裝修蠻好的，也很豪華，但是服務不咋地。
辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐找不到我的訂單，折騰了很久（操作問題）。
吹頭髮時，吹風機突然短路，用不了了，親自去前台拿，前台經理説馬上給我送上來，等一小時沒來；又打電話給前台説馬上送，嗯其實壓根沒人送（ps：感謝吹風機後面突然好了，不然我要濕着頭髮睡覺了）體驗真的很差啊！！！！別拿五一忙説事兒，再忙送個吹風機不行？我人都去前台了都沒給我，無語。

我一般不評價，但這次旅行入住的這家酒店，.給了我不一樣的體驗。酒店高端大氣上檔次，大廳寬敞明亮，客房乾淨衞生，配備全屋智能客控，床墊不軟不硬，睡覺相當舒適，早餐品種很多，有當地的特色早餐臊子麪和牛肉小飯，酒店服務相當熱心，從前台小姐姐到客房保潔對我們都很禮貌，出門300米左右有一個星光夜市啤酒廣場，有當地各種特色美食和燒烤，夜晚喝着啤酒，吃着當地美食，領略當地的風土人文，是我們疲倦一天的身心一下得到了釋放，下次過來一定還住這裏。

Our experience in this hotel was perfect !
They upgraded us for free, our room was really clean, spacious and really comfortable. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, and even if they don’t speak english we could discuss on WeChat. Finally, the hotel is located really close to old town and to the temple. There is a bus in front of it to go to both train stations.
Definitely recommend to stay here during your trip in Zhangye !

We had a great stay here. It is clean and comfortable, and conveniently located in the centre of the city, with all major attractions within a 15 minute walk (Mingqing street; drum tower; Big Buddha temple; wooden pagoda and the connected square [lots of people dancing in the mornings and evenings—a must see!]). The receptionist was very helpful and friendly too. The hostel also organised affordable transport for us to and from Danxia rainbow sand dunes (50¥/person) and Mati temple (70¥/person); note that this is 1/3 of the price charged by private drivers or tour agencies! A good place to base yourself to explore Zhangye and nearby sites.

酒店位置佳，好停車，早餐可口，服務反應慢，早上六點半起床，發現室內靠近門口處天花板一直流水，馬上打電話給前天，十幾二十分鐘才來一個客房阿姨，看了一眼，沒有任何根進，之後用吹風機，電突然停了，打電話給前台，又説馬上來看看，到7點15我出門吃飯，來了一個工程部員工，吃完飯8點回酒店，期間沒有任何工作人員跟進回覆，房間依然漆黑一片，因為趕着出門，打電話有一次反應問題，前台換人沒交接，又重新説一次問題，終於來了一個客房阿姨，換了個門口，燈亮了，漏水問題依然沒回復～還有一個需要改進的地方，這個酒店浴室是玻璃隔斷，在淋浴間卧室能看得一清二楚。

Positive: Overall, the hotel is good. The room is spacious, and the staff is attentive and friendly. We had some issues with the room's electrical system, and they resolved it quickly. Additionally, they offered us a fruit tray for the inconvenience. The room and sheets are clean. The WiFi works perfectly.
Negative: It is a bit far from the center. We booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes. There is no gym and laundry service, unlike what is advertised in the available services on Trip.com. Guests smoke in common areas like the entrance hall, elevator, and hallways.

AAgmpHotel ini adalah satu kejutan yang menyenangkan. Katilnya sangat selesa dan biliknya sangat besar dengan ruang tamu dengan sofa, meja dan tv. Adakah hanya beberapa minit dari stesen kereta api tetapi agak jauh dari pasar malam yang semuanya berlaku pada waktu malam. Mereka mempunyai gim kecil dan bilik dobi percuma di tingkat bawah tanah. Perkhidmatan percuma ini sangat mengagumkan. Kami menggunakan dua kali sepanjang penginapan kami.
Kami tinggal di lebih daripada seratus hotel berbeza di seluruh dunia dan tidak perlu bangun pada waktu malam dengan penggera kebakaran. Sepanjang kami menginap di hotel ini kami terjaga dan bersiap sedia untuk berpindah 3 kali dalam masa 3 hari. Ia bukan salah hotel tetapi beberapa tetamu tidak bertanggungjawab yang terus merokok sepanjang malam mencetuskan penggera. Saya bercakap dengan pengawal keselamatan suatu ketika kami sudah berada di koridor untuk berpindah dan dia memberitahu saya bahawa tetamu di bilik sebelah kami merokok pada pukul 3 pagi. Dalam situasi ini pihak keselamatan atau pengurusan hotel harus segera membuat mereka bertanggungjawab atas tindakan ini tetapi malangnya tiada apa yang berlaku dan mereka melakukannya dua kali lagi sepanjang penginapan kami.

