超好，停車也方便，希望酒店越做越好，窗户外面就能看到賀龍體育館，很nice。

This hotel appears to have undergone a major renovation and upgrade recently. The hotel is pleasant and comfy overall, but there are no frills or excesses. We had ordered a Deluxe Queen room and it was spacious and clean. The highlight of the room was a wide panoramic window that offered a wonderful view of the town and the surrounding mountains. We recommend that you opt for this room type, if you can! The staff at the reception were kind and patiently explained everything. They met our every request, but be warned that they speak no English. You would be fine with even basic Chinese, however. There was a relatively broad selection of meal at breakfast. Although the meal at breakfast was entirely Chinese, even European travellers would definitely find something to eat as there was a broad selection of salads available. The breakfast is served on a pleasant covered rooftop terrace. There is plenty of restaurants and shops in the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel is conventiently located a few steps away from the main entrance of the Zhangjiajie national park As far as we could discern, no other hotel is located closer to the main gate. We are European travellers, by the way. Would highly recoomend this hotel to anyone, but you need to have at least basic Chinese language skills! Besides, we found the hotel to be extremely good value!

酒店就在西街 天門索道附近 也蠻靠近七十二樓的 搭滴滴一下就到了 酒店免費載送服務真的挺好的 太方便了 我們一到張家界西站 小哥哥就已經在等我們了 回程時因為有三個大行李 可惜沒大的滴滴車子 問了前台小哥哥 他立刻就載我們到高鐵站 這個服務真的太好了！

During our visit to China, we stayed at the ‘Mr Sean Castle’ hotel from 29 July to 1 August 2024. The hotel is named after ‘Sean the Sheep’ (the character being a favourite of the owner apparently) and, being British, we thought this quirky theme was brilliant… you can see various models of Sean dotted around the hotel. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and the staff were all so friendly. As part of our reason for visiting China was to celebrate a 50th birthday, the Mr Sean Castle hotel kindly gave us an upgraded room, which was amazing. The hotel is in a great location close to downtown Zhangjiajie, but just far enough away to ensure you have a quiet and very peaceful night’s sleep away from any outside noise. The food at the hotel is first-class, including a great variety of delicious choices for breakfast. The hotel has an amazing open-air roof-top garden that is packed with beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees… it’s truly breathtaking to see, and was an amazing place to sit and eat as we watched a phenomenal lighting storm play out over the Zhangjiajie mountain range that forms the incredible backdrop to the hotel’s view over the river to the rear. As stated above, the hotel staff were fantastic, but particular thanks go to ‘Scarlett’ (张思嘉) for her assistance in helping us to arrange the tickets we needed to visit Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon… she sorted everything out for us and without her knowledge and help, our trip would definitely not have been as amazing as it was… thank you again Scarlett! We would fully recommend the Mr Sean Castle hotel to anyone planning to visit Zhangjiajie, and will definitely stay there again if we ever come back to the amazing city of Zhangjiajie… which is highly likely!

設施：十分齊全 衞生：相當棒！！真的很舒服很乾凈，我對床鋪比較挑剔，但是這家民宿的床鋪好乾凈（絕對不是拖哈！）一看就是按時更換了的，很舒服！！廁所、衞生間也很乾凈 環境：環境很好，很安靜，離天門山景區很近。 服務：老闆娘和老闆特別的好，會幫忙拿行李和規劃線路、訂票等等，真的超值的一次體驗！！ 物美價廉！

One of the best hotel I was in China. Clean, spacious with a nice bathroom. Calm (if you except some other clients/guests). Quite well located because you're near the south entrance of the national park (5-10 min. walk). The staff is nice with a smile. There's a restaurant so you can take your breakfast, your lunch and even your dinner there (breakfast was included in the room price but not the other meals). Be aware that the prices on the english menu are a little higher than those written in chinese (not sure if it's the same food by the way). To get there (Luoguta, where the hotel is), you can take a taxi (or a ”grab” taxi) from Zhangjiajiexi (Zhangjiajie West Railway Station) for example (cost 60-80 CNY).Maybe there's also a bus but I'm not sure.