Kem khemah bersih dan kemas, dengan kemudahan yang lengkap. Saya fikir ia agak asas sebelum ini, dan saya bersedia dari segi psikologi (saya takut tinggal di khemah di Dunhuang sebelum ini)
Tetapi terdapat semua jenis kejutan, bilik mandi bersih, bilik mandi mempunyai tuala dan selipar yang bersih dan dibasmi kuman, dan terdapat loker, yang sangat selesa untuk dilihat; minyak pemanas di dalam khemah, kipas dan cermin panjang penuh sudah lengkap (seluruh badan digerakkan)
Ia sangat sunyi pada waktu malam, anda boleh menonton bintang dengan senyap, anda juga boleh membeli sedikit wain untuk diminum, pengalaman seperti ini sangat menakjubkan, anda memerlukan 10,000 untuk mengesyorkan kepada rakan-rakan

PPengguna Tanpa NamaOn baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious.
For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

PPengguna Tetamu首先肯定的是個人認為是性價比比較高的，其次吐槽一下，問前台可以升級房型嗎？説是升級房型了，可對比覺得還是預訂的，沒變化！還把單間安排的緊挨電梯的，晚上睡覺以為打雷了！瞬間後悔不該讓前台升級房型了！早餐還不錯！淋雨間時間長了，需要認真清理一下！

Excellent and so friendly service provided by the staff. Even received a gift when I left (large bag of dried Chinese dates as they did notice I ate the two small welcome bags in the room😉 I guess).
Very quiet. I loved it. Noise insulation not great but ok. Good air conditioning system (silent, efficient). Bed on the (very) hard side. Bathroom ok. Shower good (hot water, pression).
The area is not fancy for sure but there are plenty of food options around.
I am not sure breakfast was available. I slept late as it was raining in the morning ;-) Looking at the room where the breakfast is served I could read: from 7 to 8 AM🤔

PPengguna Tetamu酒店外很寬敞，內部裝修也挺不錯的。
停車在酒店門口，也劃了車位收停車費的。
唯一美中不足的是房間裏有一個加濕器，沒有仔細體會“共享使用 掃碼試用”的含義。
因為訂的其他賓館也有免費使用的。直接插上就用了，孩子玩的很開心，一會兒不出氣了。然後我也不明就裡，看到加濕器上一個大大的“損壞賠償”，於是修了好久。
最後是半夜驚起的當家人看我還在擺弄為啥壞了，然後説這個可能是掃碼繳費的意思。
5.9元使用3小時。
既然是花錢使用，不知道剛開始沒掃碼為何會冒氣幾分鐘？
總之建議酒店要麼直接寫明白，要麼機器設定的不掃碼就別出氣！
這讓我很生氣！

PPengguna Tetamu酒店是一棟一棟的小別墅式的，很大，到處都可以免費停車，進入大堂工作人員很熱情，耐心的給我們介紹，本來我們訂了一個大床，看我們帶了小孩還幫我們免費升級了一個親子間，真是太感謝了！客房客用品也很齊全，軟硬毛牙刷很友好，客房衞生間裏面擺放的洗沐護也不錯，當然，衞生也是值得誇讚的，尤其對於我們看中的卻是衞生間浴室的衞生沒有令人生厭的頭髮，淋浴房玻璃擦的蹭亮，連衞生間掛畫衞生也很乾凈，細節決定了這家店的客房衞生品質，客房安靜且精緻；網絡也流暢；床墊很舒適，客房枕頭也很贊，兩款可選，滿足多重選擇，還有酒店的花都開了，很好看！！！下次來還要住這家。必須推薦大家來住！！！
